(3) The operation steps are as follows: a, feeding wet broke of the wire part and wet broke of the press part into a loss-in-press tank; b. after the clean water replenishment system 700 is properly replenished with water, the concentrated white water of the concentrated white water tank 400 is input into the constant concentration wet broke system 500 by using a pulp crushing white water pump; c. the concentration of the damaged paper in the damaged pond is regulated by using the continuous pulp pump and the broken pulp pump, so that wet damaged paper with constant concentration can be directly fed into a pulp system.
Example 5: white water supply for paper machine
(1) White water and clean water sources of paper machine:
the special paper production factory has 78 g/square meter, the speed of the special paper production factory is 400m/min, and the daily yield is 100 tons/day.
(2) The main equipment comprises: clean water tank: 10m, configuring a cooling water pump;
wen Shuiguan: 50m cm long, configuring a sealing water pump;
pump body: 3.5bar clean water pump, low pressure spray water pump, medium pressure spray water pump.
(3) The operation steps are as follows: a. the clean water tank 900 returns cooling backwater to the warm water tank 800 through the cooling water pump 910; b. the hot water tank 800 can be connected with an external net clear water pipeline; c. wen Shuiguan 800, supplying sealing water through the sealing water pump 610, wen Shuiguan, supplying auxiliary agent preparation water and supplementary clean water through the clean water pump 620, and Wen Shuiguan, supplying spray water through the low-pressure spray water pump 630 and the medium-pressure spray water pump 640; d. sealing water, water for preparing auxiliary agent, replenishing clear water and spraying water all enter the white water pipeline 600 of the paper machine and are supplied to the white water of the paper machine.
Experimental results: following the procedure of examples 1-5, the specific experimental results are as follows: water amount evaporated per ton of paper drying: 2m w/ton, 200 tons per day, 50 tons per day of clean water for high pressure fabric cleaning, 200 tons per day of equipment sealing water, 300 tons per day of auxiliary agent, and 300 tons per part of supplemental clean water. Total consumption totaled 1050 tons/day. Conclusion: the paper water consumption per ton is 10m, whereas in the prior art, the paper water consumption per ton is 30-50 m.

Claims (10)

1. A system for treating white water and fresh water in a paper machine, the system comprising: a high-pressure fabric cleaning system (100), a gravity filter system (200), a clarified water low-pressure spraying system (300), a concentrated white water tank (400), a constant-concentration wet-broke system (500), a paper machine white water pipeline (600) and a clear water replenishing system (700);
The high-pressure fabric cleaning system (100) is provided with a net part high-pressure cleaning head, a first-pressure cleaning head, a second-pressure cleaning head and a third-pressure cleaning head;
The gravity filter system (200) is connected with the high-pressure fabric cleaning system (100), and the gravity filter system (200) is provided with a gravity filter, a recovery pulp tank and a recovery pulp tank pump;
The clarified water low-pressure spraying system (300) is connected with the gravity filter system (200), the clarified water low-pressure spraying system (300) is provided with a clarified water tank and a clarified water low-pressure spraying water pump, the clarified water low-pressure spraying system (300) is connected with a net part spraying water pipeline (310), and the net part spraying water pipeline (310) is connected with the gravity filter system (200);
The thick white water tank (400) is connected with a net part thick white water pipeline (410) and a press part white water pipeline (420), and the thick white water tank (400) is provided with a pulp crushing white water pump and a thick water regulating pump;
The constant-concentration wet broke system (500) is connected with the concentrated white water tank (400), and the constant-concentration wet broke system (500) is provided with a loss pool, a continuous pulp pump and a broken pulp pump;
The high-pressure fabric cleaning system (100), the net part spray water pipeline (310), the net part concentrated white water pipeline (410), the press part white water pipeline (420) and the concentrated white water tank (400) are all connected with the paper machine white water pipeline (600);
the clear water replenishing system (700) is connected with the clarified water low-pressure spraying system (300) and the concentrated white water tank (400).
2. The system for treating white water and clear water of a paper machine as set forth in claim 1, further comprising: a sealing water pump (610), a clean water pump (620), a low-pressure spray water pump (630) and a medium-pressure spray water pump (640);
The sealing water pump (610), the clean water pump (620), the low-pressure spray water pump (630) and the medium-pressure spray water pump (640) are all connected with the paper machine white water pipeline (600).
3. The system for treating white water and clear water of a paper machine according to claim 2, further comprising Wen Shuiguan (800), wherein the sealing water pump (610), the clear water pump (620), the low-pressure spray water pump (630) and the medium-pressure spray water pump (640) are all connected to the warm water tank.
4. The system for treating paper machine white water and fresh water according to claim 3, further comprising a fresh water tank (900), wherein the fresh water tank (900) is connected to the warm water tank (800), and wherein the fresh water tank (900) is provided with a cooling water pump (910).
5. The system for treating paper machine white water and fresh water according to claim 4, wherein the fresh water tank (900) has a gauge of 10m, the warm water tank (800) has a gauge of 50m, and the fresh water pump (620) has a gauge of 3.5bar.

A method of treating paper machine white water and fresh water, the method being applicable to the system of treating paper machine white water and fresh water according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the method comprises the following four treatment paths: w100, filtration of the washing water: filtering high-pressure fabric cleaning water generated by the high-pressure fabric cleaning system (100) in the gravity filter system (200), supplementing clear water by the clear water supplementing system (700) after filtering, and entering the clear water low-pressure spraying system (300) for low-pressure spraying of a net part and a squeezing part;
W200, cyclic utilization of spray water: filtering the net part spray water of the net part spray water pipeline (310) by the gravity filter system (200), supplementing clear water by the clear water supplementing system (700) after filtering, and feeding the clear water into the clear water low-pressure spray system (300) for low-pressure spraying of the net part and the squeezing part to generate low-pressure spray water, wherein the low-pressure spray water enters the net part spray water pipeline (310) and then enters the gravity filter system (200) again for filtering, recycling and reusing;
W300, white water treatment: the method comprises the steps that after the net part white water of the net part concentrated white water pipeline (410) and the press part white water of the press part white water pipeline (420) enter the concentrated white water pool (400) for treatment, the clear water replenishing system (700) is used for replenishing water, and the concentrated white water can be directly used for pulp breaking and concentrated seasoning by utilizing a pulp breaking white water pump and a concentrated seasoning pump;
w400, wet broke treatment: the thick white water in the thick white water tank (400) is input into the constant-concentration wet broke system (500) by using a thick white water pump, and the wet broke in the wire part and the wet broke in the pressing part are processed by the constant-concentration wet broke system (500), and the wet broke enters the slurry system.

The method of treating paper machine white water and fresh water according to claim 6, wherein the wire section white water, the press section white water, the cleaning water of the high pressure fabric cleaning system (100) and the shower water of the wire section shower water pipe (310) are supplied by the paper machine white water pipe (600).

The method of treating paper machine white water and fresh water according to claim 7, wherein the sealing water pump (610) provides sealing water, the fresh water pump (620) provides auxiliary agent preparation water and make-up fresh water, and the low pressure spray water pump (630) and the medium pressure spray water pump (640) provide spray water.
9. The method of treating paper machine white water and fresh water according to claim 8, characterized in that the fresh water tank (900) is provided with a cooling water pump (910), and that the cooling water of the cooling water pump (910) is returned to the warm water tank (800).
