(7) labeling and automatic bag making: placing the sprayed plastic film coiled material on an automatic labeling machine, setting the position of an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, and automatically labeling a PPO (polyphenylene oxide) header; a scratch ink coating is arranged on the PPO header; the labeling machine is combined with the bag making machine, the labeled plastic film coiled material automatically enters the automatic bag making machine, and the anti-counterfeiting multifunctional sanitary product packaging bag is manufactured through processes of edge material cutting, punching, heat sealing and cutting.

An anti-counterfeiting multifunctional hygienic product packaging bag is characterized by comprising a bag body (1), wherein the bag body (1) is of a rectangular structure, and an opening end (11) and a closed end (12) are arranged on the bag body; the opening end (11) is provided with four symmetrical hanging holes (2) and an observation hole (3), and the explosion-proof opening (4) is arranged on the opening end (11); the closed end (12) is provided with a lifting structure (5), a precutting line (6) is arranged on the lifting structure (5), and the precutting line (6) extends to a position 50-150 mm away from the bag body; the front surface and the back surface of the bag body (1) are printed with colors and patterns; the front surface of the bag body (1) is sprayed with an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code (8); the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code (8) is compounded with a PPO (Poly-p-phenylene oxide) header (9), an ink coating (10) is correspondingly printed on the PPO header (9), and the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code (8) can be scanned only after the ink coating (10) is scraped; a plurality of groups of digital codes (13) at any positions are printed in the bag body (1), and the digital codes (13) are automatically generated by the anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code through software; the production process of the anti-counterfeiting multifunctional sanitary product packaging bag specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing materials: proportionally adding the prepared plastic particles into a screw plastic stirrer, mixing 100-200KG materials once, and adopting a three-dimensional up-and-down rolling circulation stirring mode for 15-30 min;
(2) blow molding: putting the proportioned plastic particles into a blow molding machine to prepare a multilayer composite plastic film coiled material, wherein the blow molding process is three-layer blow molding or five-layer blow molding, and specifically comprises the working procedures of hopper feeding → material plasticizing extrusion → inflation traction → air ring cooling → herringbone clamping plates → traction rollers traction → film rolling;
(3) full-automatic chromatography printing: placing the blown film coiled material on a printing machine, comparing the colors of the printed samples, automatically matching colors by a computer, and finishing printing by a printing roller to print corresponding colors and patterns on the surface of the packaging bag, wherein the printing temperature is controlled at 220 ℃ below 180 ℃;
(4) solvent-free compounding: carrying out multilayer compounding on the printed film coiled material by a solvent-free compounding machine, wherein the solvent-free compounding glue is a polyurethane adhesive;
(5) and (3) curing: curing the compounded plastic film coiled material at low temperature, wherein the temperature is controlled to be less than 150 ℃, and the curing time is 12-24 hours;
(6) full-automatic code spraying: placing the cured plastic film coiled material on an automatic code spraying machine, adopting a forward-backward material feeding process, wherein the width of the plastic film loaded by the automatic code spraying machine is less than or equal to 2000mm, the speed of the code spraying machine is 150-300m/min, the code spraying of an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code is firstly completed on a fixed position on the plastic film, and then the code spraying of a corresponding number is completed at any position by a small-character code spraying machine;
(7) labeling and automatic bag making: placing the sprayed plastic film coiled material on an automatic labeling machine, setting the position of an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code, and automatically labeling a PPO (polyphenylene oxide) header; the labeling machine is combined with the bag making machine, the labeled plastic film coiled material automatically enters the automatic bag making machine, and the anti-counterfeiting multifunctional sanitary product packaging bag is manufactured through processes of edge material cutting, punching, heat sealing and cutting.

The anti-counterfeiting multifunctional sanitary product packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the lifting structure of the closed end (12) is made of transparent plastic by heat sealing in a bag body, the lifting structure (5) is of a convex structure, and a square lifting opening (7) is arranged in the middle.
3. The anti-counterfeiting multifunctional sanitary product packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the bag body (1) is white, and the digital code (13) in the bag body is one of black or white characters.
