Background
The corrugated case is a packaging product with the widest application, and the corrugated case gradually replaces transport packaging containers such as wooden cases and the like with the excellent service performance and good processing performance of the corrugated case, so that the corrugated case becomes a prime force of transport packaging; it not only protects the commodity, is convenient for storage and transportation, but also beautifies the commodity and publicizes the commodity; the corrugated paper box is formed by processing corrugated paper boards through the working procedures of die cutting, indentation, box nailing and the like.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a corrugated carton processing method, including the steps of:
s1, paperboard processing: processing the corrugated board into a corrugated board with proper thickness according to the required thickness of the corrugated case, and cutting the corrugated board into proper size;
s2, paperboard die cutting: cutting and creasing the corrugated board by using a cutting and creasing machine to enable the corrugated board to be folded into a box body;
s3, folding the paperboard: folding the paper board to form a paper box, putting the paper box between the bottom plate and the inner supporting plate, and flattening the side edge of the paper box through a flattening mechanism;
s4, carton binding: conveying the paper boxes in the step S3 to a proper position, and binding and jointing the paper boxes through a carton stapler;
s5, carton detection: continuously conveying the carton bound in the step S4, performing sampling inspection on the carton, and detecting whether the strength and the joint tightness of the carton meet requirements;
s6, stacking cartons: folding and stacking the batched cartons qualified in the spot inspection;
in the method for processing the corrugated case, the working procedures in the steps of S1-S6 need to be carried out by matching the bottom plate, the top plate, the inner supporting plate and the flattening mechanism to finish corresponding processing operations, wherein:
the middle part of the right end of the bottom plate is provided with a square groove, a transmission belt is arranged in the square groove of the bottom plate, the outer end of the right side of the bottom plate is symmetrically provided with installation screw holes, the installation screw holes of the bottom plate are symmetrically distributed on the front side and the rear side of the transmission belt, a top plate is distributed on the upper part of the left end of the bottom plate, the top plate locks the existing fixed installation position and is connected with any position which is convenient for corrugated carton processing, such as a wall, a frame and the like, the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the top plate are respectively provided with an inner supporting plate which is of an L-shaped structure, the outer side of the right end of each inner supporting plate is evenly distributed with a flattening mechanism, firstly, a corrugated board penetrates through the bottom of the inner supporting plate, the side edge of the corrugated board is folded, the outer end, thereby increasing the binding effect of the carton.

The leveling mechanism comprises a leveling locking plate, a leveling side plate, sliding columns, a leveling spring, a telescopic plate and leveling rollers, the leveling locking plate is mounted on a mounting screw hole of the bottom plate through bolts, the leveling side plate is mounted on the top of the leveling locking plate, the sliding columns are transversely and uniformly distributed on the leveling side plate, and the sliding columns are connected with the leveling side plate in a sliding fit manner;

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the bottom of the left end of the roller connecting plate is provided with a triangular groove, the pressing rollers are mounted on the bottom of the roller connecting plate and are uniformly distributed along the bottom structure of the roller connecting plate, the pressing rollers can press the inner side surface of the bottom of the carton so that the carton can be conveyed by a conveyor belt, and the triangular groove on the roller connecting plate enables the height of the pressing rollers at the rear end of the roller connecting plate to be higher than the height of the pressing rollers at the front end of the roller connecting plate, so that the bottom of the carton is prevented from being clamped on the pressing rollers at the rear end of the roller connecting plate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the outer side surface of the conveying belt is uniformly provided with square push plates, and the square push plates can push the cartons to move rightwards.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a flattening connecting frame is arranged on the top of the flattening side plate positioned at the front end of the bottom plate, the flattening connecting frame is of an L-shaped structure, a flattening connecting block is arranged on the bottom of the rear end of the flattening connecting frame, the left side of the lower end face of the flattening connecting block is arranged in an upward inclined manner, a flattening roller is arranged on the bottom of the flattening connecting block, the flattening roller is uniformly arranged along the bottom of the flattening connecting block, the flattening roller at the rear end of the flattening connecting frame can flatten the upper end of the position, needing to be bound, of the carton, so that the poor binding effect of the carton caused by the tilting of the upper end of the carton is prevented, and the inclined structure of the lower end face of the flattening connecting.
According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the front side surface of the inner supporting plate positioned at the front end of the bottom plate is provided with a trapezoidal groove, the rear side surface of the trapezoidal groove of the inner supporting plate is an arc surface, when the carton is conveyed to the position of the trapezoidal groove on the inner supporting plate, the carton is bound manually through a carton stapler, and the trapezoidal groove can guide nails of the carton stapler, so that the nails of the carton stapler can be automatically bent.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the distance between the bottom of the flat roller at the right end of the transmission belt and the transmission belt is larger than the height of the square push plate, and the transmission belt can be prevented from being clamped on the flat roller.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the carton binding device can convey cartons of different models to binding positions, and can respectively align and support the inner end and the outer end of each carton in the conveying process of the cartons, so that the cartons can be completely folded, and the binding effect of the cartons can be increased;
the upper leveling roller can be pressed on the side edge of the carton with proper force under the action of the leveling spring, so that the side edge of the carton is in a vertical state, and the smoothness of the carton in conveying can be improved by matching the leveling roller with the conveying roller on the inner supporting plate;
the pressing roller can be pressed on the inner side face of the bottom of the carton, so that the carton can be conveyed by the conveying belt, and the pressing roller at the rear end of the pressing connecting frame can press the upper end of the carton at the position where the carton needs to be bound, so that the upper end of the carton is prevented from tilting to cause poor binding effect.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a corrugated case processing method includes the following steps:
s1, paperboard processing: processing the corrugated board into a corrugated board with proper thickness according to the required thickness of the corrugated case, and cutting the corrugated board into proper size;
s2, paperboard die cutting: cutting and creasing the corrugated board by using a cutting and creasing machine to enable the corrugated board to be folded into a box body;
s3, folding the paperboard: folding the paper board to form a paper box, putting the paper box between the bottom plate 1 and the inner supporting plate 3, and flattening the side edge of the paper box through a flattening mechanism 5;
s4, carton binding: conveying the paper boxes in the step S3 to a proper position, and binding and jointing the paper boxes through a carton stapler;
s5, carton detection: continuously conveying the carton bound in the step S4, performing sampling inspection on the carton, and detecting whether the strength and the joint tightness of the carton meet requirements;
s6, stacking cartons: folding and stacking the batched cartons qualified in the spot inspection;
in the above corrugated carton processing method, the operation process in the steps S1-S6 needs the bottom board 1, the top board 2, the inner supporting board 3 and the leveling mechanism 5 to cooperate to complete the corresponding processing operation, wherein:
the middle part of the right end of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a square groove, a transmission belt 11 is arranged in the square groove of the bottom plate 1, the outer end of the right side of the bottom plate 1 is symmetrically provided with installation screw holes, the installation screw holes of the bottom plate 1 are symmetrically distributed on the front side and the rear side of the transmission belt 11, a top plate 2 is distributed on the left end of the bottom plate 1, the top plate 2 is locked at the existing fixed installation position and is connected with any position which is convenient for corrugated carton processing, such as a wall, a frame and the like, the front end and the rear end of the bottom of the top plate 2 are respectively provided with an inner supporting plate 3, the inner supporting plate 3 is of an L-shaped structure, the outer side of the right end of each inner supporting plate 3 is uniformly distributed with a leveling mechanism 5, the corrugated paperboard firstly penetrates through the bottom of the inner supporting plate 3 and folds the side edge of the paperboard, the flattening mechanism 5 can flatten the carton, thereby increasing the binding effect of the carton.
Threaded holes are uniformly formed in the front end and the rear end of the top plate 2, a connecting plate 31 is arranged on the top of the left end of each inner supporting plate 3, the connecting plates 31 are mounted in the threaded holes of the top plate 2 through bolts, and the positions of the inner supporting plates 3 can be adjusted by mounting the connecting plates 31 in different threaded holes in the top plate 2, so that cartons of different models can be supported and flattened.
The leveling mechanism 5 comprises a leveling locking plate 51, a leveling side plate 52, a sliding column 53, a leveling spring 54, a telescopic plate 55 and a leveling roller 56, the leveling locking plate 51 is mounted on a mounting screw hole of the bottom plate 1 through a bolt, the leveling side plate 52 is mounted on the top of the leveling locking plate 51, the sliding columns 53 are transversely and uniformly distributed on the leveling side plate 52, and the sliding columns 53 are connected with the leveling side plate 52 in a sliding fit manner;

The left end bottom of the roller connecting plate 35 is provided with a triangular groove, the pressing rollers 36 are installed at the bottom of the roller connecting plate 35, the pressing rollers 36 are evenly distributed along the bottom structure of the roller connecting plate 35, the pressing rollers 36 can be pressed on the inner side face of the bottom of the carton, so that the carton can be conveyed by the conveying belt 11, the triangular groove in the roller connecting plate 35 enables the height of the pressing rollers 36 at the rear end of the roller connecting plate 35 to be higher than the height of the pressing rollers 36 at the front end of the roller connecting plate 35, and the bottom of the carton is prevented from being clamped on the pressing rollers 36 at the rear end of the roller connecting plate 35.
