Through reasonable structural design, the gap between the fixed wheel seat 15 and the first adjusting wheel seat 18 as well as the gap between the fixed wheel seat 20 and the second adjusting wheel seat 20 are adjusted according to the width of the insulation board, the first threaded rod 26 is rotated by the rotating handle to drive the first connecting slide seat 25 to move in the first adjusting groove 22, so as to adjust the distance between the fixed wheel seat 15 and the first adjusting wheel seat 18, meanwhile, the third driving wheel 28 at the bottom of the first adjusting wheel seat 18 slides in the sliding groove, the second threaded rod 29 is rotated by the rotating handle to drive the second connecting slide seat 30 to move in the second adjusting groove 31, so as to adjust the distance between the fixed wheel seat 15 and the second adjusting wheel seat 20, thereby facilitating the adjustment according to the widths of different insulation boards, meanwhile, during cutting, the pneumatic rod 33 on the mounting frame 32 extends to drive the pressing seat 34 to move downwards to limit the insulation board on the slitting seat 14, and ensuring that the insulation board is completely fixed, ensuring the cutting size to be accurate and error-free; meanwhile, during cutting, the first servo motor 6 works to drive the rotary seat 7 to rotate, the rotary arm 8 drives the buffer seat 2 and the cutting seat 14 to move back and forth, the sliding seat 12 at the bottom moves on the sliding rail 5, the cutting blade of the cutting machine 3 cuts the insulation board, the fixed insulation board buffer seat 2 and the cutting seat 14 are moved to cut, and when the cutting is completed, the position where the cutting seat 14 moves is in the same straight line with the conveying seat 4, so that the cut insulation board can be directly pushed onto the conveying seat 4 in the follow-up process, and the transportation of the follow-up insulation board is facilitated; on carrying seat 4, through the conveying of second conveyer belt, when carrying and carrying seat 4 and go up one end, the side and the mill 44 contact of heated board through gag lever post 40 on first support 38 and the second support 39, mill 44 is through the motor work of second conveyer belt, first skewed tooth 41 and the meshing transmission of second skewed tooth 43 are rotatory, the heated board side that is not conform to production to the size width is polished, the size is qualified to pass through until polishing the back, it is qualified to be convenient for once cut, avoid follow-up secondary operation, reduce the production process of heated board, the production efficiency of heated board is improved.

the top of the support frame (1) is provided with three sliding rails (5) in parallel, a first servo motor (6) is arranged in the support frame (1), the output end of the first servo motor (6) is provided with a rotary seat (7), and the top of one end of the rotary seat (7) is provided with a rotary arm (8);
sliding seats (12) are arranged at two ends of the bottom of the buffer seat (2), and a second servo motor (10) is arranged on one side of the bottom of the buffer seat (2) and between the sliding seats (12) at the two ends;
cut seat (14) one end bottom and install fixed rotary column (9), cut seat (14) top one side and install fixed wheel seat (15), third servo motor (16) is installed to fixed wheel seat (15) one side, the inside vertical a plurality of second transmission section of thick bamboo (17) of installing of fixed wheel seat (15), cut seat (14) top opposite side and install first regulating wheel seat (18) and second regulating wheel seat (20), first regulating wheel seat (18) and second regulating wheel seat (20) inside vertical a plurality of third transmission section of thick bamboo (19) of installing, install cutting separator (21) between first regulating wheel seat (18) and second regulating wheel seat (20), and the cutting blade of cutting machine (3) is located between cutting separator (21), action wheel (24) are installed to third servo motor (16) output, a plurality of second driving wheels (27) are installed at the bottom of the cutting seat (14), a third driving wheel (28) is installed at the bottom of a third driving cylinder (19), first adjusting grooves (22) are formed in two ends of the bottom of the first adjusting wheel seat (18) and located at the top of the cutting seat (14), first threaded rods (26) are installed inside the first adjusting grooves (22), first connecting sliding seats (25) are sleeved on the outer sides of the first threaded rods (26), the top ends of the first connecting sliding seats (25) are connected with the bottom of the first adjusting wheel seat (18), second adjusting grooves (31) are formed in the bottom of the second adjusting wheel seat (20) and located at the top of the cutting seat (14), second threaded rods (29) are installed inside the second adjusting grooves (31), and first driving wheels (23) are installed between the bottom of the cutting seat (14) and located among the plurality of second driving wheels (27), a second connecting sliding seat (30) is sleeved on the outer side of the second threaded rod (29), the top end of the second connecting sliding seat (30) is connected with the bottom of the second adjusting wheel seat (20), an installation frame (32) is installed at the top end of the second connecting sliding seat (30), an air pressure rod (33) is vertically installed on one side of the installation frame (32) and located between the fixed wheel seat (15) and the second adjusting wheel seat (20), and a pressing seat (34) is installed at the telescopic end of the bottom of the air pressure rod (33);
