DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a flat plate-like component which is integrally brazed and fixed to a side member of a heat exchanger or a tank surface, such as a bracket of an aluminum heat exchanger. It relates to a brazing method in a furnace.

As an example, in an aluminum heat exchanger, a brazing sheet having a brazing material clad on the surface is used for at least one of the parts to be joined to each other for manufacturing the heat exchanger. Then, each part is assembled and inserted into a high-temperature furnace. Then, the brazing material on the surface of the component is melted, cooled, and the components are integrally brazed and fixed.

In such a brazing, in particular, a flat part such as a bracket is brought into contact with the surface of another part in such a manner that when the part is cut by a press machine, burrs generated at the edge face the opposite side to the joining surface, and The gap was fixed by brazing. This is because it is not desirable to have a slight gap between the components due to burrs.

However, according to the experiment of the present inventor, when the burr surface is turned to the opposite side to the brazing surface as in a conventional plate-shaped component,
When there is a slight inclination such as torsion on the joint surface and an uneven gap to the joint surface, the molten brazing material is affected by this inclination or the uneven gap and one side is biased, or the brazing material is in the center. It is sent. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the brazing material 8 is moved to the center or one side. It has been clarified by the inventor's experimental research that such a brazed surface has a disadvantage that the peel strength of brazing is weak.

In other words, the brazing material on the brazing surface does not spread over the entire periphery of the flat part, but is held only on a part thereof, so that the peel strength is reduced. This is a result of the molten brazing material being drawn to smaller gaps under the influence of its surface tension.

That is, in the furnace brazing method of a plate-shaped component according to the present invention, a metal plate is cut by a press machine or shearing to form a plate-shaped component, and along with the cutting, the cutting edge drastically cuts in the cutting direction on the periphery of the plate-shaped component. A part 1 is formed, and the cut sagging part 1 is brought into contact with the plane of the other part facing the other part, and the brazing material coated on the surface of one of the parts is melted in a high-temperature furnace, whereby the two parts are integrated. It was brazed and fixed.

In addition, a metal plate coated on one side with a brazing material is cut by a press machine or shearing to form a plate-like component,
Along with the cutting, a very slight cutting sagging portion 1 is formed in the cutting direction on the peripheral edge of the plate-like component and on the brazing material side, and the sagging portion 1 is brought into contact with a plane of another component facing the cutting member. A brazing method for a plate-like component in a furnace, characterized in that the brazing material coated on the surface of the component is melted in a high-temperature furnace, so that the two components are integrally brazed and fixed.

According to the method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the cutting drooping portion 1 formed on the periphery of the plate-shaped component 2 is surely brought into contact with the plane of the side component 4 as another component, and will be there. The material 8 is drawn. Therefore, the brazing of the side member 4 of the bracket 2 to the periphery thereof is reliably performed, and the peeling strength of the brazing is significantly improved.

Generally, the heat exchanger core is composed of a number of tubes 5 arranged in parallel.
The fins 6 are interposed therebetween, and both ends of each tube 5 pass through the tube hole of the tube plate 7 to form a heat exchanger core. Then, the side members 6 are positioned on both sides of the heat exchanger core, and
The bracket 2 is arranged at the center. The bracket 2 is provided with a bolt hole 10 for attaching the heat exchanger to a support member such as a vehicle. The bracket 2 uses a brazing sheet having one surface coated with a brazing material, and its outer periphery is cut out by press molding.
The bolt hole 10 is formed at the center. In this cutting step, the cutting sagging portion 1 on the periphery accompanying the cutting is positioned on the brazing material 8 side. The cut-out bracket 2 is bent into an L-shape. FIG. 5 illustrates this state.

In addition, as for either part of the tube 5 or the fin 6, each part is manufactured using a boosing sheet having a brazing material clad on the surface thereof, and the parts are assembled.
Then, the assembly is inserted into a high-temperature furnace to melt the brazing material clutched on the surface of each component, and then cool it to solidify the brazing material. The molten brazing material 8 is the third
