The operation processes of cleaning, drying and sterilizing the gene detection reagent bottle are as follows: (1) when the device is started, a gene detection reagent bottle to be processed is arranged in the placing space of each placing groove 61 of the reagent bottle placing table 6 in a mode that the bottle mouth faces upwards, and the gene detection reagent bottle is clamped and fixed by the telescopic spring 621; (2) the reagent bottle placing table is turned forwards to an initial inclined state by using the turning assembly, and the bottle mouth of the gene detection reagent bottle is also obliquely distributed forwards; (3) the conveying motor 23 works to drive the conveying platform 26 and the reagent bottle placing platform 6 to move to a cleaning operation station in the cover box, the reagent bottle placing platform 6 keeps the initial inclined state consistent with the inclined distribution of the spray pipes 25, the conveying pump 323 is started to work, and the cleaning liquid is obliquely sprayed out through the plurality of spray heads 326 on the spray pipes 325 to clean the gene detection reagent bottles; the cleaning liquid flushed into the gene detection reagent bottle can automatically flow out, and the effluent wastewater enters the recovery tank 41 to wait for recovery treatment; if part of the cleaning liquid remains in the bottle after cleaning, the reagent bottle placing table 6 can be turned forwards by a certain angle by using the turning assembly 7 to pour out the cleaning liquid remaining in the bottle; after the cleaning operation is finished, the reagent bottle placing table keeps an initial inclined state under the action of the overturning assembly 7; (4) starting a conveying motor 23 of the conveying mechanism 2 to drive the conveying table 26 and the reagent bottle placing table 6 to move out of the cover box to a drying operation station; then, the reagent bottle placing table 6 is turned forwards by the turning assembly 7 to be in a horizontal state to cover the top of the drying box 5, and the bottle openings of the gene detection reagent bottles on the reagent bottle placing table 6 are distributed downwards, so that the drying box 5 is favorable for drying the gene detection reagent bottles; after the drying operation is finished, the reagent bottle placing table is restored to the initial inclined state under the action of the overturning assembly 7; (5) starting a conveying motor 23 of the conveying mechanism 2, driving the conveying platform 26 and the reagent bottle placing platform 6 to return to the cover box and shift to a sterilization operation station, then utilizing a turning assembly 7 to turn the reagent bottle placing platform 6 backwards to a horizontal state, wherein the bottle mouth of the gene detection reagent bottle is distributed upwards, a lifting adjusting cylinder 81 is started to drive the sterilization box 82 to move downwards to cover on the reagent bottle placing platform 6, and performing sterilization and disinfection operation on the gene detection reagent bottle through an ultraviolet sterilization lamp 83, after the sterilization operation is completed, the sterilization box 82 is lifted and reset, the reagent bottle placing platform restores to an initial inclined state under the action of the turning assembly 7, and is driven by the conveying mechanism to move out of the cover box to the right side of the workbench; (6) and taking down the gene detection reagent bottle which is subjected to cleaning, drying and sterilization treatment, and waiting for the next cycle operation.
