The invention is mainly characterized in that: the user can perform the auxiliary fixing function by placing the sensor to be processed along the hole groove of the assembly tray a12, the magnetic block a13, the glue storage 3 stores the stored glue in advance, in the process of injecting glue, the controller 5 is controlled to be matched with the displacement unit 4, so as to drive the glue injection head 2 to accurately inject glue to the edge of the sensor, in the process, the central shaft rod a11 can enable the fixed disc a1 to rotate, glue injection can be observed in all directions conveniently, each group of sensors can be assisted by the controller 5 after glue injection is finished, so that the air outlet group b2 is driven to run under the matching of the assembly box c and the power distribution groove d, the air is blown out from the curved hole groove b3 in an inclined upward direction, the gluing part of the sensor is assisted in air drying, overflowed glue is collected by flowing to a collecting cylinder a2, and after the sensor is machined, the residual glue on the inner wall can be treated by screwing out the sensor through the matching of a thread base a 3.
Through the mutual combination of the components, when the device is used, the device can avoid the problems that some glue often overflows and remains on a processing table when gluing the sensor gluing position, the glue is difficult to clean after solidification, a specific cleaning tool needs to be used for scraping along the surface, the glue at the edge is easy to remain and cannot be cleaned, the glue at the sensor gluing position is difficult to dry, the glue can be taken out after being kept still on the processing table for a period of time, the efficiency is low, the gluing position is easy to dry, the efficiency is higher, and the glue seeped out from the edge can be effectively collected.
