Technical Field

In the prior art, the glue injection method of the aerogel felt plate mainly comprises the following steps: dipping and spraying. In the glue injection operation, the surface of the plate is generally divided into a uniform glue injection point array according to the specification characteristics and material characteristics of the plate, and the glue injection operation is performed on each glue injection point.
Generally speaking, the limit position is 1-2 mm away from the bottom surface of the piece to be injected with the consideration of infiltration.
In the embodiment, the glue injection spraying of the plate materials is separately performed; namely, after the glue injection operation of a certain area or all areas is finished, the spraying operation is uniformly carried out. The glue injection needle assembly 2 is fixed on the slide block of the Z-axis linear unit; the shower head assembly 3 is fixed on the slide block of the Z-axis linear unit.

The X-axis linear unit assembly 1 comprises; a first linear unit and a second linear unit arranged in parallel; the first linear unit and the second linear unit which are arranged in parallel are arranged on two sides of the plate moving line, and an enough space is reserved between the first linear unit and the second linear unit, so that the requirement on the width of the plate is met.

The Z-axis linear unit assembly includes: a first Z-axis straight line unit 22 and a second Z-axis straight line unit 32; the first Z-axis linear unit 22 is fixed on the slide block of the first Y-axis linear unit 21, and the glue injection needle assembly 2 is fixed on the slide block of the first Z-axis linear unit 22; the second Z-axis linear unit 32 is fixed on the slide block of the second Y-axis linear unit 31, and the showerhead assembly 3 is fixed on the slide block of the second Z-axis linear unit 32; thereby realizing the glue injection and spraying operation.
Referring to fig. 2, in particular, the glue injection needle assembly 2 comprises: a glue injection needle 232 and a first bracket 231; the glue injection needle 232 is fixed to the slider of the first Z-axis linear unit 22 by the first bracket 231.
The glue injection needle assembly 2 further comprises: a guide rod 234, a compression spring 235, and a lower pressure plate 236; two ends of the guide rod 234 are fixed to the first bracket 231, and the compression spring 235 is sleeved on the guide rod 234.
The lower pressure plate 236 includes: a guide portion and a pressing plate portion; a through hole is formed in the guide part and is sleeved on the guide rod 234 through the through hole, and two ends of the pressure spring 235 respectively abut against the first support 231 and the guide part in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the pressing plate portion is fixed to the bottom end of the guide portion.
Therefore, when the first bracket 231 moves downwards under the driving of the first Z-axis linear unit 22, the pressing plate portion contacts and abuts against the plate, and then the pressing spring 235 is compressed along with the further movement of the first Z-axis linear unit 22, so that the pressure of the pressing plate 236 on the plate is gradually increased, the pressing is realized, the action of the glue injection needle 232 is facilitated, and the plate is prevented from moving.
