Abstract

本发明提供的一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法,主要通过在移动端安装APP,在TV端安装SDK或APK,使移动端和TV端分别与截取服务器建立双向长连接完成跨屏,用户通过TV端观看长视频,针对某一长视频通过移动端向截取服务器发送截取指令,截取服务器将收到的截取指令发送至TV端,TV端将长视频截取为视频段并反馈至截取服务器,截取服务器将视频段发送至移动端,移动端依据用户在移动端的操作将视频段截取为短视频,用户通过移动端对截取后的短视频设定标签,将短视频上传至消息库;该方法能够在用户观看短视频或长视频时,通过操作移动端对其想要的视频片段进行截取,操作简单、方便省时。

Description

一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电视内容截取领域,尤其涉及一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法。
背景技术
现有的电视内容的截取方法只能针对当前播放的视频进行截取,当用户在移动端观看短视频时,只能在短视频的播放范围内进行截取,当用户想要截取与该短视频相关联的长视频时,需单独搜索并获得长视频,在获取到长视频后才能对该长视频进行截取,操作麻烦,不够灵活,当用户在电视端观看长视频时,如果想要截取其中的一端视频,也无法实现直接对其进行截取。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法。
术语解释:
SDK(Software Development Kit)软件开发工具包。本申请的跨屏SDK特指可安装和运行在智能电视操作系统或开放式平台的跨屏软件开发工具包。
APK是AndroidPackage的缩写,即Android安装包(apk)。
APP(Application)应用程序,Application的缩写。本申请的跨屏APP特指可安装和运行在移动终端操作系统的手机跨屏应用程序。
本发明具体技术方案以下:
本发明提供了一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
S1:在移动端安装APP,在TV端安装SDK或APK,使移动端和TV端分别与截取服务器建立双向长连接完成跨屏;
S2:用户通过TV端观看长视频,针对某一长视频通过移动端向截取服务器发送截取指令;
S3:截取服务器将收到的截取指令发送至TV端,TV端将长视频截取为视频段并反馈至截取服务器,所述视频段的开始时间、结束时间和截取时长分别为TI、T2和m,T1为用户发送截取指令的时间点对应的播放进度的时间戳,T2=T1-m,m>0;
S4:截取服务器将视频段发送至移动端,移动端依据用户在移动端的操作将视频段截取为短视频;
S5:用户通过移动端对截取后的短视频设定标签;
S6:将短视频上传至消息库。
进一步地,步骤S5所述的设定标签包括信息编辑和生成海报。
进一步地,步骤S1包括以下步骤:
S11:在移动端安装APP,其中APP至少具有向所述截取服务器发送截取指令的触发按钮和用于截取短视频的截取按钮;
S12:在TV端安装SDK或APK,其中SDK或APK用于向第三方获取并播放长视频;
S13:TV端和移动端基于唯一的ID标识和地理位置信息进行绑定;
S14:移动端的APP和TV端的SDK或APK分别与截取服务器建立双向长连接,其中截取服务器用于接收APP发送的截取指令和将SDK或APK发送的视频段传输至移动端的APP。
进一步地,步骤S3包括以下步骤:
S31:截取服务器接收移动端的APP发送的截取指令,并将该指令传达至TV端的SDK或APK;
S32:TV端的SDK或APK接收到截取指令后向第三方发送长视频请求;
S33:第三方接收TV端的SDK或APK发送的长视频请求,将所述长视频发送至SDK或APK;
S34:SDK或APK基于截取指令将接收到的长视频截取为视频段,并将该视频段发送至截取服务器。
进一步地,步骤S41包括:
S41:视频段通过采集脚本实时监测用户开始截取视频的操作,获取用户第一次点击截取按钮时视频段播放进度对应的第一时间戳,开始截取,即为短视频的开始时间T1;
S42:继续监测用户截取视频的操作,获取用户第二次点击截取按钮时视频段播放进度对应的第二时间戳,截取结束,即为短视频的结束时间T2,T2与T1的差值即为截取时长m;
S43:保存截取后的短视频。
进一步地,步骤S5包括:
S51:移动端根据用户操作向用户展示编辑菜单;
S52:移动端获得用户针对编辑菜单的操作信息;
S53:根据用户的操作信息编辑短视频的话题信息并在短视频的播放界面生成海报图层。
步骤S434所述的标签信息为多个。
本发明提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,用户在移动端观看短视频时,当用户想要截取该短视频对应的长视频时,无需重新搜索查找该长视频,只需通过消息服务器向TV端请求即可获取视频段,在该视频段的基础上即可实现截取,简单方便快速,使用户更加灵活的截取想要的短视频;用户在TV端观看长视频,当用户想要截取该长视频中的一段视频时,即可通过操作手机完成截取,简单方便、灵活省时。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,下列实施例仅用于解释本发明的发明内容,不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法,如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S1:在移动端安装APP,在TV端安装SDK或APK,使移动端和TV端分别与截取服务器建立双向长连接完成跨屏;
S2:用户通过TV端观看长视频,针对某一长视频通过移动端向截取服务器发送截取指令;
S3:截取服务器将收到的截取指令发送至TV端,TV端将长视频截取为视频段并反馈至截取服务器,所述视频段的开始时间、结束时间和截取时长分别为TI、T2和m,T1为用户发送截取指令的时间点对应的播放进度的时间戳,T2=T1-m,m>0;
S4:截取服务器将视频段发送至移动端,移动端依据用户在移动端的操作将视频段截取为短视频;
S5:用户通过移动端对截取后的短视频设定标签;
S6:将短视频上传至消息库。
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,首先通过唯一的账号将TV端和移动端打通,当用户在TV端看到自己感兴趣的视频想要对该段视频进行截取时,通过移动端向截取服务器发送截取指令,截取服务器将该指令传达至TV端,TV端的SDK或APK将在长视频上截取一个视频段,该视频段以用户发送截取命令为第一时间点T1向前推mmin,即T1-m为第二时间点,如用户在7点40分发送截取命令,m可以默认为5min,即截取服务器会以7点35分到7点40为开始时间点和结束时间点来截取用户观看的视频,此时用户可通过操作移动端对该段视频段进行截取,如发送7点37分和7点38分两个时间点,即可对该时间段进行进一步地截取,用户在移动端对截取后的短视频设定标签,并上传至消息库,其中,步骤S5中提高的设定标签包括信息编辑和生成海报。
实施例2
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,如图2所示,进一步限定,步骤S1包括以下步骤:
S11:在移动端安装APP,其中APP至少具有向所述截取服务器发送截取指令的触发按钮和用于截取短视频的截取按钮;
S12:在TV端安装SDK或APK,其中SDK或APK用于向第三方获取并播放长视频;
S13:TV端和移动端基于唯一的ID标识和地理位置信息进行绑定;
S14:移动端的APP和TV端的SDK或APK分别与截取服务器建立双向长连接,其中截取服务器用于接收APP发送的截取指令和将SDK或APK发送的视频段传输至移动端的APP。
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,用户先在移动端安装APP,用户可以通过触发按钮和截取按钮向截取服务器发送指令,在TV端安装SDK或APK,SDK或APK用于向第三方获取并播放长视频,绑定TV端和移动端后,双端通过截取服务器建立双向长连接,即可实现跨屏。
实施例3
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,如图3所示,进一步限定,步骤S3包括以下步骤:
S31:截取服务器接收移动端的APP发送的截取指令,并将该指令传达至TV端的SDK或APK;
S32:TV端的SDK或APK接收到截取指令后向第三方发送长视频请求;
S33:第三方接收TV端的SDK或APK发送的长视频请求,将所述长视频发送至SDK或APK;
S34:SDK或APK基于截取指令将接收到的长视频截取为视频段,并将该视频段发送至截取服务器。
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,使用时,截取服务器将移动端发送的截取指令传达至SDK或APK,TV端通过SDK或APK向第三方发送长视频请求,第三方接收到请求后向SDK或APK发送长视频,此时SDK或APK将接收到的长视频进行截取,并将截取后的视频段发送至截取服务器,实现粗截取。
实施例4
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,如图4所示,步骤S41包括:
S41:视频段通过采集脚本实时监测用户开始截取视频的操作,获取用户第一次点击截取按钮时视频段播放进度对应的第一时间戳,开始截取,即为短视频的开始时间T1;
S42:继续监测用户截取视频的操作,获取用户第二次点击截取按钮时视频段播放进度对应的第二时间戳,截取结束,即为短视频的结束时间T2,T2与T1的差值即为截取时长m;
S43:保存截取后的短视频。
该方法首先通过移动端的APP接收视频段,播放该视频段,获取用户第一次点击截取按钮时的第一时间点,和用户第二次点击截取按钮时的第二时间点,第一时间点和第二时间点即为短视频的开始时间T1和结束时间T2,实现精准截取,简单方便,提高用户的用户体验。
实施例5
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,如图5所示,步骤S5包括:
S51:移动端根据用户操作向用户展示编辑菜单;
S52:移动端获得用户针对编辑菜单的操作信息;
S53:根据用户的操作信息编辑短视频的话题信息并在短视频的播放界面生成海报图层。
本实施例提供的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,具体限定了用户在移动端对截取后的短视频进行信息编辑、生成海报的方法,首先,用户通过移动端对短视频发送编辑指令,移动端展示编辑菜单,用户针对编辑菜单对短视频进行编辑,进而根据用户的编辑信息在短视频的播放界面生成海报图层。

1.一种跨屏截取电视内容的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S1:在移动端安装APP,在TV端安装SDK或APK,使移动端和TV端分别与截取服务器建立双向长连接完成跨屏;
S2:用户通过TV端观看长视频,针对某一长视频通过移动端向截取服务器发送截取指令;
S3:截取服务器将收到的截取指令发送至TV端,TV端将长视频截取为视频段并反馈至截取服务器,所述视频段的开始时间、结束时间和截取时长分别为TI、T2和m,T1为用户发送截取指令的时间点对应的播放进度的时间戳,T2=T1-m,m>0;
S4:截取服务器将视频段发送至移动端,移动端依据用户在移动端的操作将视频段截取为短视频;
S5:用户通过移动端对截取后的短视频设定标签;
S6:将短视频上传至消息库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S5所述的设定标签包括信息编辑和生成海报。
3.根据权利要求2所述的跨屏截取电视内容的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1包括以下步骤:
S11:在移动端安装APP,其中APP至少具有向所述截取服务器发送截取指令的触发按钮和用于截取短视频的截取按钮;
S12:在TV端安装SDK或APK,其中SDK或APK用于向第三方获取并播放长视频;
S13:TV端和移动端基于唯一的ID标识和地理位置信息进行绑定;

S34:SDK或APK基于截取指令将接收到的长视频截取为视频段,并将该视频段发送至截取服务器。

S41:视频段通过采集脚本实时监测用户开始截取视频的操作,获取用户第一次点击截取按钮时视频段播放进度对应的第一时间戳,开始截取,即为短视频的开始时间T1;
