For example, whether the current user has the authority to replace the live broadcast room template can be judged according to the account number of the login live broadcast service platform; and if the current user has the authority of replacing the live broadcast room template, determining a new live broadcast room template according to a user instruction triggered by the current user.
How to define whether the user has the authority to replace the live broadcast room template can be set according to requirements.
In an application scene, only the anchor user is allowed to set a live broadcast room template for a live broadcast room created by the anchor user, and other audiences cannot change the anchor user. Specifically, whether a user is a main broadcasting user in a live broadcasting room is judged according to an account number for logging in a live broadcasting service platform; and if the user is an anchor user of the live broadcast room, providing a template setting function, enabling the anchor user to enter a template setting interface through a template setting button, and determining a new live broadcast room template according to a user instruction triggered by the anchor user based on the template setting interface. And after the new live broadcast room template is determined, the live broadcast data to be displayed are distributed according to the new live broadcast room template. The data of the rearranged page is viewed by the anchor side and the audience side. And if the user is not the anchor user of the live broadcast room, not providing the template setting function. For example, the template setting button is gray and cannot be triggered, and thus cannot enter the template setting interface.
Therefore, in the embodiment, only the anchor user is allowed to change the live broadcast room template of the live broadcast room created by the anchor user, so that the anchor user can control the layout of the live broadcast room, and convenience is brought to the anchor user.
In another application scenario, the user with the permission to replace the live broadcast room template may be an anchor user or an audience user, and whether the user has the permission to replace the live broadcast room template is determined according to the grade of the user. For example, if the live audience is a main broadcast or an audience applying for a VIP member, the live audience template can be replaced. At the moment, each user terminal only changes the live broadcast room template of the terminal, and the live broadcast room templates of other people are not influenced.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, it is determined whether the user has the right to change the live room template at the user level, thereby attracting the user to increase the user level.
After the new live broadcast room template is determined, the live broadcast data to be displayed can be laid out and displayed. In one example, after determining the new live broadcast room template, the user terminal may directly receive live broadcast data to be presented, and layout and present the live broadcast data according to the new live broadcast template, that is, step 202 may be performed by the user terminal. In another example, after determining the new live room template, step 202 may also be performed by the server and the user terminal together. For example, the server lays out the live broadcast data to be displayed according to the new live broadcast room template, and sends the laid-out page data to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the received page data. Therefore, the layout processing process is executed through the server, and the processing amount of the user terminal is reduced.
In order to record live-room templates of different user preferences, in an optional implementation, the method further comprises: judging whether a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account; if a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account and a new live broadcast room template is determined according to a user instruction, establishing a corresponding relation between the account and the new live broadcast room template, and storing the corresponding relation; the correspondence is used for: after logging in a live broadcast service platform by using an account, the live broadcast data to be displayed is laid out and displayed by using a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the user logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the corresponding relationship between the account and the new live broadcast room template may be established, so that the new live broadcast room template preferred by the user may be determined according to the login account when logging in next time, and thus, the live broadcast data to be displayed may be laid out and displayed by using the new live broadcast room template.
In one aspect, the determining, establishing, and storing processes may be performed by a user terminal. In this embodiment, the corresponding relationship is stored in the user terminal, so that when the user terminal logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the user terminal determines a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account according to the corresponding relationship, and performs layout and display on live broadcast data to be displayed by using the new live broadcast room template.
On the other hand, the processes of judging, establishing and storing can be executed by the server side. In the embodiment, the corresponding relation is stored in the server, when the user terminal logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the server determines a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account according to the corresponding relation, performs layout on live broadcast data to be displayed by using the new live broadcast room template, and sends the page information after the layout to the user terminal for displaying; or when the user terminal logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the server determines a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account according to the corresponding relation, and sends the new live broadcast room template to the user terminal, so that the user terminal can conveniently use the new live broadcast room template to arrange and display live broadcast data to be displayed.
According to the embodiment, the live broadcast room template preferred by the user can be determined through the corresponding relation between the account and the new live broadcast room template, the defect that the live broadcast room template is replaced when the user watches the live broadcast room template every time, operation is complex is avoided, and convenience is brought to the user.
In addition, if the current user does not log in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the current user can be considered as a tourist, and the new live broadcast room template is only replaced once. Specifically, if the current user does not log in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the live broadcast data to be displayed are directly distributed and displayed according to the new live broadcast room template, and the new live broadcast room template does not need to be stored. Therefore, in the embodiment, the common tourists can also replace the live broadcast room template, so that the live broadcast video after the new layout is watched, and convenience is brought to the user.
In another optional implementation manner, because the layout requirements of the same user on different live broadcast rooms may be different, the corresponding relationship among the account number, the live broadcast room identifier and the new live broadcast room template may be established, so that the new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account number and the live broadcast room identifier may be determined according to the corresponding relationship, and then the live broadcast data to be displayed is laid out and displayed by using the new live broadcast room template.
Specifically, whether the current user logs in the live broadcast service platform through an account can be judged; and if the current user logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account and determines a new live broadcast room template according to the user instruction, establishing a corresponding relation among the account, the live broadcast room identification and the new live broadcast room template, and storing the corresponding relation. Wherein, the live broadcast room identification is the identification of the live broadcast room suitable for the new live broadcast room template, and the corresponding relationship is used for: when logging in a live broadcast service platform by using an account and entering a live broadcast room, determining a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account and a live broadcast room identifier of the live broadcast room, and laying out and displaying live broadcast data to be displayed by using the determined new live broadcast room template.
The live broadcast room identifier is an identifier of a live broadcast room to which the new live broadcast room template is applicable, and for example, when the live broadcast room template is changed for the current live broadcast room, the live broadcast room identifier may refer to an identifier of the current live broadcast room. The live room identifier can be a live room ID number, a live room name and the like which can uniquely identify the live room. Different live broadcast rooms can correspond to different live broadcast room templates, and different live broadcast rooms can also correspond to the same live broadcast room template. For example, live broadcast rooms are classified into chess playing classes, game playing classes, performance classes and the like, different live broadcast room templates can be set for different types of live broadcast rooms, the live broadcast room templates corresponding to the same type of live broadcast rooms are the same, and the intelligent level of the user terminal is further improved.
On one hand, the corresponding relation can be stored in the user terminal, so that when the user terminal logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account and enters a live broadcast room, the user terminal determines the account and a new live broadcast room template corresponding to a live broadcast room identifier of the live broadcast room according to the corresponding relation, and the live broadcast data to be displayed are arranged and displayed by utilizing the new live broadcast room template.
On the other hand, the corresponding relation can be stored in the server, when the user terminal logs in a live broadcast service platform through the account and enters a live broadcast room, the server lays out live broadcast data to be displayed according to the account of the corresponding relation and a new live broadcast room template corresponding to a live broadcast room identifier of the live broadcast room, and sends the laid page information to the user terminal for displaying; or when the user terminal logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account and enters the live broadcast room, the server sends the new live broadcast room template to the user terminal according to the corresponding relation account and the new live broadcast room template corresponding to the live broadcast room identifier of the live broadcast room, so that the user terminal can conveniently use the new live broadcast room template to arrange and display live broadcast data to be displayed.
It can be seen from the above embodiment that through the corresponding relation between the account number, the live broadcast room identifier and the new live broadcast room template, the live broadcast room template preferred by the user to different live broadcast rooms can be determined, different live broadcast room templates can be set in different live broadcast rooms, and the defect that the live broadcast room template is changed again when the user watches at every time to cause complex operation is overcome, so that convenience is brought to the user.
In addition, because the suitable new live broadcast room templates of different terminal types are different, the corresponding relation between the account number, the terminal type and the new live broadcast room template can be established. Specifically, whether the current user logs in the live broadcast service platform through an account can be judged; if a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account and a new live broadcast room template is determined according to a user instruction, establishing a corresponding relation among the account, the terminal type of the current terminal and the new live broadcast room template; the correspondence is used for: when logging in a live broadcast service platform by using an account and a user terminal, determining a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account and the terminal type of the user terminal, and laying out and displaying live broadcast data to be displayed by using the determined new live broadcast room template.
Therefore, by adopting the embodiment, different live broadcast room templates can be set for different types of terminals of the same user, so that the live broadcast room templates are more adaptive to the terminals, and the intelligent level of the terminals is improved.
The various technical features in the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, so long as there is no conflict or contradiction between the combinations of the features, but the combination is limited by the space and is not described one by one, and therefore, any combination of the various technical features in the above embodiments also belongs to the scope disclosed in the present specification.

As shown in fig. 3A, fig. 3A is a flowchart of another video live broadcasting method according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be used in a live broadcasting network architecture, and the method includes the following steps:
in step 301, the user terminal sends a live broadcast room template setting instruction to the server.
In step 302, the server returns the pre-stored live broadcast template sample to the user terminal.
In step 303, the user terminal receives and displays the live-room template sample.
In step 304, the user terminal determines the live room template sample selected by the user as a new live room template.
In step 305, the user terminal sends the new live room template to the server.
In step 306, the server side judges whether the current user logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account; if the current user logs in the live broadcast service platform through the account, establishing a corresponding relation between the account and a new live broadcast room template, storing the corresponding relation, and entering step 307; the correspondence is used for: after logging in a live broadcast service platform by using an account, the live broadcast data to be displayed is laid out and displayed by using a new live broadcast room template corresponding to the account. If the current user does not log in the live broadcast service platform through the account, the step 307 is directly entered.
In step 307, the server lays out the live broadcast data to be displayed according to the new live broadcast room template, and sends the laid-out page data to the user terminal.
In step 308, the user terminal receives the page data after layout and displays the page data.
The user terminal in this embodiment may be a viewer terminal, an anchor terminal, or a user terminal with authority.
It can be seen by the above embodiment that, request the live broadcast room template sample to the server through user terminal, the server returns the sample to user terminal and demonstrates, the user can select the live broadcast room template sample of oneself preference, thereby improve the change efficiency of live broadcast room template, and simultaneously, the server can also record the corresponding relation of account number and new live broadcast room template, so that the user directly adopts new live broadcast room template to treat the live broadcast data of demonstrateing and carry out overall arrangement and show when logging in next time, avoid the user to change live broadcast room template again when watching at every turn, cause complex operation's defect, thereby brought the facility for the user.
For convenience of understanding, the application scenario diagram is also provided for illustration. As shown in fig. 3B, fig. 3B is an application scene diagram of a video live broadcasting method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In this sketch map, the user is watching the in-process of live broadcast video, through clicking the extension button "…" in the upper right corner, then the drop-down frame appears, through clicking "change template" button in the drop-down frame, then get into live broadcast room template sample selection interface, the user can select the live broadcast room template sample of oneself preference, after the user selects the live broadcast room template sample of oneself preference, user terminal directly will treat that the live broadcast data of show utilizes new live broadcast room template to arrange and show, thereby realize quick replacement live broadcast room template.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the video live broadcast method, the application also provides a video live broadcast device.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a video live device shown in the present application according to an exemplary embodiment, the device includes: a template determination module 410, an information layout module 420, and an information presentation module 430.
The template determining module 410 is configured to determine a new live broadcast room template according to a user instruction, where the new live broadcast room template is a different template from a live broadcast room template currently used by the user terminal.
And the information layout module 420 is configured to layout the live broadcast data to be displayed according to the new live broadcast room template.
And an information display module 430, configured to display the page data after layout.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that, by providing a live broadcast room template replacement function, a user can replace a live broadcast room template, live broadcast data to be displayed is arranged and displayed by adopting a new live broadcast room template preferred by the user, the intelligent level of a user terminal is improved, and convenience is brought to the user.
In an alternative implementation, the template determination module 410 includes (not shown in fig. 4):

1. A method for live video, the method comprising:
detecting login operation of a user and operation of entering a live broadcast room, and determining whether a pre-stored live broadcast room template exists from a pre-stored corresponding relationship according to an account number of the user and live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room; the live broadcast parameters include any one of the following: a live broadcast room identifier, a live broadcast room category or a terminal type; different live broadcast parameters correspond to different live broadcast room templates; the live broadcast room template comprises templates with different live broadcast room styles and/or different live broadcast room styles; different live room styles have different display modes aiming at different types of information;
if yes, the live broadcast room is laid out and displayed by the live broadcast room template;
wherein the corresponding relation is obtained by the following method: under the condition that a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account and determines the live broadcast room template according to a user instruction, establishing a corresponding relation among the account, live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room template, and storing the corresponding relation.
2. The video live broadcasting method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether there is a pre-stored live broadcasting room template according to the account of the user and live broadcasting parameters of the live broadcasting room comprises:
acquiring a corresponding relation associated with the account of the user; the corresponding relation represents the corresponding relation between the account number, the live broadcast parameters and the live broadcast room template;
and determining whether a live broadcast room template corresponding to the live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room exists from the corresponding relation.
3. A video live method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and if a new live broadcast template is determined, replacing the current live broadcast room template of the live broadcast room by using the new live broadcast template, and establishing and storing the corresponding relation among the account number, the live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room and the new live broadcast template.
4. A video live broadcast method according to claim 1, wherein the live room style comprises different presentation manners of different types of information;
the information includes at least one of the following types: live video, public screen chat, gift presentation options, barrage;
the display mode comprises at least one of the following items: the method comprises the following steps of displaying in a mode with a video window, displaying in a mode without the video window, displaying in a mode of displaying or hiding designated type information, and displaying in a mode of customizing display positions/display area sizes/display proportions of various types of information.
5. A video live method according to claim 1,
the live room style includes at least one of: direct seeding room skin;
the live room skin includes at least one of the following parameters: character modification parameters, borders, backgrounds, icon shapes, and live room tones.
6. A video live broadcast method according to claim 1 wherein one live room is associated with one or more live room templates.
7. A video live broadcast method according to claim 1, wherein the laying out and displaying the live broadcast room by using the live broadcast room template comprises:
and utilizing the live broadcast room template to distribute and display the live broadcast data to be displayed in the live broadcast room.
8. A video live broadcasting method is applied to a main broadcasting end, and comprises the following steps:
detecting the login operation of a main broadcast user and the operation of entering a live broadcast room, and determining whether a pre-stored live broadcast room template exists from a pre-stored corresponding relationship according to the account number of the main broadcast user and the live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room; the live broadcast parameters include any one of the following: a live broadcast room identifier, a live broadcast room category or a terminal type; the live broadcast room template comprises at least one preset parameter: the display proportion of the live broadcast video and the skin of a live broadcast room;
if yes, the live broadcast room is laid out and displayed by the live broadcast room template;
wherein the corresponding relation is obtained by the following method: under the condition that a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account and determines the live broadcast room template according to a user instruction, establishing a corresponding relation among the account, live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room template, and storing the corresponding relation.
9. A live video broadcasting method, applied to a viewer, the method comprising:
detecting login operation of a viewer user and operation of entering a live broadcast room, and determining whether a pre-stored live broadcast room template exists from a pre-stored corresponding relationship according to an account number of the viewer user and live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room; the live broadcast parameters include any one of the following: a live broadcast room identifier, a live broadcast room category or a terminal type; the live broadcast room template comprises at least one preset parameter: displaying in a mode of carrying a video window or not carrying the video window;
if yes, the live broadcast room is laid out and displayed by the live broadcast room template;
wherein the corresponding relation is obtained by the following method: under the condition that a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through an account and determines the live broadcast room template according to a user instruction, establishing a corresponding relation among the account, live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room template, and storing the corresponding relation.
10. A video live broadcasting apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the corresponding relation acquisition module is used for establishing the corresponding relation among the account number, the live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room template and storing the corresponding relation under the condition that a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through the account number and the live broadcast room template is determined according to a user instruction;

and the live broadcast room layout display module is used for utilizing the live broadcast room template to carry out layout and display on the live broadcast room if the live broadcast room layout display module is used.
11. A video live broadcasting device, applied to a main broadcasting end, the device comprising:
the corresponding relation acquisition module is used for establishing the corresponding relation among the account number, the live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room and the live broadcast room template and storing the corresponding relation under the condition that a current user logs in a live broadcast service platform through the account number and the live broadcast room template is determined according to a user instruction;
the live broadcast room template detection module is used for detecting login operation of a main broadcast user and operation of entering a live broadcast room, and determining whether a pre-stored live broadcast room template exists from a pre-stored corresponding relation according to an account number of the main broadcast user and live broadcast parameters of the live broadcast room; the live broadcast parameters include any one of the following: a live broadcast room identifier, a live broadcast room category or a terminal type; the live broadcast room template comprises at least one preset parameter: the display proportion of the live broadcast video and the skin of a live broadcast room;
and the live broadcast room layout display module is used for utilizing the live broadcast room template to carry out layout and display on the live broadcast room if the live broadcast room layout display module is used.
