本发明涉及换热器领域,具体是一种管壳式换热器,包括圆筒形的壳体,壳体两端分别装有第一介质进管和第一介质出管,壳体外壁上装有第二介质进管和第二介质出管,所述壳体内位于第一介质进管和第一介质出管处各装有一块管板,两块管板上相同位置均匀设有若干个管孔,每个管孔内套装有一根从第一介质进管到第一介质出管的换热管,壳体内壁位于第二介质进管和第二介质出管之间上下交错地均匀装有若干块挡板,每块挡板上设有与所述管孔相同的通孔,挡板为带有缺口且直径与壳体内壁相等的圆板;本发明占地面积小,换热效率高,可避免残留水结冰涨破管道,适用于对现有管壳式换热器的改进。

技术领域
本发明涉及换热器领域,具体是一种管壳式换热器。
背景技术
目前换热器应用广泛,换热器的制作要求必须完全密封,否则会漏水造成热量损失,传统的管壳式换热器受自身结构限制在有限的空间内安装时换热效果不好,热量损失较大,若要达到预期的换热效果,其结构尺寸往往较大,占地面积较大,制作成本高;目前的管壳式换热器以水为导热介质用作冷却器时,当停用一段时间后管路中残留的水结冰会涨破管道。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有的管壳式换热器换热效果差,以水为导热介质用作冷却器时,当停用一段时间后管路中残留的水结冰会涨破管道的问题,提供一种管壳式换热器。
本发明的具体方案是:一种管壳式换热器,包括圆筒形的壳体,壳体两端分别装有第一介质进管和第一介质出管,壳体外壁上装有第二介质进管和第二介质出管,所述壳体内位于第一介质进管和第一介质出管处各装有一块管板,两块管板上相同位置均匀设有若干个管孔,每个管孔内套装有一根从第一介质进管到第一介质出管的换热管,壳体内壁位于第二介质进管和第二介质出管之间上下交错地均匀装有若干块挡板,每块挡板上设有与所述管孔相同的通孔,挡板为带有缺口且直径与壳体内壁相等的圆板。
本发明所述挡板面积为壳体内壁横截面积的75%~85%。
本发明所述壳体和换热管均为不锈钢材质。
本发明将在壳体内设置上下交错的挡板,第二介质在壳体内沿Z形流动,流动行程大大延长,提高了换热效率同时占地空间小,壳体和换热管均采用不锈钢材质,许用应力提高,可防止管路中残留的水结冰导致管道被涨破。

参见图1-2,本实施例包括圆筒形的壳体3,壳体3两端分别装有第一介质进管1和第一介质出管7,壳体3外壁上装有第二介质进管2和第二介质出管5,所述壳体3内位于第一介质进管1和第一介质出管7处各装有一块管板6,两块管板6上相同位置均匀设有若干个管孔,每个管孔内套装有一根从第一介质进管1到第一介质出管7的换热管,壳体3内壁位于第二介质进管2和第二介质出管5之间上下交错地均匀装有若干块挡板4,每块挡板4上设有与所述管孔相同的通孔,挡板4为带有缺口且直径与壳体3内壁相等的圆板。
本实施例所述挡板4面积为壳体3内壁横截面积的75%~85%。
本实施例所述壳体3和换热管均为不锈钢材质。
