The movable connection can be realized by the following ways: the water spraying frame is provided with a pull rod upper support 27, the water tank is provided with a pull rod lower support 28, and the pull rod upper support 27 and the pull rod lower support 28 which are equal in number are respectively fixed on two sides of the water spraying frame 24 and the water tank 1. The piston rod of the air cylinder 21 is connected to the pull rod 26, the other end of the air cylinder 21 is connected to the water tank 1, the air cylinder is movably connected with the pull rod and the water tank, and the air cylinder can move to a certain extent. Specifically, the following manner may be adopted for the movable connection: the water tank 1 is provided with an air cylinder lower support 23, the pull rod is provided with an air cylinder upper support 19, a piston rod of the air cylinder 21 is movably connected to the air cylinder upper support, and the other end of the air cylinder is movably connected to the air cylinder lower support. The cylinders may be connected to the two supports respectively by conventional fastening assemblies 20 such as bolt assemblies or the like.
The water spray frame descending limit seat 31 and the water spray frame lifting limit seat 18 are respectively arranged on two sides of the pull rod 26. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the water spray frame lifting limiting seat 18 is disposed at the front ends of the first group of tie rods corresponding to the left and right positions, and as shown in fig. 1, the rear ends of the other tie rods of each group are all provided with a water spray frame descending limiting seat 31.
As shown in fig. 1, an exhaust throttle muffler 13 is mounted at the air outlet of the solenoid control valve 14.
Working principle:

the electromagnetic control valve 14 is operated to be in a lifting state, compressed air from the chassis air storage tank 10 enters the large cavity of the air cylinder 21 through the electromagnetic valve air inlet pipeline 11, the electromagnetic valve air inlet joint 12, the electromagnetic valve air outlet joint 15, the electromagnetic valve air outlet pipeline 16 and the air cylinder joint 22, and the water spray frame 24 is lifted to a preset position. The lifted state is shown in fig. 1.
The lifting speed of the water spraying frame can be adjusted by adjusting the exhaust throttling silencer 13 arranged on the electromagnetic control valve 14 so as to reduce the impact on the water spraying frame during lifting, thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the water spraying frame and related accessories.
2. Cleaning:
injecting a clean water source into the water tank 1, opening the ball valve 3, and enabling the clean water source to enter the water pump 7 through the water tank water outlet pipeline 2, the ball valve 3 and the water pump water inlet pipeline 6; after the water spray frame 24 is lifted to a preset position, the water pump 7 is started, pressurized water enters the water spray frame 24 through the pressure regulating unloading valve 8 and the water spray frame water inlet hose 9 and is sprayed out by the spray head 25, a continuous fan shape is formed at the top of the tank body, and the surface of the tank body is washed, so that the purpose of cleaning the top of the tank body is realized.
The water outlet pressure of the water spraying frame can be regulated and set by regulating the pressure regulating unloading valve 8, when the pressure in the water outlet pipeline of the water pump exceeds a set value, the pressure regulating unloading valve 8 is automatically opened for unloading, and part or all of the pressure water flows back to the water inlet pipeline 6 of the water pump through the unloading pipeline 5, so that the purpose of protecting the water pump 7 and the water outlet pipeline thereof is achieved.
After the cleaning operation is completed, the water pump 7 is stopped, and the ball valve 3 is closed.
3. The water spraying frame descends:
the electromagnetic control valve 14 is operated to be in a descending state, compressed air from the chassis air storage tank 10 enters the small cavity of the air cylinder 21 through the electromagnetic valve air inlet pipeline 11, the electromagnetic valve air inlet joint 12, the electromagnetic valve air outlet joint 15, the electromagnetic valve air outlet pipeline 16 and the air cylinder joint 22, and the water spray frame 24 is descended to a preset position.
