As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in the present embodiment, there is disclosed a speed reducing clutch for a drum washing machine, which includes a large bearing housing 10, a mounting cavity 12 is provided on the large bearing housing 10, a mounting portion 18 extending radially outwardly is provided on an outer wall of the mounting cavity 12, a brake wheel 7 provided in the mounting cavity 12 of the large bearing housing 10 and a wheel train 8 provided in the brake wheel 7, and a second bearing 14 for positioning and supporting a penetrating end of a motor shaft 5 penetrating into the washing machine is mounted at a first end of the mounting cavity 12 in an axial direction; the second end of the installation cavity 12 along the axis direction is opened, a small bearing seat 11 is detachably installed at the opening, a positioning column 16 protruding and extending towards the direction of the large bearing seat 10 is arranged on the small bearing seat 11, and a positioning groove 115 matched with the positioning column 16 is arranged on the large bearing seat 10.
The positioning columns which are correspondingly inserted with the large bearing seats are arranged on the small bearing seats, so that the only assembly position between the small bearing seats and the large bearing seats is realized; and the positioning column is utilized for positioning and assembling, so that the effect of rapid and accurate positioning, buckling and mounting between the small bearing seat and the large bearing seat is achieved.
In this embodiment, one side of the small bearing seat 11 is correspondingly attached to and sealed with the open side of the large bearing seat 10, and the positioning column 16 is arranged at the sealed attachment position of the small bearing seat 11 and the large bearing seat 10.
In this embodiment, the fastening bolt 15 may be disposed on the positioning post 16, so that the fastening bolt 15 passes through the positioning post 16 and is engaged with and fixed on the large bearing seat in a threaded manner, so as to form the screw mounting structure as described in the first embodiment; the specific mode is as follows: the positioning column 16 is provided with a coaxially arranged through hole, the bottom of the positioning groove 115 is provided with a bolt hole coaxially arranged corresponding to the through hole, and the end part of the fastening bolt 15 passes through the through hole arranged on the positioning column 16 and then is in threaded engagement and fixation with the bolt hole arranged at the bottom of the positioning groove 115; preferably, the positioning column 16 is a cylindrical structure extending along the axis parallel to the motor shaft 5, and the positioning groove 115 is a cylindrical groove extending along the axis parallel to the motor shaft 5; the aperture of the bolt hole at the bottom of the positioning groove 115 is smaller than or equal to the aperture of the through hole arranged on the positioning column 16, the aperture of the through hole arranged on the positioning column 16 is smaller than or equal to the cross-section diameter of the outer peripheral wall of the positioning column 16, and the cross-section diameter of the outer peripheral wall of the positioning column 16 is smaller than or equal to the outer contour diameter of the bottom of the positioning groove 115. Therefore, the purpose that the small bearing seat is clamped and mounted on the large bearing seat by the fastening bolt is achieved by ensuring that the fastening bolt is meshed and fixed with the bolt hole formed in the positioning groove after passing through the positioning column.
In this embodiment, the prying bolt 114 may be disposed on the positioning post 16, so that the prying bolt 114 passes through the positioning post 16 and is in limited interference with the large bearing seat, so as to pry the small bearing 11 and the large bearing seat 10 to separate from each other, thereby forming a screw post structure as described in the second embodiment; the specific mode is as follows: the positioning column 16 is provided with a screw hole coaxially arranged, the bottom of the positioning groove 115 is sealed, and the end of the prying bolt 114 extends into the screw hole arranged on the positioning column 16 and is in limit contact with the bottom of the positioning groove 115 so as to pry the small bearing seat 11 and the large bearing seat 10 to be separated.
In this embodiment, a plurality of positioning columns 16 are arranged on the small bearing seat 11, and each positioning column 16 is arranged in different radial directions of the small bearing seat 11; preferably, the positioning posts 16 are arranged at the periphery of the small bearing seat 11 at equal intervals.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment describes a reduction clutch for a drum washing machine, which includes a housing 1, a brake wheel 7 is disposed in a mounting cavity 12 provided on the housing 1, a wheel train 8 disposed inside the brake wheel 7, and a motor shaft 5 engaged with a motor rotor 21 penetrates the wheel train 8 to drive a pulsator shaft and a drum shaft 6 to rotate; a clutch engagement sleeve 3 is further arranged between the shell 1 and the motor rotor 21, and the clutch engagement sleeve 3 can move along the axial direction of the motor shaft 5 under the action of a clutch driving structure, so that the clutch engagement sleeve 4 rotates in a meshed manner with the motor rotor 21 or the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is locked in a meshed manner with a clutch fixing disc 4 arranged on the shell 1.

In this embodiment, a return spring 30 is installed between the clutch fixing plate 4 and the clutch engagement sleeve 3, and one side of the clutch engagement sleeve 3, which is close to the motor rotor 21, is in limit contact with the clutch driving structure, so that the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is movably installed between the clutch fixing plate 4 and the motor rotor 21.
In this embodiment, the clutch fixing plate 4 has a circular ring structure, at least one assembly hole is arranged on the circular ring clutch fixing plate 4, a bolt hole matched with the assembly hole is arranged on the small bearing seat 11, and the bolt passes through the assembly hole and then is fastened with the bolt hole by screw thread, so that the clutch fixing plate 4 is fixedly mounted on the small bearing seat 11 by the bolt; preferably, a plurality of assembly holes are arranged on the annular clutch fixed disc 4 at equal intervals; further preferably, the fitting holes are provided at equal intervals in the center of the clutch fixing plate 4, and the diameters of the fitting holes are set to be equal.
In this embodiment, both ends of each tooth tip of the inner ring engaging teeth 41 and the outer ring engaging teeth 31 are respectively provided with circular arc chamfers so as to facilitate engagement of the clutch fixing plate 4 and the clutch engagement sleeve 3.
In this embodiment, a ring of radially protruding clamping ribs 32 is arranged on the periphery of the clutch engagement sleeve 3, one side, close to the motor rotor 21, of the clamping ribs 32 is in limiting contact with the shifting fork 9 of the clutch driving structure, and the shifting fork 9 provides limiting acting force to the clutch engagement sleeve 3 through the clamping ribs 32 in the direction of the clutch fixing disc 4, so that the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is movably assembled between the motor rotor 21 and the clutch fixing disc 4.
In this embodiment, the gear train 8 includes an input shaft sleeve 81 sleeved on the outer periphery of the motor shaft 5 and penetrating out of the housing from the center of the small bearing seat 11, a circle of external engaging teeth 811 are provided on the outer periphery of the penetrating end of the input shaft sleeve 81, a circle of internal engaging teeth 33 are provided on the inner periphery of the clutch engaging sleeve 3, and the internal engaging teeth 33 and the external engaging teeth 811 are correspondingly engaged and connected, so that the clutch engaging sleeve 3 and the input shaft sleeve 81 are engaged and fixed.
In this embodiment, the extending distance of the external engaging tooth 811 on the input shaft sleeve 81 in the axial direction of the motor shaft 5 covers the moving position of the internal engaging tooth 33 in the moving process of the clutch engaging sleeve 3, so that the internal engaging tooth 31 and the external engaging tooth 811 are always engaged and connected when the clutch engaging sleeve 3 moves along the axial direction of the motor shaft 5 under the action of the clutch driving device; preferably, the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is provided with a plurality of engagement teeth 34 protruding radially outwards near one end of the motor rotor 21, and the motor rotor 21 is provided with engagement grooves 22 which are matched and fixed with the engagement teeth 34.
Example five
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, there is described a speed reduction clutch for a drum washing machine, which includes a clutch engagement sleeve 3, the clutch engagement sleeve 3 being movable in an axial direction of a motor shaft 5 by a clutch driving structure to engage or disengage the clutch engagement sleeve 3 with or from a motor rotor 21; the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is provided with engagement teeth 34 engaged with the motor rotor 21, and an elastic pad 35 is sleeved outside the engagement teeth 34, so that the engagement teeth 34 are engaged with the motor rotor 21 through the elastic pad 35.
The elastic pad is arranged between the engaging teeth of the clutch engaging sleeve and the motor rotor, so that noise generated when the clutch engaging sleeve is engaged with the motor rotor is eliminated, vibration and noise generated when the speed reduction clutch operates are reduced, and user comfort level of the whole washing machine is effectively improved.
In this embodiment, one end of the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is provided with a plurality of engagement teeth 34 protruding radially outwards, and an elastic pad 35 is mounted on one side of each engagement tooth 34 away from the center of the clutch engagement sleeve 3 in a coating manner.
In this embodiment, the elastic pad 35 includes a ring 36 disposed along an end surface of the clutch engagement sleeve, and a plurality of coating portions 36 are protruded and extended from the ring 36 along a radial direction, and each coating portion 36 is buckled and mounted on the engagement teeth 34 in a one-to-one correspondence.
In this embodiment, a plurality of radially extending engaging ribs 23 protruding toward the clutch engagement sleeve 3 are provided on one side of the motor rotor 21 adjacent to the clutch engagement sleeve 3, and gaps between adjacent engaging ribs 23 constitute engaging grooves 22 which are engaged with corresponding engaging teeth 34 provided on the clutch engagement sleeve 3.
In this embodiment, the peripheral side of the engaging teeth 34 is covered by the elastic pad 35, so that the peripheral side of the engaging teeth 34 is in engagement contact with the inner wall of the engaging groove 22 via the elastic pad 35, so as to reduce noise generated during rotation of the clutch sleeve driven by the motor.
Example six
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the present embodiment, there is described a speed reducing clutch for a drum washing machine, which includes a housing 1, a clutch engagement sleeve 3 is mounted outside the housing 1, and the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is movable along an axial direction of a motor shaft 5 under a clutch driving structure to engage or disengage the clutch engagement sleeve 3 with or from a motor rotor 21; the speed reducing clutch is also provided with a position sensor 42 for detecting the position of the clutch engagement sleeve 3.
The position sensor is arranged on the speed reduction clutch so as to accurately detect the position of the clutch engagement sleeve, further timely monitor the operation fault of the speed reduction clutch, and effectively improve the operation stability and reliability of the speed reduction clutch.
In the embodiment, the clutch driving structure comprises a shifting fork 9, the middle part of the shifting fork 9 is rotatably arranged on the shell 1, the first end of the shifting fork 9 is in limit contact with the clutch engagement sleeve 3, and the second end of the shifting fork is connected with the driving unit, so that the shifting fork 9 is pulled to rotate under the action of the driving unit, and the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is driven to move along the axial direction of the motor shaft 5; the position sensor 42 detects the relative position between the fork 9 and the housing 1 to acquire the position of the clutch sleeve 3. In this embodiment, the driving unit may be configured as a stepper motor, and an output end of the stepper motor is connected to an end of the fork through a pull rope.
In the embodiment, a circle of radially protruding clamping ribs 32 are arranged on the periphery of the clutch engagement sleeve 3, one side, close to a motor rotor, of each clamping rib 32 is in limiting contact with the first end of the shifting fork 9, and the shifting fork 9 provides limiting acting force to the clutch engagement sleeve 3 in the direction close to the shell 1 through the clamping ribs 32, so that the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is movably assembled between the motor rotor 21 and the clutch fixing disc 4; preferably, a return spring 30 is further arranged between the clamping rib 32 of the clutch engagement sleeve 3 and the shell 1, and the return spring 30 provides an elastic force for the clutch engagement sleeve 3 in a direction away from the shell 1, so that the clutch engagement sleeve 3 is assembled on the speed reduction clutch under the action of the return spring 30 and the shifting fork 9.
In this embodiment, a first end of the fork 9 is provided with a section of arc-shaped connecting rib 91 extending around the periphery of the clamping rib 32 of the clutch engagement sleeve 3, two ends of the connecting rib 91 are respectively provided with a limiting rib 92 extending along the radial direction of the clutch engagement sleeve 3, and the limiting ribs 92 are respectively in limiting contact with one side of the clamping rib 32 close to the motor rotor 21; the position sensor 42 is arranged on the shell 1 corresponding to the limit rib 92 to detect the distance between the limit rib 92 and the shell 1; preferably, the center of the connecting rib 91 and the rotating shaft of the shifting fork 9 are positioned on the same vertical plane, so that the limit ribs 92 at the two ends of the connecting rib 91 are always positioned at the same horizontal height.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 includes a large bearing seat 10, a mounting cavity 12 is disposed on the large bearing seat 10, the mounting cavity 12 is disposed along an axial direction near an opening of one end of the motor rotor 21, a small bearing seat 11 is detachably mounted at the opening, and a clutch fixing disc 4 is mounted on one side of the small bearing seat 11 near the motor rotor 21; the middle part of the shifting fork 9 can rotate around the shaft and is arranged on the clutch fixed disc 4; the position sensor 42 is disposed on the clutch fixing plate 4 corresponding to the limit rib 92 to detect a relative distance between the limit rib 92 and the clutch fixing plate 4.
In this embodiment, the position sensor 42 and the limiting rib 92 are correspondingly overlapped in the parallel direction of the axis of the motor shaft 5; preferably, the limiting rib 92 has a certain extending width in the circumferential direction of the clutch engagement sleeve 3, so that the position sensor 42 is ensured to be always overlapped with at least part of the limiting rib 92 in the parallel direction of the axis of the motor shaft 5 during the moving process of the shifting fork 9.
In this embodiment, the position sensor 42 is mounted on the shift fork 9 to detect the relative distance between the shift fork 9 and the housing 1; preferably, the position sensor 42 is provided at a contact position of the fork 9 and the clutch sleeve 3.
Example seven
The embodiment introduces a drum washing machine provided with the speed reduction clutch of any one of the first to sixth embodiments, comprising a drum, wherein a pulsator is arranged in the drum, the drum is meshed with a drum shaft of the speed reduction clutch, the pulsator is meshed with a motor shaft penetrating end of the speed reduction clutch, a clutch engagement sleeve can move along the motor shaft axis direction under the action of a clutch driving structure, the clutch engagement sleeve is meshed with a motor rotor to drive the clutch engagement sleeve to rotate together with the motor rotor, and the rotation driving force of the clutch engagement sleeve is led into a wheel train driving motor shaft and the drum shaft to rotate at the same speed; or the clutch engagement sleeve is engaged with a clutch fixing disc arranged on the shell so as to lock the clutch engagement sleeve in the rotation direction of the motor shaft and guide the rotation driving force of the clutch engagement sleeve into the gear train to drive the motor shaft and the drum shaft to rotate in a differential speed.

A deceleration clutch for a drum washing machine, characterized in that: the large bearing seat is provided with an installation cavity, a second bearing is installed at a first end of the installation cavity along the axial direction, a second end of the installation cavity is arranged in an opening way, a small bearing seat is detachably installed at the opening part, and a first bearing is installed on the small bearing seat;
the small bearing seat is provided with a splicing rib protruding and extending towards the direction of the large bearing seat, the inner wall surface of the open end of the installation cavity is provided with a positioning groove section with increased radial distance, and the inner wall surface of the positioning groove section is in interference fit with the outer peripheral surface of the splicing rib;
the small bearing seat is provided with a positioning column extending in a protruding way towards the direction of the large bearing seat, the large bearing seat is provided with a positioning groove matched with the positioning column, and the positioning column is inserted in the positioning groove;
one side of the small bearing seat is correspondingly attached and sealed with the open side of the large bearing seat, and the sealed attaching part is fixedly installed by at least one fastening bolt which sequentially penetrates through the small bearing seat and the large bearing seat; the positioning column is arranged at the sealing joint of the small bearing seat and the large bearing seat;
the small bearing seat and the large bearing seat are fixed through fastening bolts: at least part of the positioning columns are provided with coaxially arranged through holes, the bottoms of the corresponding positioning grooves are provided with bolt holes coaxially arranged corresponding to the through holes, and the end parts of the fastening bolts penetrate through the through holes arranged on the positioning columns and are in threaded engagement and fixation with the bolt holes arranged at the bottoms of the positioning grooves;
at least part of the positioning posts are provided with screw holes which are coaxially arranged, the bottoms of the corresponding positioning slots are sealed, and the ends of the prying bolts extend into the screw holes arranged on the positioning posts and are in limit collision with the bottoms of the positioning slots so as to pry the small bearing seat and the large bearing seat to be separated.

The reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the small bearing seat is of an annular structure with the outer peripheral diameter larger than the diameter of the opening of the installation cavity of the large bearing seat, the small bearing seat and the installation cavity are coaxially arranged, a plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed on the small bearing seat around the axis, and the distance between each through hole and the axis of the small bearing seat is larger than the radius of the opening of the installation cavity of the large bearing seat; the large bearing seat is provided with a disk-shaped mounting part which radially extends outwards from the outer wall of the mounting cavity, and the mounting part is provided with bolt holes which are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes, so that the penetrating ends of the fastening bolts penetrate through the small bearing seat from the corresponding through holes and then are in threaded engagement with the corresponding bolt holes on the large bearing seat.
3. The reduction clutch for drum washing machine according to claim 2, wherein the distance between each through hole and the shaft center of the small bearing housing is equal.

A reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to claim 3, wherein the insertion rib is formed in a circumferential shape corresponding to the opening of the installation cavity, and the outer circumferential side of the circumferential insertion rib is in sealing engagement with the inner wall of the opening of the installation cavity.

The reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the insertion end of the insertion rib is brought into contact with an inner end surface of the positioning groove section near the center side of the installation cavity to position the insertion position of the small bearing housing.
6. The reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to claim 5, wherein the outer side of the end portion of the insertion rib is provided with a chamfer, and the inner side of the outer end surface of the positioning groove section is provided with a chamfer.

A reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein at least one positioning notch is provided at the outer periphery of the small bearing housing, and a positioning rib matched with the positioning notch is provided on the large bearing housing, so that the positioning rib is inserted into the positioning notch when the small bearing housing is fixedly mounted on the large bearing housing.

The reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a shaft sleeve coaxially provided around a shaft penetrating end of the motor shaft to constitute a drum shaft, one end of the drum shaft is engaged with the motor shaft through a gear train, the other end of the drum shaft is engaged with a drum of the washing machine after passing through the large bearing housing, and the outer circumference of the drum shaft is supported in a limited manner with the second bearing.

A reduction clutch for a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the first end of the installation cavity is provided with a circle of extension ribs extending along the axis of the installation cavity, and the inner peripheral wall of the extension ribs encloses a bearing installation part for the installation of the second bearing; the inner periphery of the annular small bearing seat is provided with a circle of assembly ribs extending along the axis of the installation cavity, and the inner peripheral wall of the assembly ribs encloses a bearing installation part for the assembly of the first bearing.

The reduction clutch for a drum washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the second bearing comprises at least two bearings independent of each other, each bearing being sequentially installed in the bearing installation part at the first end of the large bearing housing installation cavity in the axial direction of the motor shaft;
and/or the first bearing comprises at least two mutually independent bearings, and each bearing is sequentially arranged in a bearing installation part formed around the inner periphery of the small bearing seat along the axial direction of the motor shaft.

A drum washing machine equipped with a reduction clutch according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that: the device comprises a roller, wherein a pulsator is arranged in the roller, the roller is meshed with a roller shaft of a speed reduction clutch, and the pulsator is meshed with a motor shaft penetrating end of the speed reduction clutch.
