The embroidery heightening device can fix the embroidery frame and heighten the embroidery part, is convenient for embroidery, and further can greatly improve the quality of finished products and the working efficiency of users; meanwhile, the supporting component is used for supporting the chin of a user, so that the condition that the user bends down when embroidering can be prevented, and the body injury of the user is reduced.

Specifically, when embroidery is required, the part to be subjected to three-dimensional embroidery is placed on the shell 10, the shell jacks up the three-dimensional embroidery part to play a role in heightening, the embroidery frame is fixed through the fixing component 20, random movement during embroidery is prevented, and a user can start the embroidery work after placing a chin on the supporting component 30.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing 10 of the present embodiment has a housing cavity, in which a lighting lamp 40 and a storage battery 50 for driving the lighting lamp are disposed, and in order to facilitate control of the lighting lamp 40, the present embodiment further includes a key 41 disposed on an outer wall of the housing 10 and connected to the lighting lamp 40 for controlling on/off of the lighting lamp 40. When the device of this embodiment is used for embroidery, the user can turn on the illumination lamp 40 through the key 41, the illumination lamp 40 is turned on, and the emitted light can irradiate the raised part, namely the stereoscopic embroidery part, so that the lines of the patterns can be greatly enhanced, the user can watch the patterns conveniently, and the quality of the finished product and the working efficiency of the user can be improved. The accommodating cavity of the present embodiment at least includes a first cavity and a second cavity, the illumination lamp 40 is located in the first cavity, the storage battery 50 is located in the second cavity, the first cavity is a cavity close to the top of the housing 10, and the illumination direction of the illumination lamp 40 is from bottom to top, so that the embroidery pattern of the raised portion can be illuminated. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to insert and withdraw the needle, the housing 10 of the present embodiment is a housing with an open top, and the height of the illumination lamp 40 is lower than the height of the top of the housing 10, that is, the illumination lamp 40 is concavely disposed in the housing 10, so that after the edge of the housing 10 lifts up the embroidery part, a gap is left in the middle part of the housing 10 to insert and withdraw the needle.
The fixing assembly 20 of the present embodiment includes a telescopic member 21 slidably engaged with the housing 10, and a fixing hook 22 provided on the telescopic member 21 for fixing the embroidery frame. The telescopic member 21 is used to telescopically adjust a length so that the telescopic member 21 matches a size of the embroidery frame, and the embroidery frame is fixed by the fixing hook 22.
Specifically, the telescopic member 21 includes telescopic rods 211 slidably engaged with the housing 10 and disposed on opposite sides of the housing 10, and mounting blocks 212 disposed at ends of the telescopic rods 211, and the fixing hooks 22 are disposed on the mounting blocks 212; two opposite sides of the housing 10 are provided with through holes for inserting the telescopic rods 211. The housing 10 of the present embodiment further includes a third cavity, where the third cavity is used to accommodate the insertion portion of the telescopic rod 211, and the third cavity is located at the bottom of the housing 10, that is, the first cavity, the second cavity, and the third cavity of the present embodiment are stacked from top to bottom. The telescopic rods 211 are communicated with the accommodating cavity of the shell 10 through the through holes and are in sliding fit with the shell 10, when the length of the telescopic piece 21 needs to be changed to adapt to the size of the embroidery frame, the telescopic rods 211 on two sides are pulled only to adapt to the embroidery frame, and the mounting blocks 212 and the fixing hooks 22 arranged on the mounting blocks 212 have limiting effect on the embroidery frame. The telescopic member 21 of the present embodiment is a T-shaped telescopic member, that is, the telescopic rod 211 and the mounting block 212 are connected in a T-shape. The height of the outer shell 10 is larger than that of the fixed hook 22, so that the part needing three-dimensional embroidery is protruded, and the embroidery is convenient for a user.
The present embodiment further includes a limiting block 60 disposed on two opposite sides of the housing 10, where the limiting block 60 is a rectangular block, and the limiting block 60 is provided with a limiting hole for inserting the telescopic rod 211 and guiding and limiting the telescopic rod 211, and the limiting hole is communicated with the through hole. The limiting hole is in interference fit with the telescopic rod 211, so that a large friction force exists between the limiting block 60 and the telescopic rod 211, and the position of the telescopic rod 211 can be roughly fixed to prevent the telescopic rod from sliding randomly.
As shown in fig. 2, since the end of the telescopic rod 211, which is not provided with the mounting block 212, is inserted into the housing 10, in order to avoid that the telescopic rod 211 is completely separated from the housing 10 when the telescopic rod 211 is pulled to adjust the length, in this embodiment, a stop block 213 is further provided on the telescopic rod 211, the stop block 213 is provided on the end of the telescopic rod 211, which is far away from the mounting block 212, and the minimum outer diameter of the stop block 213 is larger than the maximum inner diameter of the through hole.
As shown in fig. 3, the telescopic rod 211 of the present embodiment is provided with a scale 214, and a user can measure the length of embroidery through the scale 214, so as to improve the quality of embroidery.
The support assembly 30 of the present embodiment includes a support rod 31 connected to the outer wall of the housing 10, and an arc plate 32 disposed at the end of the support rod 31. The supporting rod 31 is perpendicular to the plane where the top of the casing 10 is located, the concave end of the arc plate 32 is upward, and the convex end is connected with the supporting rod 31, so that a user can place a chin on the arc plate 32, bending down the head when the user embroiders is avoided, and cervical vertebra injury is reduced. Specifically, in order to improve comfort, the concave outer wall of the curved plate 32 of the present embodiment is provided with a sponge pad 321.
In order to accommodate the needs of different users, the supporting rod 31 in this embodiment is a telescopic supporting rod, and the user can adjust the height of the supporting rod 31 according to the height of the chin of the user, so that the arc plate 32 can be lifted or lowered. Specifically, the support rod 31 of the present embodiment includes a first rod 311 connected to the housing 10, and a second rod 312 screwed to an end of the first rod 311, and the second rod 312 is connected to the arc plate 32. When the height of the support bar 31 needs to be adjusted, the second rod 312 is rotated, so that the second rod 312 is lifted or lowered by the threaded engagement. In other embodiments, the height adjustment of the support bar 31 may be achieved using a first bar and a second bar that are sleeve-connected.
In this embodiment, the support bar 31 is connected to the arc plate 32 via a universal joint 33 so as not to affect the flexible rotation of the head of the user, and the user can rotate the head according to the change of the embroidery position during the embroidery.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

1. An embroidery elevating device, comprising: the embroidery machine comprises a shell for heightening an embroidery part, a fixing component which is arranged on the shell and used for fixing an embroidery frame, and a supporting component which is connected with the shell and used for assisting embroidery; the fixing component comprises a telescopic piece in sliding fit with the shell and a fixing hook arranged on the telescopic piece; the telescopic piece comprises a telescopic rod which is in sliding fit with the shell and is arranged on two opposite sides of the shell, and a mounting block which is arranged at the end part of the telescopic rod, and the fixing hook is arranged on the mounting block; the height of the shell is larger than that of the fixed hook.
2. The embroidery elevating device according to claim 1, wherein the housing has a housing chamber, and an illumination lamp and a battery for driving the illumination lamp are provided in the housing chamber.
3. The embroidery ascent device of claim 2, wherein the housing cavity comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity being proximate the top of the housing, the second cavity being located below the first cavity, the illumination lamp being disposed within the first cavity, the battery being disposed within the second cavity.
4. The embroidery elevating device according to claim 1, wherein the two opposite sides of the housing are provided with through holes for inserting the telescopic rods.
5. The embroidery elevating device according to claim 4, further comprising limiting blocks disposed on two opposite sides of the housing, wherein the limiting blocks are provided with limiting holes for inserting the telescopic rod and guiding and limiting the telescopic rod, and the limiting holes are communicated with the through holes.

The embroidery elevating device according to claim 4, wherein the telescopic rod is further provided with a stopper, the stopper is disposed at one end of the telescopic rod away from the mounting block, and the minimum outer diameter of the stopper is greater than the maximum inner diameter of the through hole.
7. The embroidery elevating device according to claim 1, wherein the telescopic rod is provided with graduations.
8. The embroidery ascent apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the support assembly comprises a support rod connected to the outer wall of the casing, and an arc plate provided at an end of the support rod.
