本发明公开一种节能玻璃,包括LOWE玻璃、PVB隔热胶片、镀银玻璃、透明玻璃板、封焊剂、树脂层、平板玻璃和钢化玻璃,所述LOWE玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于PVB隔热胶片下方,所述PVB隔热胶片通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃下方,所述透明玻璃板设置一个以上,所述透明玻璃板通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃上方两端,所述封焊剂均匀分布在镀银玻璃上,所述透明玻璃板和封焊剂形成一个真空腔,所述树脂层通过玻璃胶粘接于真空腔上端,所述两个平板玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接为倒“V”设置,所述钢化玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于平板玻璃上方;该节能玻璃结构紧凑,具有隔热、隔音功能,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能玻璃。
背景技术
节能玻璃通常会保温和隔热,种类有吸热玻璃、热发射玻璃、低辐射玻璃、中空玻璃、真空玻璃和普通玻璃等。
节能玻璃要具备两个节能特性:保温性和隔热性。
玻璃的保温性(K值)要达到与当地墙体相匹配的水平。对于我国大部分地区,按现行规定,建筑物墙体的K值应小于1。因此,玻璃窗的K值也要小于1才能“堵住”建筑物“开口部”的能耗漏洞。在窗户的节能上,玻璃的K值起主要作用。
而对于玻璃的隔热性(遮阳系数)要与建筑物所在地阳光辐照特点相适应。不同用途的建筑物对玻璃隔热的要求是不同的。对于人们居住和工作的住宅及公共建筑物,理想的玻璃应该使可见光大部分透过,如在北京,最好冬天红外线多透入室内,而夏天则少透入室内,这样就可以达到节能的目的。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本用发明目的是提供一种结构紧凑,具有隔热、隔音功能,节能环保的节能玻璃。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种节能玻璃,其特征在于:包括LOW-E玻璃、PVB隔热胶片、镀银玻璃、透明玻璃板、封焊剂、树脂层、平板玻璃和钢化玻璃,所述LOW-E玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于PVB隔热胶片下方,所述PVB隔热胶片通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃下方,所述透明玻璃板设置一个以上,所述透明玻璃板通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃上方两端,所述封焊剂均匀分布在镀银玻璃上,所述透明玻璃板和封焊剂形成一个真空腔,所述树脂层通过玻璃胶粘接于真空腔上端,所述两个平板玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接为倒“V”设置,所述钢化玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于平板玻璃上方。
进一步的,所述玻璃胶的型号为乐拓RTV188硅胶,粘接稳固。
进一步的,所述透明玻璃板的厚度为0.6mm,稳定性好。
进一步的,所述封焊剂为铟银合金封焊剂,封焊效果好。
进一步的,所述树脂层为环氧树脂层,粘接强度高。
进一步的,所述封焊剂设有一个以上。
进一步的,所述真空腔内设有干燥剂,有效防湿。
本发明技术效果主要体现在以下方面:透明玻璃板和封焊剂形成一个真空腔,简化产品的结构,降低生产成本,并且还容易使得真空腔具有更高的真空度,提升产品的热阻隔能力及保温性能,两个平板玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接为倒“V”设置,使平板玻璃与平板玻璃间形成紧密的连接结构,以进一步提升防碎性能,LOW-E玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于PVB隔热胶片下方,有效提高玻璃的透光性和隔热效果,树脂层通过玻璃胶粘接于真空腔上端,即使使碎裂,碎片也会因树脂层作用粘为一体,使之有效防止了碎片坠落事件的发生,提高安全性能。

以下结合附图1,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解和掌握。
一种节能玻璃,包括LOW-E玻璃1、PVB隔热胶片2、镀银玻璃3、透明玻璃板4、封焊剂5、树脂层6、平板玻璃7和钢化玻璃8。
所述LOW-E玻璃1通过玻璃胶粘接于PVB隔热胶片2下方,有效提高玻璃的透光性和隔热效果,所述透明玻璃板4和封焊剂5形成一个真空腔9,简化产品的结构,降低生产成本,并且还容易使得真空腔9具有更高的真空度,提升产品的热阻隔能力及保温性能,所述真空腔9内设有干燥剂10,有效防湿,树脂层6通过玻璃胶粘接于真空腔9上端,即使使碎裂,碎片也会因树脂层6作用粘为一体,使之有效防止了碎片坠落事件的发生,提高安全性能,所述PVB隔热胶片2通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃3下方,所述玻璃胶型号为乐拓RTV188硅胶,粘接稳固,所述透明玻璃板4设置一个以上,所述透明玻璃板4通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃3上方两端,所述透明玻璃板4的厚度为0.6mm,稳定性好,所述封焊剂5均匀分布在镀银玻璃3上,所述封焊剂5设有一个以上,所述封焊剂5为铟银合金封焊剂,封焊效果好,所述树脂层6通过玻璃胶粘接于真空腔9上端,所述两个平板玻璃7通过玻璃胶粘接为倒“V”设置,使平板玻璃7与平板玻璃7间形成紧密的连接结构,以进一步提升防碎性能,所述钢化玻璃8通过玻璃胶粘接于平板玻璃7上方。

1.一种节能玻璃,其特征在于包括LOW-E玻璃、PVB隔热胶片、镀银玻璃、透明玻璃板、封焊剂、树脂层、平板玻璃和钢化玻璃,所述LOW-E玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于PVB隔热胶片下方,所述PVB隔热胶片通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃下方,所述透明玻璃板设置一个以上,所述透明玻璃板通过玻璃胶粘接于镀银玻璃上方两端,所述封焊剂均匀分布在镀银玻璃上,所述透明玻璃板和封焊剂形成一个真空腔,所述树脂层通过玻璃胶粘接于真空腔上端,所述两个平板玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接为倒“V”设置,所述钢化玻璃通过玻璃胶粘接于平板玻璃上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述玻璃胶的型号为乐拓RTV188硅胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述透明玻璃板的厚度为0.6mm。
