本发明公开了一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,包括经线和纬线,所述经线和纬线混纺连接,所述经线包括天丝纤维面料层,所述纬线包括彩棉纤维层。本发明通过设置经线和纬线混纺,起到了提高面料强度的效果,通过设置天丝纤维面料层,起到了抑菌、环保、防过敏和防止静电的效果,通过设置甲壳素纤维层,起到了良好的抗菌除臭性能,并且具有手感柔软亲切、无刺激和抑菌除臭的功能,通过设置彩棉纤维层,起到了亲和肌肤、透气、吸汗、抗静电和不起球的效果,通过设置香蕉纤维层,起到了吸水性高,质地挺括,透气性强的效果,解决了随着人们对面料要求的不断提高,常见面料已不能满足人们对抗菌、透气需求的问题。

本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为一种抗菌透气的纺织面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异,但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点,随着人们对面料要求的不断提高,常见面料已不能满足人们对抗菌、透气的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,具备抗菌透气的优点,解决了随着人们对面料要求的不断提高,常见面料已不能满足人们对抗菌、透气需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,包括经线和纬线,所述经线和纬线混纺连接,所述经线包括天丝纤维面料层,所述纬线包括彩棉纤维层。
优选的,所述天丝纤维面料层的顶部设置有竹纤维面料层,所述竹纤维面料层远离天丝纤维面料层的一侧设置有甲壳素纤维层。
优选的,所述彩棉纤维层的顶部设置有竹原纤维层,所述竹原纤维层远离彩棉纤维层的一侧设置有香蕉纤维层。
优选的,所述经线的密度为每厘米30~50根,所述纬线的密度为每厘米40~70根。
优选的,所述经线为纤维素纤维,所述纬线为聚酯纤维。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置经线和纬线混纺,起到了提高面料强度的效果,通过设置天丝纤维面料层,起到了抑菌、环保、防过敏和防止静电的效果,通过设置竹纤维面料层,起到了耐磨、不起毛球、高吸湿、快干和高透气的效果,而且起到了悬垂性俱佳,手感滑腻丰满、如丝柔软、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、穿着凉爽舒适、天然抗菌和环保的效果,通过设置甲壳素纤维层,起到了良好的抗菌除臭性能,并且具有手感柔软亲切、无刺激和抑菌除臭的功能,通过设置彩棉纤维层,起到了亲和肌肤、透气、吸汗、抗静电和不起球的效果,通过设置竹原纤维层,起到了抗菌抑菌、吸湿透气的效果,通过设置香蕉纤维层,起到了吸水性高,质地挺括,透气性强的效果,解决了随着人们对面料要求的不断提高,常见面料已不能满足人们对抗菌、透气需求的问题。

请参阅图1-3,一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,包括经线1和纬线2,经线1和纬线2混纺连接,经线1的密度为每厘米30~50根,纬线2的密度为每厘米40~70根,经线1为纤维素纤维,纬线2为聚酯纤维,经线1包括天丝纤维面料层11,天丝纤维面料层11的顶部设置有竹纤维面料层12,竹纤维面料层12远离天丝纤维面料层11的一侧设置有甲壳素纤维层13,纬线2包括彩棉纤维层21,彩棉纤维层21的顶部设置有竹原纤维层22,竹原纤维层22远离彩棉纤维层21的一侧设置有香蕉纤维层23,通过设置经线1和纬线2混纺,起到了提高面料强度的效果,通过设置天丝纤维面料层11,起到了抑菌、环保、防过敏和防止静电的效果,通过设置竹纤维面料层12,起到了耐磨、不起毛球、高吸湿、快干和高透气的效果,而且起到了悬垂性俱佳,手感滑腻丰满、如丝柔软、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、穿着凉爽舒适、天然抗菌和环保的效果,通过设置甲壳素纤维层13,起到了良好的抗菌除臭性能,并且具有手感柔软亲切、无刺激和抑菌除臭的功能,通过设置彩棉纤维层21,起到了亲和肌肤、透气、吸汗、抗静电和不起球的效果,通过设置竹原纤维层22,起到了抗菌抑菌、吸湿透气的效果,通过设置香蕉纤维层23,起到了吸水性高,质地挺括,透气性强的效果,解决了随着人们对面料要求的不断提高,常见面料已不能满足人们对抗菌、透气需求的问题。

1.一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,包括经线(1)和纬线(2),其特征在于:所述经线(1)和纬线(2)混纺连接,所述经线(1)包括天丝纤维面料层(11),所述纬线(2)包括彩棉纤维层(21)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述天丝纤维面料层(11)的顶部设置有竹纤维面料层(12),所述竹纤维面料层(12)远离天丝纤维面料层(11)的一侧设置有甲壳素纤维层(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述彩棉纤维层(21)的顶部设置有竹原纤维层(22),所述竹原纤维层(22)远离彩棉纤维层(21)的一侧设置有香蕉纤维层(23)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述经线(1)的密度为每厘米30~50根,所述纬线(2)的密度为每厘米40~70根。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气的纺织面料,其特征在于:所述经线(1)为纤维素纤维,所述纬线(2)为聚酯纤维。
