技术领域
本发明涉及绒布技术领域,具体为高性能可变绒布。
背景技术
布指经过拉绒后表面呈现丰润绒毛状的棉织物,通过在布的表面做的针孔扎绒工艺,产生较多绒毛,立体感强,光泽度高,摸起来柔软厚实,平绒为毛高相对较低的绒布,就绒布而言还有做清洁用的清洁绒,毛高较高,机织、针织都有,也有高低档之分,现有的绒布存在阻燃性能较差,也没有静电消除的能力,静电过大会导致有火花产生,绒布在日常的使用中很可能会因为明火而导致被烧毁,严重还会导致火灾,不利于使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高性能可变绒布,具备阻燃性能较差的优点,解决了现有可变绒布阻燃性能差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:高性能可变绒布,包括绒布本体,所述绒布本体包括抑菌层,所述抑菌层的表面固定连接有保暖层,所述保暖层的表面固定连接有防水透气层,所述防水透气层的表面固定连接有第一阻燃层,所述第一阻燃层的表面固定连接有除静电层,所述除静电层的表面固定连接有立绒布层,所述立绒布层的表面固定连接有第二阻燃层,所述第二阻燃层的表面固定连接有表面层。
优选的,所述抑菌层的材质由活性炭纤维与珍珠纤维混纺而成,所述保暖层的材质由保暖棉材料制成,所述防水透气层的材质由防水透气膜材料制成。
优选的,所述第一阻燃层的材质由阻燃涤纶丝材料制成,所述除静电层的材质由腈纶与防静电纤维混纺而成。
优选的,所述立绒布层的材质由立绒布材料制成,所述第二阻燃层的材质由环保水性阻燃涂料制成。
优选的,所述表面层的材质由荧光涂料制成,所述绒布本体的正表面设置有花纹。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过设置抑菌层、保暖层、防水透气层、第一阻燃层、除静电层、立绒布层、第二阻燃层和表面层的配合使用,能够增加绒布本体的阻燃和除静电性能,能够避免绒布本体产生较大静电产生火花,引发火灾,也能够有效避免因以往绒布阻燃性不好导致出现遇火燃烧的现象,解决了现有可变绒布阻燃性能差的问题,该高性能可变绒,具备阻燃性能较差的优点,值得推广。
2、本发明通过设置抑菌层,由活性炭纤维与珍珠纤维混纺而成能够增加绒布本体的抗菌能力,通过设置保暖层,保暖棉能够起到保暖的作用,增加绒布本体的保暖性能,通过设置防水透气层,防水透气膜能够起到防水透气的作用,增加绒布本体的防水透气性能,通过设置第一阻燃层,阻燃涤纶丝能够起到阻燃的作用,增加绒布本体的阻燃性能,通过设置除静电层,由腈纶与防静电纤维混纺而成的材料能够增加绒布本体的静电消除能力,通过设置第二阻燃层,环保水性阻燃涂料能够起到阻燃的作用,可避免绒布本体意外燃烧的情况发生,通过设置花纹,能够起到装饰的作用。
