Principle of operation
The working principle of the invention is as follows: before cutting, a plate is placed on a drawing table 211, a rotary handle 218 is rotated to enable a movable screw 216 and a positioning disc 217 to move and match with a positioning edge 214 to fix the plate, then a worker can draw lines on the plate and the like, after the operation is finished, the rotary handle 218 is rotated again to enable the movable screw 216 and the positioning disc 217 to release the plate, the plate is placed on a placing table 191 of a workbench 1, after the plate is placed, a movable seat 195 is moved to a proper position according to the width required to be cut, accurate positioning is carried out through a measuring scale 196 in the moving process, after the plate is placed, bolts and nuts on the movable seat 195 are screwed down, after the adjustment is finished, the plate is moved again and is attached to the front part of the movable seat 195, then a driving motor 11 is started to enable a driving belt wheel 12, a belt 13, a driven belt wheel 14, a connecting shaft 17 and a cutting wheel 18 to rotate, and the plate is pushed to be close to the cutting wheel 18, in the cutting process, the fan 7 is started to enable generated dust and sundries to enter the connecting pipe 9 through the dust suction head 206 and then move along with the dust and the sundries and reach the connecting cylinder 5 and the storage tank 8 to be stored, when the device is used and the edge of a plate needs to be cut into an inclined shape, the rotating head 105 is rotated and the fixing nut 104 is enabled to release the threaded head 103, so that the assembly transverse plate 106 can be inclined downwards through the turnover piece 108, the driving motor 11 and the cutting wheel 18 are also inclined along with the rotating head, finally the plate is placed on the placing table 191 and pushed, and the cutting wheel 18 with the edge close to the inclined shape can be used for cutting.
