Abstract

本发明公开了一种鞋垫片,属于鞋内用品领域,包括外层硅胶块、中层硅胶块和内层硅胶块,外层硅胶块、中层硅胶块和内层硅胶块为尺寸不同的人脚形结构,包括顶部平面和与顶部平面连接的侧壁,形成底部开口中空结构;透气性好,能够在脚底温度高时实现自动散热降温。

一种鞋垫片
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋内用品领域,具体涉及一种鞋垫片。
背景技术
目前针对鞋垫片透气性问题采取的减少用料厚度、增加透气网孔等透气方式,能够取得一定的效果,但是脚底温度高时,透气孔的直径有限,空气流通性不够,仅通过透气孔无法快速、完全的将热量散去;现有鞋垫片在解决其减震效果的问题时通常采用增加气垫、海绵材料的方法,但是此种方式塌陷速度快,寿命短,且无法保证透气性。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种鞋垫片,空气流通面积大,透气性好,能够在脚底温度高时实现自动散热降温。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种鞋垫片,包括外层硅胶块、中层硅胶块和内层硅胶块,外层硅胶块、中层硅胶块和内层硅胶块为尺寸不同的人脚形结构,包括顶部平面和与顶部平面连接的侧壁,形成底部开口中空结构;
外层硅胶块、中层硅胶块中部开设通槽,所述中层硅胶块嵌在外层硅胶块中部开设的通槽内,所述内层硅胶块嵌在中层硅胶块中部开设的通槽内,外层硅胶块内侧壁与中层硅胶块外侧壁之间形成空腔a,中层硅胶块内侧壁与内层硅胶块外侧壁之间形成空腔b,内层硅胶块内侧壁间形成空腔c,所述外层硅胶块、中层硅胶块和内层硅胶块两端均开设有若干透气通孔;
外层硅胶块与中层硅胶块两端连接处设有通气软管a,通气软管a连通空腔a和空腔b,中层硅胶块与内层硅胶块两端连接处设有通气软管b,通气软管b连通空腔b和空腔c。
进一步的,空腔a内设有若干排气散热装置,所述排气散热装置包括两个硅胶侧板和一个硅胶底板,两个硅胶侧板分别垂直连接于硅胶底板两端,所述的硅胶侧板和硅胶底板中部均设有紫铜丝,硅胶底板设有风扇,所述风扇连接有小型电机,小型电机位于两个硅胶侧板内壁之间;所述风扇外周连接有塑胶外壳。
进一步的,其中一个硅胶侧板一端连接外层硅胶块内侧壁,另一个硅胶侧板一端连接中层硅胶块外侧壁,风扇朝向外层硅胶块的顶部平面。
进一步的,所述内层硅胶块底部两端分别连接有一个螺旋软管,两端的螺旋软管通过石棉软管连通,石棉软管连接于内层硅胶块底部且位于两端的螺旋软管之间,石棉软管内装盛有乙二醇水溶液,石棉软管上设有开关。
进一步的,内层硅胶块的顶部平面上通过乳胶粘接有针织表面层,所述针织表面层包括由上向下连接的纯棉尼龙混合纺织材料层和吸水性酚醛发泡树脂层,吸水性酚醛发泡树脂层通过乳胶连接内层硅胶块的顶部平面。
进一步的,所述内层硅胶块底部连接有微处理器a和微处理器b,分别围绕在两个螺旋软管内,微处理器a连接温度传感器a和石棉软管上的开关,微处理器b连接温度传感器b和小型电机,微处理器a和微处理器b均连接电池,电池与小型电机连接。
本发明的有益效果是:整体材质为硅胶,舒适性高,减震及透气效果好,三层硅胶块两两之间设有通气软管,增加气体流通性,进而进一步提高透气性,在脚底温度高,透气通孔无法使热量减退时,排气散热装置可对脚底吹风,加快散热;安全环保,寿命长。

下面结合附图1-3对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,包括外层硅胶块1、中层硅胶块2和内层硅胶块3,外层硅胶块1、中层硅胶块2和内层硅胶块3为尺寸不同的人脚形结构,包括顶部平面和与顶部平面连接的侧壁,形成底部开口中空结构;
外层硅胶块1、中层硅胶块2中部开设通槽,所述中层硅胶块2嵌在外层硅胶块1中部开设的通槽内,所述内层硅胶块3嵌在中层硅胶块2中部开设的通槽内,外层硅胶块1内侧壁与中层硅胶块2外侧壁之间形成空腔a4,中层硅胶块2内侧壁与内层硅胶块3外侧壁之间形成空腔b5,内层硅胶块3内侧壁间形成空腔c6,所述外层硅胶块1、中层硅胶块2和内层硅胶块3两端均开设有若干透气通孔7;
外层硅胶块1与中层硅胶块2两端连接处设有通气软管a8,通气软管a8连通空腔a4和空腔b5,中层硅胶块2与内层硅胶块3两端连接处设有通气软管b9,通气软管b9连通空腔b5和空腔c6。
空腔a4内设有若干排气散热装置10,所述排气散热装置10包括两个硅胶侧板10-1和一个硅胶底板10-2,两个硅胶侧板10-1分别垂直连接于硅胶底板10-2两端,所述的硅胶侧板10-1和硅胶底板10-2中部均设有紫铜丝10-3,所述紫铜丝10-3起到对硅胶侧板10-1和硅胶底板10-2的支撑作用;硅胶底板10-2外壁设有风扇10-4,所述风扇10-4连接有小型电机10-5,小型电机10-5位于两个硅胶侧板10-1内壁之间;所述风扇10-4外周连接有塑胶外壳,起到对风扇10-4的保护作用;其中一个硅胶侧板10-1一端连接外层硅胶块1内侧壁,另一个硅胶侧板10-1一端连接中层硅胶块2外侧壁,风扇10-4朝向外层硅胶块1的顶部平面。两个硅胶侧板10-1和一个硅胶底板10-2组成的框架结构规格优选为3*3*3cm3,但是根据安装位置的不同,规格可根据需要做适应性调整。
所述内层硅胶块3底部两端分别连接有一个螺旋软管11,螺旋软管11优选材质为PE软管,两端的螺旋软管11通过石棉软管12连通,石棉软管12连接于内层硅胶块3底部且位于两端的螺旋软管11之间,石棉软管12内装盛有乙二醇水溶液,石棉软管12上设有开关。
内层硅胶块3的顶部平面上通过乳胶粘接有针织表面层13,所述针织表面层13包括由上向下连接的纯棉尼龙混合纺织材料层和吸水性酚醛发泡树脂层,吸水性酚醛发泡树脂层通过乳胶连接内层硅胶块3的顶部平面。
所述内层硅胶块3底部连接有微处理器a14和微处理器b15,分别围绕在两个螺旋软管11内,微处理器a14连接温度传感器a和石棉软管12上的开关,微处理器b15连接温度传感器b和小型电机10-5,微处理器a14和微处理器b15均连接电池,电池与小型电机10-5连接。优选的,本实施例的微处理器a14和微处理器b15均为32位的MKL26Z128VFT4微控制器,温度传感器a和温度传感器b均为DS18S20+T&R型号,小型电机10-5优选为YWY-002小型电机,电池优选为蓄电池,石棉软管12上的开关为继电器开关。
实施例2
本实施例给出对石棉软管12开关和排气散热装置10的控制策略。
电池对微处理器a14、微处理器b15和小型电机10-5供电,石棉软管12内装盛的优选溶液为乙二醇水溶液,温度传感器a检测脚底温度,当检测到温度高于28度时,将检测到的温度转化为电信号发送至微处理器a14,微处理器a14接到信号处理后向石棉软管12上的开关发送开启信号,控制开关开启,开关启动后,乙二醇水溶液在两个螺旋软管11和石棉软管12内循环流动,由于乙二醇水溶液的冷却性,其循环流动可以实现快速降温,且乙二醇水溶液凝固点低,即使在外部环境寒冷的情况下不也会导致乙二醇水溶液结冰而无法启动循环;当温度降至24度时,温度传感器a向微处理器a14发送信号,微处理器a14接收处理后向石棉软管12上的开关发送关闭信号,控制开关关闭,乙二醇水溶液停止循环;
温度传感器b检测脚底温度,当检测到脚底温度高于35度时,温度传感器b将检测到的温度信号转化为电信号发送至微处理器b15,微处理器b15接收处理后,向小型电机10-5发送控制信号,控制小型电机10-5启动,进而风扇10-4转动,实现降温,当温度降至24度时,温度传感器b向微处理器b15发送信号,微处理器b15接收处理后向小型电机10-5发送控制信号,小型电机10-5停止,风扇10-4停转。
也可将温度传感器a和温度传感器b的温度设为一致,使乙二醇水溶液的循环和风扇10-4的转动同时进行,进一步加快降温速度。
优选的,上述温度可依据不同人群对于温度不同的敏感度做相应设置。

1.一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,包括外层硅胶块(1)、中层硅胶块(2)和内层硅胶块(3),外层硅胶块(1)、中层硅胶块(2)和内层硅胶块(3)为尺寸不同的人脚形结构,包括顶部平面和与顶部平面连接的侧壁,形成底部开口中空结构;
外层硅胶块(1)、中层硅胶块(2)中部开设通槽,所述中层硅胶块(2)嵌在外层硅胶块(1)中部开设的通槽内,所述内层硅胶块(3)嵌在中层硅胶块(2)中部开设的通槽内,外层硅胶块(1)内侧壁与中层硅胶块(2)外侧壁之间形成空腔a(4),中层硅胶块(2)内侧壁与内层硅胶块(3)外侧壁之间形成空腔b(5),内层硅胶块(3)内侧壁间形成空腔c(6),所述外层硅胶块(1)、中层硅胶块(2)和内层硅胶块(3)两端均开设有若干透气通孔(7);
外层硅胶块(1)与中层硅胶块(2)两端连接处设有通气软管a(8),通气软管a(8)连通空腔a(4)和空腔b(5),中层硅胶块(2)与内层硅胶块(3)两端连接处设有通气软管b(9),通气软管b(9)连通空腔b(5)和空腔c(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,空腔a(4)内设有若干排气散热装置(10),所述排气散热装置(10)包括两个硅胶侧板(10-1)和一个硅胶底板(10-2),两个硅胶侧板(10-1)分别垂直连接于硅胶底板(10-2)两端,所述的硅胶侧板(10-1)和硅胶底板(10-2)中部均设有紫铜丝(10-3),硅胶底板(10-2)设有风扇(10-4),所述风扇(10-4)连接有小型电机(10-5),小型电机(10-5)位于两个硅胶侧板(10-1)内壁之间;所述风扇(10-4)外周连接有塑胶外壳。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,其中一个硅胶侧板(10-1)一端连接外层硅胶块(1)内侧壁,另一个硅胶侧板(10-1)一端连接中层硅胶块(2)外侧壁,风扇(10-4)朝向外层硅胶块(1)的顶部平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,所述内层硅胶块(3)底部两端分别连接有一个螺旋软管(11),两端的螺旋软管(11)通过石棉软管(12)连通,石棉软管(12)连接于内层硅胶块(3)底部且位于两端的螺旋软管(11)之间,石棉软管(12)内装盛有乙二醇水溶液,石棉软管(12)上设有开关。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,内层硅胶块(3)的顶部平面上通过乳胶粘接有针织表面层(13),所述针织表面层(13)包括由上向下连接的纯棉尼龙混合纺织材料层和吸水性酚醛发泡树脂层,吸水性酚醛发泡树脂层通过乳胶连接内层硅胶块(3)的顶部平面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋垫片,其特征在于,所述内层硅胶块(3)底部连接有微处理器a(14)和微处理器b(15),分别围绕在两个螺旋软管(11)内,微处理器a(14)连接温度传感器a和石棉软管(12)上的开关,微处理器b(15)连接温度传感器b和小型电机(10-5),微处理器a(14)和微处理器b(15)均连接电池,电池与小型电机(10-5)连接。
