一种体内装置感测系统,其电讯连接一体内装置及一远程装置,并应用于医疗产业以获得体内的生理信息,包含一本体、一计算模块及至少一天线模块。该本体供使用者佩戴。该计算模块电讯连接该远程装置。该天线模块设于该本体且电讯连接该体内装置及该计算模块,该天线模块具有多个天线单元。其中,该多个天线单元接收其中任一该天线单元发射的一坐标信号,以供该计算模块接收并运算该多个坐标信号而产生一坐标校正信息。任一该天线单元接收该体内装置发射的一源信号,以供该计算模块接收该多个源信号,该计算模块运算该多个源信号及该坐标校正信息而产生一感测信息,以供该远程装置接收并显示该感测信息,并显示该体内装置于体内的位置及移动速度。
