Description
本发明涉及一种用于热塑性塑料的可关闭的出料口,该出料口带有一个装有用于排出来自浇注塑料的喷嘴的喷嘴板和一个沿塑料流方向设置在喷嘴板前面的钻孔板,通过相对于喷嘴板移动钻孔板使钻孔板上的孔与喷嘴板上的喷嘴相互掩盖住和露出。
这样一种出料口由欧州专利说明书0093358是已知的。在该专利说明书中描述的实施例涉及一种平的喷嘴板,钻孔板沿塑料流方向设置在喷嘴板的下流。钻孔板在喷嘴板内通过后切割和弹簧装置压向喷嘴板,当带有钻孔板的孔的喷嘴不处于遮盖状态时,借此在喷嘴板和钻孔板之间形成一种封闭。通过一个移动机构使喷嘴和孔被遮盖和露出,借此出料口打开或者关闭。包括在喷嘴板之内的后切割作为钻孔板的周边形成夹紧围绕的轨道,以便相对于钻孔板的出口侧形成伸出部分,借助这个伸出部分影响钻孔板的整个范围的可使用性和长度。在该专利说明书中也没有详细说明也可以设置在喷嘴板上方的钻孔板部件。
本发明的任务在于如下改进已知的出料口,即该出料口具有一个紧凑的结构,通过这个结构使喷嘴板的出口侧的可接近性在整个范围内得到保证。按照本发明,这是通过下述方式实现的,即喷嘴板在垂直于移动方向的横截面中形成一个U形壳体用于装入钻孔板,钻孔板用密封面紧靠在分散在壳体的平底部的喷嘴中的一个之上,此时壳体的钻孔板至少在弯曲范围内保持一个间距,并且相对于底部的密封面的密封装置被限制在围绕喷嘴的狭小范围内。
基于将钻孔板容纳在作为U形壳体而形成的喷嘴板中以有利的方式在喷嘴板内产生用于钻孔板的支承,借此取消用于支托钻孔板的任何突出部分。喷嘴板的出口侧,即壳体的底部,作为自由面呈现出来,例如为了净化起见,可以直接用一种刀具或类似的工具将这些自由面削去。根据有关的铸型布置,出料口倾斜放置也是可行的,因为从喷嘴流出的流束也可以倾斜地不受阻碍地从壳体底部落下来。
为了在钻孔板的密封面和壳体底部之间保证良好的密封,可以使钻孔板的密封面形成一个与其移动方向成横向的轻微拱形,壳体底部在压力下适应该轻微拱形。于是在已安装的出料口上,壳体底部同样形成轻微的拱形,此时底部适应钻孔板的弯曲而敷设,导致一种良好的密封。
为了结构上有利地将钻孔板容纳在壳体中,应如此制造出料口,即壳体用被其壁隔开的法兰盘拧紧在一个放置在铸型上的有孔的平的基板上,并且钻孔板如此装配在基板和壳体底部之间,即在底部的弹性装置下,保证钻孔板在钻孔板的密封面上的可移动性。
基于这种布置产生一个由基板和壳体内腔限定的空间,在该空间中可以配合钻孔板,于是钻孔板一方面由拧紧在基板上的壳体压向基板,而另一方面压向壳体底部,在这种情况下,用这种装配可以负责保证孔板的可移动性。
在附图中说明本发明的实施例。
图1表示一个贯穿具有两排喷嘴的出料口的截面(以透视角度)。
图2表示一个由图1的结构中截取的部分,也就是说表示一个相对于在图2中未示出的壳体的底部具有轻微拱形弯曲的钻孔板。
图1以断面方式描述了用于液体热塑性塑料的容器的铸型1,该铸型与基板2隔离。基板2装有用于通过塑料的洞3。喷嘴板4装配在基板2上,喷嘴板在截面上形成U形。因此喷嘴板形成一个具有壁10和11及与之相连的底部5的壳体。在壁10和11、底部5和基板2之间的内腔中放置钻孔板7,钻孔板借助一个未示出的移动机构沿喷嘴板4的长度方向,也就是平行于壁10和11可移动地设置。由图1中以标示的透视描述得出喷嘴板4的延伸方向。这种设置通过拧紧在铸型1中的螺钉9结合在一起,并且螺钉用其螺钉头12使喷嘴板4的法兰盘13和14压向基板2。在这种情况下,钻孔板7被封闭在里面,即钻孔板用其密封面15压住喷嘴板4的底部5的对面的面。
对于钻孔板7的这种封闭来说,还取决于底板5和基板2之间的间距,应如此形成这个间距,即相应的已装配进去的钻孔板7在其密封面15的窄小范围内可移动地保留在喷嘴板4中的底板5上。此时为了在喷嘴板4中维持所需要的压力,钻孔板7在喷嘴板4的拱形16和17的范围内具有一个在图1中以编号18表示的间距。当钻孔板7的板厚要求这样时,通过这种间距保证喷嘴板4的底部5在一定程度上相对于壁10和11很容易弯曲在钻孔板上。
喷嘴4在其底部5区域装有喷嘴6,喷嘴与钻孔板7中的相应的孔8在所描述的工作位置对中心。在这种情况下,来自铸型1的液体塑料通过洞3、孔8和喷嘴6向外射出。通过沿其长度方向(双箭头方向)移动钻孔板7,使孔8与喷嘴6被遮盖住,借此装置进入停止位置。
图2示出一个具有孔8的钻孔板7,在该钻孔板中密封面15形成轻微拱形。这种弯曲拱形在图2中作了夸张地描述。对此涉及低于1/10mm等级的高度差。基于这种轻度弯曲在装置安装中,在图2中未示出的喷嘴板的底部(图1中的符号5)必须适合于密封面15的弯曲度,借此在该区域内形成一种特别保险的密封作用。因此无论如何应用可靠性防止在底部5和钻孔板7之间保留的导致不密封性的缝隙。
Claims (3)
1、用于热塑性塑料的可关闭的出料口,它装有一个带有用于流出来自铸型(1)的塑料的喷嘴(6)的喷嘴板(4)和一个沿塑料流方向设置在喷嘴板(4)前面的钻孔板(7),通过相对于喷嘴板(4)移动钻孔板(7),孔(8)与喷嘴(6)相互遮盖住或露出,其特征在于,喷嘴板(4)在垂直于移动方向的横截面中形成一用于包含钻孔板(7)的U形壳体(5、10、11),钻孔板用一个密封面(15)紧靠在分散在壳体(5、10、11)的平底部(5)的喷嘴(6)之上,此时钻孔板(7)与壳体(5、10、11)至少在这些弯曲(16、17)范围内保持一间距(18),并且相对于底部(5)密封面(15)的密封装置被限制在围绕喷嘴(6)的狭小范围内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的出料口,其特征在于,钻孔板(7)的密封面(15)垂直于其移动方向具有轻微弯曲度,壳体(5、10、11)的底部(5)在压力下适应于这个弯曲度。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的出料口,其特征在于,壳体(5、10、11)用由其壁(10、11)延伸出的法兰盘拧紧在一个放置在铸型(1)上的有洞的平的基板(2)上,并且钻孔板(7)如此装配到基板(2)和壳体(5、10、11)的底部(5)之间,即在底部(5)的弹性装置作用下在钻孔板(7)的密封面(15)上保证钻孔板(7)的可移动性。
