The invention aims to provide a portable indoor air purifier to solve the problem that the existing portable indoor air purifier in the background art is easy to block the purifier due to the fact that dust generated in the air purification process cannot be collected.

As a further scheme of the invention: the upper end of the protective shell is movably connected with a rotating shell capable of horizontally rotating, and an air inlet box communicated with the protective shell is arranged on the side surface of the rotating shell; the air inlet box outside is equipped with the air inlet screen panel, it is equipped with a plurality of installation pendants to rotate the shell upper end.

Referring to fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a portable indoor air purifier includes a protective shell 6 and a purifier main body 17 located in the protective shell 6 and used for purifying indoor air, a lower end of the protective shell 6 is fixed to a base 8 through a connecting shell 13 by bolts, a recycling box 10 used for collecting dust is disposed on a side surface of the protective shell 6, a recycling mechanism 14 used for communicating with the purifier main body 17 is disposed in the recycling box 10, an output end of the recycling mechanism 14 is communicated with a collecting box 15 disposed on the base 8, and a dust removing port 16 used for discharging dust is correspondingly disposed on the base 8.
Specifically, the junction of protective housing 6 and connecting shell 13 is equipped with the air outlet (not marking in the figure), purifies the room air through clarifier main part 17, and the air after the purification discharges through the air outlet, simultaneously, because clarifier main part 17 side and the recovery mechanism 14 intercommunication that sets up in collection box 10, through retrieving the mechanism 14 with the dust suction that produces in the air purification process and retrieving, the dust of retrieving falls into collecting box 15 under the action of gravity in, then carries out the dust of discharging the collection through the dust removal mouth 16 corresponding with collecting box 15, avoided because the dust that can't produce in the air purification process collects the condition emergence that the dust that leads to blocks up the clarifier of dust.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the upper end of the protective housing 6 is movably connected with a rotating housing 1 capable of horizontally rotating, the side surface of the rotating housing 1 is provided with an air inlet box 2 for communicating with the protective housing 6, the outer side of the air inlet box 2 is provided with an air inlet mesh enclosure 3, the upper end of the rotating housing 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting hangers 4, specifically, the protective housing 6 is correspondingly provided with a plurality of through holes for communicating with the air inlet box 2, the air inlet box 2 is driven to communicate with the corresponding through holes by horizontally rotating the rotating housing 1 (other through holes are blocked by the rotating housing 1), and then air can be conveyed into the protective housing 6 by the driving of the purifier main body 17 through the air inlet mesh enclosure 3, and then the air in the protective housing 6 is purified by the purifier main body 17, because the rotating housing 1 can horizontally rotate, the air can be purified at different angle positions in the horizontal direction, the uniformity of indoor air purification is effectively ensured; can also come to carry out bolted connection to rotating shell 1 upper end through installation pendant 4 and hold the box (not shown in the figure), and then can place article through holding the box, effectively improve space utilization.
It can be understood that the horizontal rotation of the rotating shell 1 can be manual drive or motor drive, when the rotating shell is driven by a motor, the existing micro motor product can be adopted, the specific model is selected according to the requirement, and the limitation is not made, so that the rotating shell 1 can continuously rotate in the horizontal direction, and the uniformity of indoor air purification is effectively ensured; moreover, due to the arrangement of the air inlet mesh enclosure 3 (a silencing pipe can be adopted), certain silencing can be carried out in the air inlet process, and the operating environment of air purification is effectively improved.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the middle portion of the side surface of the protective shell 6 is respectively provided with the plurality of first handles 5 and the plurality of second handles 7, the first handles 5 are vertically arranged, the second handles 7 are horizontally arranged, and the purifier can be carried from the vertical direction or the horizontal direction as required by using the plurality of first handles 5 and the plurality of second handles 7 in a matching manner, so that convenience is effectively improved.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the protective housing 6 is further provided with a switch 11, the edge portion of the lower end of the base 8 is uniformly provided with a plurality of mounting screw holes 12 for connecting the support columns 9 in a threaded manner, and the support columns 9 are mounted in the corresponding mounting screw holes 12, so that the base 8, the purifier main body 17 thereon, and the protective housing 6 can be supported, and the stability of the purifier contacting with the ground during operation is effectively ensured.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, in another embodiment provided by the present invention, the collection box 15 includes a box body 21 for communicating with the recovery mechanism 14, a movable cover 22 is detachably disposed at one end of the box body 21 away from the recovery mechanism 14, a pull ring 23 for extending out of the dust removal opening 16 is disposed on the movable cover 22, specifically, the movable cover 22 may be in snap-fit connection with the box body 21, and collects dust recovered by the recovery mechanism 14 through the box body 21, when dust needs to be discharged, the pull ring 23 is pulled to separate the movable cover 22 from the box body 21, and the dust is discharged through the dust removal opening 16 corresponding to an opening of the box body 21, which is simple and convenient, and can discharge dust at any time as required, and reduce damage of dust to the purifier.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the purifier body 17 includes an air source mechanism 20 detachably disposed on the base 8, an input end of the air source mechanism 20 is provided with a purifying layer 19 for purifying air, an output end of the purifying layer 19 is provided with a communication port 18 for communicating with the recycling mechanism 14, a negative pressure environment of the sucked air is provided by the air source mechanism 20, the sucked air is further purified by the purifying layer 19, the purified air is discharged through the air outlet, and dust generated during the purifying process of the purifying layer 19 is extracted through the communication port 18, specifically, the negative pressure environment is provided by the recycling mechanism 14, the purifying layer 19 is further extracted through the communication port 18, and the dust is further extracted into the recycling mechanism 14 for subsequent processing.
It is understood that the wind source mechanism 20 may be a fan, for example, a negative pressure fan of nylan environmental protection limited, kunshan, or other mechanisms that can form air convection in the protective casing 6, and the specific type of the mechanism is not limited, as long as it can provide wind to the protective casing 6, and the number of the mechanisms may be one or more, and of course, in order to clearly and specifically embody the present solution, the wind source mechanism 20 is mainly embodied in the form of a fan in the following embodiments, but the present invention is mainly for the realizability of the solution, and is not limited.
In order to facilitate effective purification treatment of the air sucked by the purifier main body 17, in this embodiment, preferably, the purification layer 19 sequentially includes an electrostatic dust removal layer, a photocatalyst filter layer and an activated carbon filter layer, the electrostatic dust removal layer is made of an electrostatic electret air filter material (dust particles are collected by electrostatic force of electric charges, and can be made of a small strip-shaped polypropylene film), the photocatalyst filter layer is made of nano-titanium dioxide, and the activated carbon filter layer is made of activated carbon.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the recovery mechanism 14 includes a driving portion 24 for providing a negative pressure environment, one end of the driving part 24 is provided with a recovery port 25 for communicating with the communication port 18, one end of the driving part 24 far away from the recovery port 25 is used for communicating with the collection tank 15, the driving part 24 comprises a fan 26, the output end of the fan 26 is provided with a collecting pipe 27, an anti-static mesh enclosure 28 is arranged on the inner wall of the recovery port 25 outside the collecting pipe 27, a negative pressure environment is provided by the fan 26, thereby drawing the dust into the collecting pipe 27, reducing the static electricity generated during dust collection through the anti-static mesh enclosure 28, and then help to guarantee the normal collection of the dust, after the dust is collected and gathered, through closing the air blower 26, the dust falls into the collecting box 15 under the action of gravity, and then facilitate discharging the dust through the dust removal port 16.
It can be understood that, in order to control the switches of the recycling mechanism 14 and the purifier main body 17, in this embodiment, preferably, the input terminals of the recycling mechanism 14 and the purifier main body 17 are both electrically connected to the output terminal of the switch 11, the input terminal of the switch 11 is electrically connected to an external power supply, and the switch 11 is used to control the operation of the air source mechanism 20 and/or the fan 26 as required, so as to ensure the normal operation of air purification and dust collection.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the external power source may be an alternating current, a direct current, a disposable battery or a rechargeable battery, and is specifically set according to requirements; when the external power supply comprises a rechargeable battery, the rechargeable battery can support wired charging or wireless charging, preferably, the external power supply is a rechargeable lithium battery, and the rechargeable lithium battery provides power supply and is convenient to carry, so that the application range is effectively improved.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting column 9 is further connected with a connecting shaft 29 in a threaded manner, a caster 30 is fixedly installed at an end of the connecting shaft 29, the connecting shaft 29 and the caster 30 can be detachably connected to the supporting column 9 as required, and the caster 30 is further used to move the purifier without manual carrying, so that portability is effectively improved, physical consumption caused by moving the purifier as required in a using process is reduced, and when the caster 30 is not required, the connecting shaft 29 and the caster 30 can be directly detached and then placed in a containing box for collection, and the purifier can be directly taken out for installation when required to be used, wherein the parts not involved are the same as or can be realized by adopting the prior art.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention is provided with the purifier main body 17, the recovery mechanism 14, the collection box 15 and the dust removal port 16, the indoor air is purified through the purifier main body 17, meanwhile, the dust generated in the air purification process is sucked in through the recovery mechanism 14 and is recovered, the recovered dust falls into the collection box 15 under the action of gravity, and then is discharged through the dust removal port 16, the occurrence of the situation that the purifier is blocked by the dust is effectively reduced, and the problem that the purifier is easily blocked by the dust due to the fact that the dust generated in the air purification process cannot be collected by the existing portable indoor air purifier is solved.
The electric appliances presented in the article can be electrically connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply, and the main controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer and the like.
