The invention discloses a method for installing a connector of a shower faucet in a light steel villa, which comprises the following steps:
S1, wall assembly: referring to fig. 1, a wall frame 1 is assembled, adjusted and corrected, and then fixed; two parallel wall upright rods 2 are arranged in a wall framework 1 at the corresponding position of the shower head, and two ends of each wall upright rod 2 are fixedly connected with a wall keel framework; two water pipes are arranged along the length direction of the wall body frame 1 and on the inner side of the wall plate, the transverse water pipes 4 sequentially and horizontally penetrate through the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 21 from the two sides of the wall body frame 1 and enter between the wall body vertical rods 2, and then the water pipes are bent upwards close to the wall body vertical rods 2 and continue to extend to the corresponding positions where the shower faucet is installed, so that the vertical water pipes 3 are formed. A horizontal water pipe 4 and a vertical water pipe 3 are connected in a hot melting way through a first water pipe elbow 41 by adopting a hot melting device, and heating die heads are arranged on two sides of the hot melting device; when connected, the orifice of the transverse water pipe 4 is led into the heating die head, and the first water pipe elbow 41 is pushed onto the heating die head. After the heating reaches the preset time, the transverse water pipe 4 and the first water pipe elbow 41 are taken off from the heating die head, the transverse water pipe 4 is quickly inserted into the first water pipe elbow 41 and is fixed into a whole, and the other end of the first water pipe elbow 41 faces the pipe opening direction of the vertical water pipe 3. S2, measuring and manufacturing a fixed plate 5: referring to fig. 1, the distance between the wall uprights 2 is measured and determined, C-shaped steel with corresponding length is cut as a fixed plate 5, and then the position of the hole is determined according to the installation hole distance, and two perforations 51 with the distance equal to the installation hole distance of the shower faucet are formed on the fixed plate 5 by using a hole digger;
S3, the second water pipe elbow 42 is connected with the vertical water pipe 3 in a hot melting way: referring to fig. 2, a second water pipe elbow 42 and a vertical water pipe 3 are connected by hot melting by adopting a hot melting device, and heating dies are arranged on two sides of the hot melting device; when in connection, the pipe orifice at the top end of the vertical water pipe 3 is led into the heating die head, and then the pipe orifice at one end, close to the vertical water pipe 3, of the second water pipe elbow 42 is pushed onto the heating die head; after heating for a preset time, the vertical water pipe 3 and the second water pipe elbow 42 are taken off from the heating die head, the vertical water pipe 3 is quickly inserted into the second water pipe elbow 42 and is fixed into a whole, and the pipe orifice at the other end of the second water pipe elbow 42 faces the direction of installing the shower faucet;
S4, the inner wire of the pipe fitting is directly connected with the connecting pipe 7 in a hot melting way: referring to fig. 1 and 3, the pipe fitting internal wire 6 and the connecting pipe 7 are connected by hot melting through a hot melting device, when in connection, a pipe orifice of one end of the pipe fitting internal wire 6 without screw threads is pushed onto a heating die head, and then a pipe orifice of one end of the connecting pipe 7 is led into the heating die head; after heating for a preset time, taking the pipe fitting internal wire direct 6 and the connecting pipe 7 off from the heating die head, quickly inserting the connecting pipe 7 into the pipe fitting internal wire direct 6, and fixing the pipe fitting internal wire direct 6 and the connecting pipe into a whole; simultaneously, two connecting pipes 7 horizontally penetrate through the through holes 51 on the fixed plate 5, and the inner wires of the pipe fitting are directly abutted to the fixed plate 5;
S5, connecting the pipe 7 and the second water pipe elbow 42 through hot melting: referring to FIG. 3, the connecting pipe 7 and the second water pipe elbow 42 are connected by hot melting by a hot melting device, when the connecting pipe 7 is connected, the pipe orifice at one end far away from the pipe fitting internal thread direct 6 is led into the heating die head, and then the pipe orifice at one end of the second water pipe elbow 42 facing the direction of installing the shower faucet is pushed onto the heating die head; after heating for a predetermined time, the hot melter is taken down from the connecting pipe 7 and the second water pipe elbow 42, the connecting pipe 7 is quickly inserted into the second water pipe elbow 42, and the two water pipe elbows are fixed into a whole; simultaneously, the vertical water pipe 3 is abutted against the curled edges 25, the side plates are clamped between the wall body vertical rods 2, and the fixing plate 5 is clamped by the pipe fitting internal wires 6 and the vertical water pipe 3;
S6, mounting and fixing the fixing plate 5: referring to fig. 1, the fixing plate 5 is mounted on the wall upright 2 using screws, and the fixing plate 5 is fixed.
