In the method, the wood pulp fiber and the chemical fiber are mixed and manufactured, the binding force of the two fibers is poor, the strength of the base material is subjected to surface gluing after being molded by manufacturing, and the glue layer is positioned on the surface layer of the base material, so that the comfort level is reduced, the anti-sensitivity performance is poor, and the environmental protection performance is poor; the difference between the longitudinal and transverse tearing strength and the tensile strength is large, the difference between the smoothness of the front surface and the smoothness of the back surface is large, the manufacturing process is complicated and difficult to operate, the process parameters in the gluing process are difficult to control, the product stability is poor, the equipment investment cost is high, and the manufacturing cost of the final product is high.
Disclosure of Invention

Preferably, the low-melting fiber is one or a mixture of two of ES low-melting bicomponent composite fiber or low-melting PVA fiber.

Example 1
A high-transparency medical adhesive tape base material comprises the following components of wood pulp fibers, polyester fibers, low-melting fibers, AKD neutral sizing liquid and a wet strength agent, wherein the low-melting fibers are a mixture of ES low-melting two-component composite fibers and low-melting PVA fibers; the components are uniformly distributed and bonded together by bonding and melting between the fibers. The ES fiber is a bi-component skin-core structure composite fiber, the skin tissue has low melting point and good flexibility, the core tissue has high melting point and high strength, after heat treatment, one part of the skin is melted to play a bonding role, and the rest of the skin still keeps a fiber state and has the characteristic of small heat shrinkage rate. The fiber is especially suitable for producing sanitary material, heat insulating stuffing, filtering material, etc. by hot air penetrating process.
The components comprise the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of wood pulp fiber, 50 parts of polyester fiber, 5 parts of ES low-melting bicomponent composite fiber and 5 parts of low-melting PVA fiber.
