Abstract

本发明公开了一种弹性面料和具有其的服装,弹性面料包括:表面层和内层,表面层形成为苎麻、棉纤维和氨纶的复合材料层,表面层的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻30‑40份、棉纤维50‑60份、氨纶3‑7份,内层与表面层层叠设置并设在表面层的内侧,内层形成为棉质材料层。根据本发明实施例的弹性面料,布面平整,同时兼具苎麻的吸湿性、透气性和抗静电性的特点,而且不易起球,柔软触感较好,由于棉纤维本身具有多孔性,吸色性好,氨纶除强度较大外,用于合成纤维和天然纤维的大多数染料和整理剂,也适用于氨纶的染色与整理,由此可以提升弹性面料的染色性和光泽感。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种弹性面料和具有其的服装。
背景技术
很多衣物在日常生活中,需要合适的面料来制作,所以面料的材质会影响衣物的各方面性能。在相关技术中,一般的纯麻材料衣服手感比较粗硬,贴身穿起来对皮肤的摩擦感很明显,时间一长也比较容易起球;而纯棉衣料又有质地太轻的缺点,没有麻的坚挺感。麻制品和棉制品一样,纯天然的东西,吸湿性强,缩水率较大,纤维伸缩性差具有天然转曲型,比较不抗皱。麻的色彩比较单一,不利于染色,因此麻的效果有别于其他染色布料,无论是光泽度还是饱和度都是相对暗淡的。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种弹性面料,所述弹性面料由苎麻、棉纤维和氨纶混合而成,具有手感好、抗皱、弹力足和易于染色的优点。
本发明还提出了一种具有上述弹性面料的服装。
根据本发明实施例的弹性面料,包括:表面层和内层,所述表面层形成为苎麻、棉纤维和氨纶的复合材料层,所述表面层的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻30-40份、棉纤维50-60份、氨纶3-7份,所述内层与所述表面层层叠设置并设在所述表面层的内侧,所述内层形成为棉质材料层。
根据本发明实施例的弹性面料,面料布面平整,同时兼具苎麻的吸湿性、透气性和抗静电性的特点,而且不易起球,柔软触感较好,而且氨纶的强度和化学稳定性较好,有利于改善表面层的物理特性,大幅度提升了表面层的弹力,降低了表面层的缩水率,能适应身体各部位弯曲的需要,不易起皱,不易产生褶裥,进而可以提升弹性面料的抗皱行,使得面料手感舒适、弹力足、服用好,而且容易打理。此外,由于棉纤维本身具有多孔性,吸色性好,氨纶除强度较大外,用于合成纤维和天然纤维的大多数染料和整理剂,也适用于氨纶的染色与整理,由此可以提升弹性面料的染色性和光泽感。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述表面层的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻37份、棉纤维58份、氨纶5份。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述弹性面料由经线和纬线交织混纺而成,所述经线和所述纬线的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻37份、棉纤维58份、氨纶5份。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述棉纤维形成为木棉纤维。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述内层的各原料的重量份数配比中,棉纤维占比超过90份。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述内层形成为亲肤棉层。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括:夹层,所述夹层设在所述表面层与所述内层之间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述夹层形成为聚酯纤维材料层。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的服装,包括根据上述实施例所述的弹性面料。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,下面详细描述本发明的实施例。
下面参考图1-图2描述根据本发明实施例的弹性面料100。
如图1-图2所示,根据本发明实施例的弹性面料100可以包括:表面层10和内层20。
其中,表面层10形成为苎麻、棉纤维和氨纶的复合材料层,表面层10的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻30-40份、棉纤维50-60份、氨纶3-7份,也就是说,表面层10的各种原料中,按重量分配的话,苎麻占30%-40%,棉纤维占50%-60%,氨纶占3%-7%,例如,把表面层100的总重量分成100份,苎麻可以占37份,棉纤维可以占58份,氨纶可以占5份。
现有技术中,麻材质面料的手感比较粗硬,带有自然的小疙瘩,贴身穿起来对皮肤的摩擦感比较明显,时间一长比较容易起球,而且纯棉面料质地太轻,坚挺感较差。而且棉麻没有弹力,缩水率较高,不抗皱;再者,麻材质面料的色彩比较单一,不利于染色,光泽感和染色性较差。
而在本发明中,上述材料配合获得的表面层10,含棉量高,面料布面平整,同时兼具苎麻的吸湿性、透气性和抗静电性的特点,而且不易起球,柔软触感较好,改善了麻纤维的粗制刚硬的缺点,提升了亲肤舒适感,手感舒爽。
通过在表面层10中添加适当的氨纶,可以提升表面层10的弹性,而且氨纶的强度和化学稳定性较好,有利于改善表面层10的物理特性,大幅度提升了表面层10的弹力,降低了表面层10的缩水率,能适应身体各部位弯曲的需要,不易起皱,不易产生褶裥,进而可以提升弹性面料100的抗皱行,使得面料手感舒适、弹力足、服用好,而且容易打理。
此外,由于棉纤维本身具有多孔性,吸色性好,氨纶除强度较大外,用于合成纤维和天然纤维的大多数染料和整理剂,也适用于氨纶的染色与整理,由此可以提升弹性面料的染色性和光泽感。
内层20与表面层10层叠设置并设在表面层10的内侧,内层20形成为棉质材料层。棉制材料的内层20具有舒适保暖和耐磨耐穿的优点,通过设置内层20可以提升弹性面料与用户皮肤接触时的舒适程度,对肌肤无刺激,而且通过设置棉质内层可以提升弹性面料100的保暖性。
弹性面料100由经线和纬线交织混纺而成,经线和纬线的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻37份、棉纤维58份、氨纶5份。由经线和纬线交织混纺而成的弹性面料100质地牢固,表面平滑细腻,不仅可以提升弹性面料100的结构强度,而且可以提升弹性面料100的抗变形能力,防止清洗悬挂过程中导致弹性面料100变形,还能提升弹性面料100的使用价值和观赏价值,延长了了弹性面料100和衣物的使用寿命。
在本实施例中,棉纤维形成为木棉纤维。木棉纤维是最细、最轻、中空度最高、最保暖的纤维材质,具有防霉、轻柔、不透水、不导热,保暖的特点,而且木棉纤维容易获得生产成本较低,不仅可以降低弹性面料100的生产成本,而且可以提升弹性面料100的性能,使弹性面料100更有实用价值。
内层20的各原料的重量份数配比中,棉纤维占比超过90份。在服装中,内层20一般与肌肤直接接触,棉纤维制品吸湿和透气性好,柔软而保暖,符合贴身衣物的要求。通过提升棉纤维的质量占比,可以提升弹性面料100的舒适性。
内层20形成为亲肤棉层,亲肤棉质地柔软,舒适度较好,采用亲肤棉层的内层20对皮肤更有亲和力,避免了衣物与皮肤摩擦时伤害皮肤。
根据本发明实施例的弹性面料100,还包括:夹层30,夹层30设在表面层10与内层20之间。通过在表面层10与内层20之间设置夹层30,可以进一步提升弹性面料100的保暖性能,在天气较冷的时候,使用具有夹层30的弹性面料100制作的衣服,可以防止热量流程,保暖性更好。
夹层30形成为聚酯纤维材料层,聚酯纤维最大的优点是抗皱性和保形性很好,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫、不粘毛。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的服装,包括根据上述实施例中描述的弹性面料100,通过采用上述弹性面料100制作的衣服,可以提升服装的平整行,同时兼具吸湿性、透气性和抗静电性的特点,而且不易起球,柔软触感较好,大幅度提升了服装的弹力,降低了服装的缩水率,能适应身体各部位弯曲的需要,不易起皱,不易产生褶裥,而且手感舒适、弹力足、服用好、容易打理。
根据本发明实施例的服装的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

表面层,所述表面层形成为苎麻、棉纤维和氨纶的复合材料层,所述表面层的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻30-40份、棉纤维50-60份、氨纶3-7份;
内层,所述内层与所述表面层层叠设置并设在所述表面层的内侧,所述内层形成为棉质材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述表面层的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻37份、棉纤维58份、氨纶5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述弹性面料由经线和纬线交织混纺而成,所述经线和所述纬线的各原料的重量份数配比为:苎麻37份、棉纤维58份、氨纶5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述棉纤维形成为木棉纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述内层的各原料的重量份数配比中,棉纤维占比超过90份。
