The screw extruder 27, the forming die 25 and the shaping die 24 are all universal devices, and the structures of the screw extruder, the forming die and the shaping die are common structures in the field;

The principle of the punching and cutting device of the invention is as follows: the pulley shaft of the stamping part drives the rotating wheel to rotate, so that the connecting rod is driven to move up and down, the movement of the connecting rod is transmitted to the balance wheel through the swing rod, the balance wheel rotates, and when the balance wheel rotates anticlockwise, the air cylinder presses the pressing wheel downwards, so that the workpiece 11 is clamped and moves towards the direction of the die; otherwise, the cylinder drives the pinch roller to move upwards, and the workpiece is not moved in situ, so that step-by-step feeding is formed.
