一、临床体外测试方式：双盲测试方法
测试对象(成人手臂内侧皮肤)
破坏性实验(用12％的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液封闭6小时)，然后将安慰剂、空白、本实施例1制得的修护精华分别涂在成人手臂内侧皮肤，使用时间为3天。
结果如图1所示：其中，A是安慰剂处理过的皮肤，B是空白对照，C是实施例1制得的修护精华处理过的皮肤。

二、使用效果测试
35名受试者(年龄30～70岁)，眼角有明显鱼尾纹，每天两次涂抹0.5g实施例1制得的修护精华，持续四周。
1、使用4周后，受试者鱼尾纹得到显著改善，Ra(平均粗糙度)和Rz(平均深度)均显示出明显的减小趋势，如表1所示：

4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述减缓皮肤糖化的修护精华的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)将甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠、水解小核菌(SCLEROTIUM ROLFSSII)胶、甜菜碱、卡波姆、去离子水投入主乳化锅中，加热至80～85℃，搅拌、开启均质溶解至透明状；
(2)搅拌降温至50℃，将三乙醇胺和麦芽糖醇分别加入主乳化锅中搅拌均匀；
(3)继续搅拌降温至40℃，加入β-葡聚糖、肌肽、植舒敏、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酵母提取物、胶原、对羟基苯乙酮、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、香精和CI 19140，搅拌均匀；
(4)半成品检验合格后，过滤出料；
(5)储存、灌装、包装、成品检验、入库。
