为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种减缓皮肤糖化的修护精华及其制备方法,修护、减缓因皮肤过度使用造成皮肤糖化,衰老速率加快的肌肤问题,修护肌肤,令肌肤弹润透亮。

(4)半成品检验合格后,过滤出料;
(5)储存、灌装、包装、成品检验、入库。

一、临床体外测试方式:双盲测试方法
测试对象(成人手臂内侧皮肤)
破坏性实验(用12%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液封闭6小时),然后将安慰剂、空白、本实施例1制得的修护精华分别涂在成人手臂内侧皮肤,使用时间为3天。
结果如图1所示:其中,A是安慰剂处理过的皮肤,B是空白对照,C是实施例1制得的修护精华处理过的皮肤。
实验证明:本发明的修复精华能有效抑制刺激性强的表面活性剂、溶剂带来的红斑。
二、使用效果测试
35名受试者(年龄30~70岁),眼角有明显鱼尾纹,每天两次涂抹0.5g实施例1制得的修护精华,持续四周。
1、使用4周后,受试者鱼尾纹得到显著改善,Ra(平均粗糙度)和Rz(平均深度)均显示出明显的减小趋势,如表1所示:

3、四周后,志愿者拍摄眼角高清照片评估皮肤状况,涂抹肌肽产品后眼角鱼尾纹数目显著减少,深度明显变浅,如图3所示。

(1)将甘油、丙二醇、透明质酸钠、聚谷氨酸钠、水解小核菌(SCLEROTIUM ROLFSSII)胶、甜菜碱、卡波姆、去离子水投入主乳化锅中,加热至80~85℃,搅拌、开启均质溶解至透明状;
(2)搅拌降温至50℃,将三乙醇胺和麦芽糖醇分别加入主乳化锅中搅拌均匀;
(3)继续搅拌降温至40℃,加入β-葡聚糖、肌肽、植舒敏、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酵母提取物、胶原、对羟基苯乙酮、双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、香精和CI 19140,搅拌均匀;
(4)半成品检验合格后,过滤出料;
(5)储存、灌装、包装、成品检验、入库。
