aligning the second main body to the alveolar fossa to be scratched;
scratching the second main body by attaching the second main body to the alveolar fossa, wherein scratching operation is required on the cheek side wall, the tongue side wall, the far middle wall and the near middle wall of the alveolar fossa.
The principle of the invention can be summarized as follows: when the device disclosed by the invention is used, the holding part is held by hand, the first main body is inserted into the alveolar socket, then the first main body is tightly attached to each inner wall of the alveolar socket, and the alveolar socket is cleaned fully by scratching repeatedly from the bottom to the coronal direction.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the first main body and the second main body can go deep into the alveolar socket to clean, and when the socket is used, due to the morphological characteristics of the alveolar socket, the first main body is suitable for moving and rotating in the alveolar socket, and the second main body is used for scratching.
2. According to the invention, the connecting structure is used for fixing the first main body, and further the second main body is fixed, so that scratching can be conveniently carried out by using the second main body.
3. The bent part of the rod piece can enable an included angle to be formed between the connecting structure where the first main body and the second main body are located and the holding part, the included angle is designed according to the physiological characteristics of the oral cavity, and the position of the alveolar socket is vertical to the direction of the oral cavity, so that the bent rod piece can conduct scratching operation more efficiently, and when the rod piece is set to be an obtuse angle, the wound surface can be observed with medical staff more conveniently.
4. The angle of curvature of the curved portion in the present invention is related to the position of the socket and the direction of the present invention into the oral cavity, and in the context of the present invention, the patient is usually supine or semi-supine, and the medical staff performing the surgical operation holds the grip portion and when the connection structure is brought into the oral cavity and the socket, the angle of the grip portion in the axial direction thereof is different from the socket of the patient, which is related to the operation habit of the medical staff, but always maintains the angle with the mouth opening (typically lips). Furthermore, considering that the human socket is distributed in the upper and lower jaws, the bending angle of the bent portion must be greater than 90 °.
5. In the invention, the first main body is used as a part which can be directly contacted with the alveolar socket and is matched with the shape of the hemispherical bottom surface of the alveolar socket, so that the first main body is hemispherical to ensure the efficiency of scratching the alveolar socket; the second main body is in a sawtooth shape, and the sawtooth-shaped second main body is used for cleaning tooth fragments, residues and the like which are not easy to be cleaned by the first main body, so that the use efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the invention achieves the effect of integrating more sawteeth in a relatively small space.
6. In the invention, the fixed positions of the first body and the second body determine the application of the first body in the alveolar socket, and the buccal side wall, the lingual side wall, the distal wall and the proximal wall in the alveolar socket need to repeatedly adjust the direction of the curette, so that the first body and the second body are arranged around the connecting structure, and the connecting structure is fan-shaped, so that the first body and the rod piece can be conveniently connected.
7. In the invention, the edges of the first body and the second body are designed to be round corners, so that secondary damage to the socket is avoided.
8. In the invention, the diameter of the holding part is larger than that of the rod part so as to be convenient for holding and exerting force, and in general operation, the palm is tightly jointed with the holding part because of scratching with force, so that the force exerted by a medical staff is directly related to the close fit of the palm and the holding part.
9. In conclusion, the invention can simplify the operation after tooth extraction, greatly improve the working efficiency of clinicians, reduce the pain of patients, fully scrape the alveolus fossa infiltrated by inflammation and be beneficial to the good healing of the tooth extraction window.
