Abstract
The invention discloses a book management method, which comprises the following steps: inquiring an external book library to obtain external book information in the external book library; extracting external bibliography key information from the external bibliography information; comparing the external book key information with local book key information to obtain target book key information which accords with a preset rule; purchasing a target external book corresponding to the target book key information; cataloging the target external booklist according to the booklist information of the target external booklist to obtain target cataloging information; and pushing the target cataloging information to a sales server. The book collecting and editing process is simple, and the consumption of manpower and material resources is low.
Description
Technical Field

Background
In a general book management mode, book purchasing and cataloguing work are carried out separately, manual participation is needed in the purchasing and cataloguing processes, the process is very complicated, the workload of purchasing and cataloguing is very large due to the large number of books, and a large amount of manpower and material resources are consumed in the complicated acquiring and cataloguing process. The embodiment of the book management method of the invention can be operated on a terminal or a server. The following description will be made by taking an example of the operation on a terminal.

Claims (9)
1. A book management method, characterized in that the book management method comprises:
inquiring an external book library to obtain external book information in the external book library;
extracting external bibliography key information from the external bibliography information;
comparing the external book key information with local book key information to obtain target book key information which accords with a preset rule;
purchasing a target external book corresponding to the target book key information;
cataloging the target external booklist according to the booklist information of the target external booklist to obtain target cataloging information;
pushing the target cataloguing information to a sales server;
the external book key information is the update time of an external book, the local book key information is the update time of the local latest book, and the preset rule is that the update time of the external book is later than the update time of the local latest book;
the step of purchasing the target external book corresponding to the target book key information comprises the following steps:
acquiring latest book information of the latest external book corresponding to the target book key information;
extracting characteristic information representing the unique identity of the latest external book from the latest book information;
comparing the latest external book item feature information with the feature information of each local book item in a local book item library to obtain the difference feature information which is inconsistent with the feature information of the local book item in the latest external book item feature information;
and taking the latest external book corresponding to the difference characteristic information as a target external book, and purchasing the target external book.
2. The book management method of claim 1, wherein, prior to the step of querying an external library, the book management method further comprises:
receiving a rule making instruction of a user, and generating an inventory rule according to the rule making instruction;
the cataloging the target external booklist according to the booklist information of the target external booklist specifically comprises the following steps:
and cataloging the target external booklist according to the cataloging rule according to the booklist information of the target external booklist.
3. The book management method of claim 1, wherein after the step of pushing the target inventory information to a sales server, the book management method further comprises:
when order information of a sales server is received, analyzing order cataloguing information of an order book from the order information;
acquiring corresponding order book contents according to the order cataloguing information;
and sending the order bibliographic content to a sales server so that the sales server displays the order bibliographic content.
4. The book management method of claim 1, wherein after the step of pushing the target inventory information to a sales server, the book management method further comprises:
and when a collecting and editing information query instruction is received, generating a collecting and editing work report according to the target cataloguing information and the time for purchasing the target external bookings.
5. The book management method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the external library of books comprises a supplier portal, an electronic data exchange system, and an enterprise resource planning system.

the query module is used for querying the external book library and acquiring external book information in the external book library;
the extraction module is used for extracting external book key information from the external book information;
the comparison module is used for comparing the external book key information with local book key information to obtain target book key information which accords with a preset rule;
the purchasing module is used for purchasing the target external book corresponding to the target book key information;
the cataloging module is used for cataloging the target external bookings according to the bookings information of the target external bookings to obtain target cataloging information;
the pushing module is used for pushing the target cataloging information to a sales server;
the purchasing module is further used for acquiring the latest book item information of the latest external book item corresponding to the target book item key information; extracting characteristic information representing the unique identity of the latest external book from the latest book information; comparing the latest external book item feature information with the feature information of each local book item in a local book item library to obtain the difference feature information which is inconsistent with the feature information of the local book item in the latest external book item feature information; taking the latest external book corresponding to the difference characteristic information as a target external book, and purchasing the target external book;
the external book item key information is the update time of an external book item, the local book item key information is the update time of a local latest book item, and the preset rule is that the update time of the external book item is later than the update time of the local latest book item.
7. The book management device of claim 6, characterized in that the book management device further comprises:
