Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a wall-hanging stove combustion control method is provided, which is described by taking a control device applied to a wall-hanging stove as an example, and comprises the following steps:
s110: when the heating water outlet temperature sensor is not in fault, the preset water outlet temperature is used as the target temperature of heating water outlet in the wall-hanging stove, and heating combustion of the wall-hanging stove body is controlled.
The wall-mounted furnace body is a mechanism which is used for realizing the combustion of combustible gas in the wall-mounted furnace so as to heat water in the pipeline; for example, a main heat exchanger, a burner, etc. may be included. The wall-mounted boiler body of the wall-mounted boiler is generally connected with a heating water outlet pipe and a heating water return pipe, water in the heating water outlet pipe is heating water outlet, and water in the heating water return pipe is heating water return.
The heating water outlet temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature of heating water outlet; if the heating outlet water temperature sensor is not in fault, the heating outlet water temperature sensor can normally detect the temperature of the heating outlet water. The preset outlet water temperature is a preset temperature value, and for example, the preset outlet water temperature can be set to be a theoretical highest temperature that can be borne by a heating outlet pipe. Specifically, the control device controls the heating combustion of the wall-hanging stove body by taking the preset outlet water temperature as the target temperature of the heating outlet water in the wall-hanging stove, and can adjust the heating combustion work of the wall-hanging stove body according to the temperature of the heating outlet water detected by the heating outlet water temperature sensor, so that the temperature of the heating outlet water reaches and does not exceed the preset outlet water temperature.
S130: and when the heating outlet water temperature sensor fails, if the alternative temperature sensor does not fail, acquiring a preset alternative temperature corresponding to the current heating mode.
The standby temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature of a standby object in the wall-mounted furnace; if the alternative temperature sensor is not in fault, the alternative temperature sensor can normally detect the temperature of the object to be detected. Specifically, the target to be measured is a target for which a temperature to be measured is selected in the wall-hanging furnace. And the preset alternative temperature is a preset temperature value. Specifically, the corresponding relationship between the heating manner and the preset candidate temperature may be stored in a memory of the control device in advance or stored in an external memory, and the control device may select the corresponding preset candidate temperature from the memory or load the corresponding preset candidate temperature from the external memory after determining the current heating manner. One heating mode corresponds to one preset alternative temperature, and the preset alternative temperatures corresponding to different heating modes can be different or the same and are set according to actual needs.
S150: and controlling the heating combustion of the wall-hanging furnace body by taking the preset alternative temperature as the target temperature of the object to be tested.
Specifically, the control device may adjust the heating combustion operation of the wall-hanging stove body according to the temperature of the standby object detected by the standby temperature sensor, so that the temperature of the standby object reaches and does not exceed a preset standby temperature.
According to the wall-hanging stove combustion control method, when the heating water outlet temperature sensor is not in fault, the preset water outlet temperature is used as the target temperature of heating water outlet in the wall-hanging stove, heating combustion of the wall-hanging stove body is controlled, when the heating water outlet temperature sensor is in fault, the alternative temperature sensor for measuring the temperature of a standby object in the wall-hanging stove is used, and the preset alternative temperature corresponding to the current heating mode is used as the target temperature of the standby object, so that heating combustion of the wall-hanging stove body is controlled. Therefore, when the heating water outlet sensor for measuring the temperature of the heating water outlet breaks down, temporary auxiliary control is provided, and the control of heating combustion can be continued as long as the alternative temperature sensor does not break down, so that the wall-hanging stove continues to work, the wall-hanging stove cannot be stopped immediately due to the failure of the heating water outlet temperature sensor, and the reliability is high.
In one embodiment, the alternative temperature sensor is a heating backwater temperature sensor, and the object to be measured is heating backwater. And the heating backwater temperature sensor is used for measuring the temperature of heating backwater. In this embodiment, when the heating leaving water temperature sensor fails, if the heating return water temperature sensor does not fail, the preset alternative temperature corresponding to the current heating mode is obtained, and the heating combustion of the wall-hanging furnace body is controlled by using the preset alternative temperature as the target temperature of the heating return water. The temperature of the heating return water is convenient to detect, and the operation is convenient by adopting the heating return water temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the heating return water.
Further, the preset outlet water temperature is greater than the preset alternative temperature. The preset outlet water temperature is the target temperature to be reached by the heating outlet water, the preset alternative temperature is the target temperature to be reached by the heating return water, and the temperature of the heating outlet water is generally greater than that of the heating return water; therefore, the preset alternative temperature is set to be a value smaller than the preset outlet water temperature, and the situation that the heating return water temperature is too high due to overheating caused by heating combustion is avoided under the condition that the heating outlet water temperature sensor has a fault according to the preset alternative temperature.
In one embodiment, step S110 may further include: detecting whether a heating water outlet temperature sensor has a fault; if not, executing step S110; if yes, go to step S130.
Whether the heating water outlet temperature sensor has faults or not can be detected actively, automatic detection can be achieved, and manual participation is not needed. The heating water outlet temperature sensor is electrically connected with the control equipment. Specifically, the control device can judge whether the heating temperature sensor fails by detecting a signal sent by the heating outlet water temperature sensor; for example, taking a heating outlet water temperature sensor using a thermistor as an example, the control device may receive a signal sent by the heating outlet water temperature sensor to determine a current resistance value of the thermistor, and may determine the measured temperature by looking up a corresponding relationship table between the resistance value and the temperature; generally, the resistance value of the thermistor of the normal heating outlet water temperature sensor is within a certain range, and if the resistance value determined by the control device according to the signal sent by the heating outlet water temperature sensor is beyond the range, the fault of the heating outlet water temperature sensor can be determined.
In one embodiment, step S130 includes: when the heating water outlet temperature sensor fails, detecting whether the alternative temperature sensor fails; and if not, acquiring a preset alternative temperature corresponding to the current heating mode.
Whether the alternative temperature sensor fails or not can be detected actively, so that automatic detection can be realized without manual participation. Specifically, if the alternative temperature sensor fails, the control device can control the wall-hanging stove body to stop.
In one embodiment, the step of acquiring the preset candidate temperature corresponding to the current heating manner in step S130 may include: if the current heating mode is floor heating, selecting a first preset temperature value as a preset alternative temperature; and if the current heating mode is heating by a heating radiator, selecting a second preset temperature value as a preset alternative temperature.
The heating mode of the indoor wall-mounted furnace generally comprises floor heating and heating by a heating sheet; the floor heating mode is a heating mode that a user selects to use floor heating, and the heating of heating radiators is a heating mode that the user selects to use heating radiators. Specifically, the control device may receive a parameter indicating a heating manner set by a user, and determine a corresponding heating manner according to the parameter. For example, "1" represents floor heating, and "2" represents radiator heating, and if the user inputs "1" through the touch screen and transmits the input to the control device, the control device determines that the current heating mode is floor heating.
The first preset temperature value and the second preset temperature value are preset temperature values. The preset alternative temperature is determined based on the current heating mode under the condition that the heating outlet water temperature sensor fails and the alternative temperature sensor does not fail, so that the accuracy is high.
In one embodiment, the first preset temperature value is a temperature value between 15 ℃ and 35 ℃, and the second preset temperature value is a temperature value between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃.
The first preset temperature value and the second preset temperature value can be set after a user carries out comprehensive examination rate by combining a heating mode and a standby object, and can be specifically set to correspond to the temperature which can be generally reached by the standby object in the heating mode. In this embodiment, the first preset temperature value corresponding to the heating mode of floor heating is a temperature value between 15 ℃ and 35 ℃, the second preset temperature value corresponding to the heating mode of radiator heating is a temperature value between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃, and the method is particularly applicable to the case where the alternative temperature sensor is a heating return water temperature sensor, and the temperature value range between 15 ℃ and 35 ℃ and the temperature value range between 30 ℃ and 50 ℃ are obtained through multiple experiments, and has good applicability. Specifically, the alternative temperature sensor is a heating return water temperature sensor, and the first preset temperature value can be 30 ℃; the second preset temperature value may be 40 ℃.
In one embodiment, when the heating leaving water temperature sensor has a fault, the method further comprises a fault reminding step: and controlling the display device to display the fault information of the heating water outlet temperature sensor.
The heating outlet water temperature sensor fault information is used for prompting that the heating outlet water temperature sensor has a fault. Through when heating leaving water temperature sensor trouble, control display device shows heating leaving water temperature sensor trouble information, can convenience of customers through looking over display device in order to learn the trouble condition to in time carry out fault handling. Specifically, the failure warning step may be performed before the step of obtaining the preset candidate temperature corresponding to the current heating system, or may be performed after step S150.
For example, referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of the wall-hanging stove combustion control method in one embodiment is shown.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 1-2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1-2 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
