一种太阳能屋面板,内设有屋面板承重骨架,并通过屋面板边框固定,太阳能屋面板内侧设有屋面板顶棚面层,屋面板顶棚面层上面设有室内供热制冷辐射系统,室内供热制冷辐射系统上面设有屋面板底部保温层,太阳能屋面板还包括屋面隔热层与屋面板顶部保温层,屋面板顶部保温层上面设有、储能集热器、储能集热器盖板和太阳能集热板芯,储能集热器内设有换热循环管与相变储能材料,室内供热制冷辐射系统与换热循环管相连,储能集热器四周设有储能集热器保温层,太阳能集热板芯设置在储能集热器的盖板上,太阳能集热板芯上设有气体隔离层,储能集热器上还设有真空玻璃,真空玻璃上设有光伏玻璃。上述太阳能屋面板是一种既产生热能又产生电能还可起到供热制冷、储能集能的建筑构件。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能屋面板。
背景技术
现有建筑无论是装配式建筑还是传统建筑,屋面板只具备单一的保温隔热承重的功能,没有把集能储能结合到构件中来。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够集保温、储能、集能、从而达到供热制冷于一体的建筑构件太阳能屋面板。
一种太阳能屋面板,所述太阳能屋面板内设有屋面板承重骨架,所述太阳能屋面板通过屋面板边框固定,所述太阳能屋面板内侧设有室内顶棚面层,所述室内顶棚面层上面设有室内供热制冷辐射系统,所述室内供热制冷辐射系统上面设有屋面底层保温层,所述太阳能屋面板还包括屋面隔热层与屋面上部保温层,所述屋面上部保温层上设有、储能集热器、储能集热器盖板和太阳能集热板芯,所述储能集热器内设有换热循环管与相变储能材料,所述室内供热制冷辐射系统与所述换热循环管相连,所述储能集热器四周设有储能集热器保温层,所述太阳能集热板芯设置在所述储能集热器的盖板上,所述太阳能集热板芯上设有气体隔离层,所述储能集热器上还设有真空玻璃,所述真空玻璃上设有光伏玻璃或高透光率玻璃。
在其中一个实施例中,所述太阳能屋面板为屋面承重结构、屋面维护结构或太阳能组件。
在其中一个实施例中所述太阳能屋面板为钢结构、木结构、轻钢结构、钢筋混凝土结构、铝合金结构、钢木结构、钢结构与混凝土组合结构中的至少一种。
在其中一个实施例中所述太阳能屋面板内设有储能集热器所述储能集热器内设有所述换热循环管。
在其中一个实施例中,所述换热循环管为U型或螺旋型,所述换热循环管加翅片以增加换热面积。
在其中一个实施例中所述储能集热器盖板与所述太阳能集热板芯一体成型。
在其中一个实施例中所述相变储能材料通过相变为换热循环管提供热能进而为用户提供热能,所述相变储能材料为固态或液态。
在其中一个实施例中所述太阳能屋面板为方形或弧形。
太阳能屋面板上按使用功能要求设有天窗,太阳能屋面板底部设有室内顶棚面层,室内顶棚面层材质根据使用者喜爱定,室内顶棚面层上设有室内供热制冷辐射系统,冬季供热,夏季制冷。
供热制冷辐射系统上面设有保温层,防止热量流失,所述太阳能屋面板设有屋面隔热层,所述太阳能屋面板内设有屋面顶部保温层,防止储能集热器的热量流失。
所述储能集热器四周设有保温层,防止储能集热器内的热量流失,所述太阳能屋面板内的太阳能集热板芯上设有气体隔离层,防止热量流失。
所述太阳能屋面板内储能集热器上设有真空玻璃,真空玻璃具有高透光率特点,起到保温隔热的作用。
所述太阳能屋面板内高透光率真空玻璃上设有光伏玻璃或高透光率玻璃,太阳光照射在光伏玻璃上产生电能,透过光伏玻璃的太阳光照射在太阳能集热板芯上产生热能。
所述太阳能屋面板内设有储能集热器,储能集热器内设有循环换热管与相变储能材料,储能集热器盖板与太阳能集热板芯连成整体,太阳光照射在太阳能集热板芯上,吸收的热能由储能集热器盖板传递到储能集热器内的相变储能材料通过循环换热管传递热能。
综上可知,上述太阳能屋面板是一种既产生热能又产生电能还可起到供热制冷,储能集能于一体的建筑构件。
