Abstract
本发明公开了一种羽绒制品面料,由防透视纱和非防透视纱交织而成,所述防透视纱为聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝,所述非防透视纱为棉纱或再生纤维素纤维纱,防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为50~80%。本发明的面料工艺简单可行,防透视效果明显,采用防透视纱和棉或再生纤维素纤维纱交织,而且面料表面以防透视浮长点为主,作为灰色或深色羽绒制品面料时,不仅能防止羽绒颜色透视,而且吸湿透气性较好,羽绒制品的外观档次感和舒适度都很高。

技术领域
本发明属于服装和家用纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种羽绒制品面料。
背景技术
羽绒因其立体的纤维结构,能储存大量静止空气,因此具有蓬松性好、轻质保暖的特点。以羽绒作填充物的服装和被芯、枕芯、床垫或家居用品等,也越来越受到欢迎,销量日益增涨。根据鸭、鹅等禽类品种的不同,以及羽绒在其身体分布位置的不同,羽绒有白色、灰色等颜色之分。用灰鸭绒、灰鹅绒或含少量深色的白鸭绒、白鹅绒做填充物的羽绒制品一般选用较厚的面料,在防钻绒的同时能确保不露出绒的颜色,但缺点是蓬松度不高,透气性不好,影响整体舒适性。而如果选用薄型面料,因面料透光可清晰看出异色绒或灰色绒,羽绒制品档次感有所降低。
一种具有吸湿排汗、防止透视和抗紫外线功能的高密纤维面料,通过采用合股线制成面料,而所用的股线由两根线密度相同而捻向相反的纱线合股而成,两根纱线都为30D/36F,得到轻薄、布面平整、手感蓬松的面料,但是存在的不足是没有防钻绒效果,不能用于羽绒制品面料。
提到一种防透视雪纺面料,包括雪纺丝线、金丝线和若干小面料块,将雪纺丝线和金丝线交织形成面料本体,小面料块一边与面料本体相固定,另一边为自由边,呈单元格分布,通过在面料本体上增加小面料块,得到防走光和增加透气性的效果,但是存在的不足是面料结构不够紧密,无法达到防钻绒效果,不能用于羽绒制品面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种羽绒制品面料,该面料轻薄,羽绒的颜色不易透光,所得羽绒制品透气性、蓬松性好。
一种羽绒制品面料,由防透视纱和非防透视纱交织而成,所述防透视纱为聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝,所述非防透视纱为棉纱或再生纤维素纤维纱,防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50% ~ 80%。
进一步,所述聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝采用 TiO2进行改性。
进一步,所述聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝为低弹变形丝(DTY)或全拉伸丝(FDY)。
进一步,所述防透视纱细度为 30D ~ 100D。
进一步,所述非防透视纱纱支为 40s ~ 100s。
进一步,所述面料的组织结构采用经面斜纹或同面斜纹组织;防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50% ~ 75%。
进一步,所述面料的组织结构采用经面缎纹或同面缎纹组织;防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50% ~ 80%。
进一步,所述面料的组织结构采用平纹组织;防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50%。
防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比,其含义为在面料中的单个组织循环里,防透视纱位于非防透视纱之上的组织点占单个组织循环所有组织点的百分比,其表述了面料防透视功能的组织结构。
本发明的面料工艺简单可行,防透视效果明显,采用防透视纱和棉或再生纤维素纤维纱交织,而且面料表面以防透视浮长点为主,作为灰色或深色羽绒制品面料时,不仅能防止羽绒颜色透视,而且吸湿透气性较好,羽绒制品的外观档次感和舒适度都很高。

1.一种羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:由防透视纱和非防透视纱交织而成,所述防透视纱为聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝,所述非防透视纱为棉纱或再生纤维素纤维纱,防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50% ~ 80%。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝采用 TiO2进行改性。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维长丝或聚酰胺纤维长丝为低弹变形丝或全拉伸丝。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:所述防透视纱细度为 30D ~100D。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:所述非防透视纱纱支为 40s~ 100s。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:所述面料的组织结构采用经面斜纹或同面斜纹组织;防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50% ~ 75%。
7.根据权利要求 1 所述的羽绒制品面料,其特征在于:所述面料的组织结构采用经面缎纹或同面缎纹组织;防透视浮长点在面料表面的百分比为 50% ~ 80%。
