Background
The arrival clock is an important component of the elevator, and when the elevator arrives at the floor selected by the customer, a sound or photoelectric effect can be generated to remind the user of arrival. At present, the drive signal of the arrival clock of any elevator car in the prior art is provided by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or a single chip Microcomputer (MCU) of an elevator control system, and a special hardware interface and corresponding software drive are needed to provide the arrival signal, so that the 1-2 output contacts of the elevator PLC or MCU are occupied without exception, and a special interface is also needed to be matched. FIG. 1 shows a detailed hardware block diagram of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The arrival clock comprises a power supply module, a voltage detection module, a signal processing module and a reminding module.
The power module provides power for all components of the access clock, and can be connected with the power supply of the elevator to realize power supply, or can be used independently of the rechargeable power module of the elevator to realize power supply, such as a rechargeable storage battery and the like.
The voltage detection module is connected to a dragging power supply of the main motor of the elevator, monitors the power supply voltage of the main motor of the elevator and uses the voltage change signal as an elevator arrival signal when the power supply voltage drops. The voltage detection module comprises an interface composed of two power lines and a fuse connected with the interface in series.
The signal processing module comprises a bridge rectifier sub-module, a filter sub-module and a voltage regulating sub-module. The sub-modules are used for carrying out bridge rectification, filtering, voltage regulation and other treatments on the elevator arrival signals. The voltage regulating sub-module comprises a voltage regulating resistor connected between the filtering sub-module and the bridge rectifier sub-module.
The reminding module is connected with the signal processing module through a photoelectric coupler. The reminding module can be an acoustic module, a photoelectric module or a combination of the acoustic module and the photoelectric module. The sound module comprises a voice chip, a power amplifier module, an audio transformer and a loudspeaker which are sequentially connected behind the photoelectric coupler. The elevator stops running after about 2-4 seconds after the loudspeaker makes the arrival sound, so that the elevator arrival clock meets the requirement of making the arrival clock sound in advance. When the elevator is in maintenance operation, as the power supply voltage on the main motor of the elevator is lower, and the arrival clock judges that the power supply voltage at the moment is smaller than a preset value, the elevator can be known to be not in operation of the elevator car, so that the operation of the voltage detection module can be insufficient, the arrival sound can not be emitted before the elevator stops operating, and the characteristic that the elevator stops operating and does not emit the arrival sound when the common elevator arrives at the station clock in maintenance operation is met.
