When the second connecting plate 29 moves to the position of the second stroke switch 12, the motor 28 stops rotating and the ultraviolet lamp 53 is turned off. The L-shaped rod 37 is pushed against the fourth connecting plate 33 to compress the fourth compression spring 38, so that the vertical rod of the L-shaped rod 37 is separated from the upper end of the connecting shaft 35, and the fifth compression spring 36 is expanded, thereby driving the ultraviolet lamp 53 to reset.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the air pump 59 of the interval pressing device of embodiment 1 needs to be driven by electricity, while the interval pressing device of embodiment 2 needs to be driven by the electric motor 28 without additional electricity, and the interval pressing device structurally comprises the air cylinder 23, the piston 24, the crankshaft 25, the driven gear 26, the transmission gear 27 and the rack 52. The two ends of the first sliding plate 16 are provided with air cylinders 23, the air cylinders 23 are provided with a cavity, the upper ends of the air cylinders 23 are provided with air outlet pipes, the side walls of the air cylinders 23 are provided with air inlet pipes, the air outlet pipes and the air inlet pipes are communicated with the cavity of the air cylinders 23, the cavity of the air cylinders 23 is internally provided with a piston 24, the lower ends of the piston 24 are connected with a second guide plate 51, and the second guide plate 51 is provided with a strip-shaped through hole. The side wall of the cylinder 23 is provided with a through hole, one end of the crankshaft 25 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the cylinder 23, and the other end of the crankshaft passes through the through hole on the side wall of the cylinder 23 and is connected with the central hole of the driven gear 26 through a one-way bearing. The air outlet pipe of the air cylinder 23 is connected with the feeding pipe of the sealing cover sequentially through the one-way valve, the pipeline and the rotary joint, and the air inlet pipe is connected with the one-way valve.
The first sliding plate 16 is provided with two strip-shaped through holes, the transmission gear 27 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the strip-shaped through hole of the first sliding plate 16 through a shaft, two racks 52 are arranged between the two support frames 1, the racks 52 are provided with a plurality of sections of teeth which are linearly and uniformly arranged, the grooves on the working table plate 2 are arranged corresponding to the teeth on the racks 52, and the grooves are positioned under the teeth of the racks 52. The transmission gear 27 is meshed with the driven gear 26, the transmission gear 27 can be meshed with teeth on the racks 52 in the moving process, and the right ends of the two racks 52 are connected through the fourth connecting plate 33.
When the transmission gear 27 on the first sliding plate 16 moves to the toothed end of the rack 52, the crankshaft 25 starts to rotate, drives the piston 24 to reciprocate, injects air into the cylinder 15, so that the resin in the cylinder 15 is injected into the stepped cavity of the feeding plate 11, at this time, the guide wheel 42 moves to the groove position of the working platen 2, the guide wheel 42 moves downwards, so that the first sealing plate 47 and the second sealing plate 46 are reset, and then the resin in the upper cavity is filled in the lower cavity. The resin is distributed on the upper end face of the plate material at intervals by repeating the above steps, and the coating roller 10 uniformly coats the resin on the upper surface of the plate material.

A UV board coating photocuring device which characterized in that: the coating machine comprises a working table plate, a supporting frame, a motor, a third guide rod, a first sliding plate, a second sliding plate, a material conveying plate, a V-shaped side plate and a coating roller; two ends of the working table plate are respectively fixedly connected with a support frame, and a first transmission device connected with the first sliding plate is arranged between the two support frames; the motor is fixedly arranged on the support frame and is connected with the first transmission device; the upper ends of the two third guide rods penetrate through the guide through holes at the two ends of the first sliding plate and are connected through the first connecting plate, and the lower ends of the two third guide rods are connected with the material conveying plate; a first compression spring for connecting the first sliding plate and the material conveying plate is sleeved on the outer side of the third guide rod; the first sliding plate is provided with a telescopic rod of which the upper end is connected with the top plate, and the top plate is propped against the lower end of the first connecting plate; the wall of two ends of the material conveying plate is provided with a guide groove with an opening at the lower end, the material conveying plate is provided with a stepped cavity with an opening at the lower end, a first sealing plate connected with the bottom of the groove through an extension spring is arranged in the groove at the upper end, and a second sealing plate connected with the bottom of the groove through a second compression spring is arranged in the groove at the lower end; a first long guide through hole and a second long guide through hole which are communicated with the groove are formed in the inner side wall of the guide groove; the left end of the first sealing plate is provided with a first guide pin shaft, the right end of the second sealing plate is provided with a second guide pin shaft, the upper end of the first guide plate is inserted into the guide groove of the material conveying plate and is connected with the top of the guide groove through a third compression spring, and the lower end of the first guide plate is rotatably connected with the circle center hole of the guide wheel; the first guide plate is provided with a left end guide hole with a triangular upper end and a long strip lower end and a right end guide hole with a square upper end and a triangular lower end; the first guide pin shaft penetrates through the first long guide through hole and is placed in the left end guide hole, and the second guide pin shaft penetrates through the second long guide through hole and is placed in the right end guide hole; the left end of the V-shaped side plate is rotatably connected with the material conveying plate, and the right end of the V-shaped side plate is rotatably connected with the coating roller; a torsional spring is arranged at the hinged position of the V-shaped side plate and the material conveying plate; the motor and the telescopic rod are connected with the first travel switch and the second travel switch through a circuit; the two ends of the first sliding plate are provided with material cylinders, and the material conveying plate is provided with two liquid inlet pipes communicated with the elongated cavity of the material conveying plate; the first sliding plate is provided with a through hole, and a discharging pipe of the charging barrel is connected with a liquid inlet pipe through a valve and a material guiding pipe; the device comprises a material cylinder, a first sliding plate, a sealing cover, a first sliding plate, a second sliding plate, a material cylinder, a control plate and a touch switch, wherein the material cylinder is connected with the material cylinder; the left lower end of the first sliding plate is provided with two touch switches, and the contact rods of the touch switches are propped against the control plate; the left end of the first sliding plate is connected with the ultraviolet lamp tube through a telescopic device; the second transmission device is connected with the second sliding plate; the lower end of the second sliding plate is provided with a first travel switch, and the right end of the first travel switch is provided with a second travel switch.

The UV-plate coating photocuring device of claim 1, wherein: the first transmission device comprises first guide rods and a first lead screw, the two support frames are connected through the two first guide rods, the two first guide rods are symmetrically arranged, one support frame is provided with a through hole, the first lead screw is rotatably connected with one support frame, and the other end of the first lead screw penetrates through the through hole in the support frame provided with the through hole and is connected with a motor shaft of the motor through a coupling.
