In the process of pulling the push plate 1, the push plate 1 drives the second winding wheel 13 and the fourth winding wheel 28 to rotate through the traction wire, the pull rod 45 is pulled to enable the driving gear 18 to be disengaged from the driven gear 17, the second winding wheel 13 can be prevented from driving the first winding wheel 19 to rotate, and the fourth winding wheel 28 drives the third winding wheel 27 to rotate.
