本发明公开了一种具有排烟功能的电凝器件,包括钳夹、钳杆、拉杆、固定手柄、活动手柄与转轮;钳杆与拉杆插入固定手柄,拉杆内端与活动手柄的拉杆座连接,固定手柄内设有分别连接电极的拉杆连接座与钳杆连接座,且固定手柄内安装用于限位钳杆的限位块;固定手柄前端还转动安装有转轮;所述钳杆由尾杆、前杆与孔座连接而成,尾杆外壁开槽与转轮内壁卡条卡接,孔座通过密封圈插入转轮连接;尾杆开有阶梯孔,前杆插入尾杆固结,拉杆插入前杆与尾杆,阶梯孔的阶梯面安装有套在拉杆外的密封圈,拉杆与前杆之间留有烟雾通道;孔座与前杆紧固连接,孔座与前杆开有连接烟雾通道的排烟口;前杆靠近钳夹处开有进烟口。

一种具有排烟功能的电凝器件
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种具有排烟功能的电凝器件。
背景技术
腹腔镜是现代医学最常采取的手术路径。各种能量器械是腹腔镜手术的基础。其中,双极电凝钳是腹腔镜手术最常用的止血能量器械。双极电凝的工作原理是应用高频电流,安全通过人体,不引起神经或肌肉反应,利用高频电流的热效应,使血管壁脱水皱缩、血管内血液凝固,并使血管与血凝块互融为一体,而达到有效止血目的。双极电凝钳止血效果确切,使用方便,术后再出血少,可重复使用,经济。在腹腔镜手术中得到广泛应用。
但是现有双极电凝钳在使用中存在热效应,可发生热传导,需在使用中保证双极电凝钳脱离周围重要脏器,同时需观察组织的电凝效果;而双极电凝在使用中不可避免的会产生烟雾,影响视线,导致视野不清,有双极电凝钳误损伤其他重要脏器的可能。同时腹腔内的烟雾影响进一步的手术,降低视野分辨率,手术精细度下降,增加误损伤可能性。
现有的电凝钳一般不具备排烟功能;因此需增加排烟步骤。而频繁的排烟过程导致手术时间延长,气腹压力的降低,由此增加手术时间延长导致的心脑血管呼吸系统功能障碍,增加麻醉风险及术后并发症。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有排烟功能的电凝器件,旨在解决现有电凝器件操作时烟雾影响视野,额外的排烟步骤导致手术时间延长的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有排烟功能的电凝器件,包括钳夹、钳杆、拉杆、固定手柄、活动手柄与转轮;钳杆端部固定有钳夹连接件,拉杆插入钳杆,且钳夹分别与钳夹连接件及拉杆连接,拉杆位于钳杆内部包裹有绝缘套,钳杆外露部分包裹有绝缘套;钳杆与拉杆插入固定手柄,拉杆内端与活动手柄的拉杆座连接,固定手柄内设有分别连接电极的拉杆连接座与钳杆连接座,拉杆连接座与拉杆连接,钳杆连接座与钳杆连接,且固定手柄内安装用于限位钳杆的限位块;固定手柄前端还转动安装有转轮;
所述钳杆由尾杆、前杆与孔座连接而成,尾杆外壁开槽与转轮内壁卡条卡接,孔座通过密封圈插入转轮连接;尾杆开有阶梯孔,前杆插入尾杆固结,拉杆插入前杆与尾杆,阶梯孔的阶梯面安装有套在拉杆外的密封圈,拉杆与前杆之间留有烟雾通道;孔座与前杆紧固连接,孔座与前杆开有连接烟雾通道的排烟口;前杆靠近钳夹处开有进烟口。
优选的,所述绝缘套包裹在前杆。
为了实现拆卸功能,所述限位块为弹性限位机构,钳头连接件与钳杆螺纹连接。
优选的,所述弹性限位机构由压帽、复位弹簧、锁卡构成,尾杆开有位于锁卡位置的卡槽。
另外,排烟需要在烟雾出口外接抽气设备。
本发明的有益效果:在使用双极电凝钳的同时减少烟雾的影响是主要目的。使双极电凝钳产生的烟雾的可以马上排出,保证双极电凝钳使用同时手术野的清晰,且烟雾排出程度即气流排出可控,同时不明显改变腹腔内气腹压力;本产品不改变导电性能,保证绝缘性,防渗漏,保证器械的耐腐蚀性;制造成本低,使用方便。

如图1所示,一种具有排烟功能的电凝器件,包括钳夹1、钳杆2、拉杆3、固定手柄4、活动手柄5与转轮6;钳杆2端部固定有钳夹连接件7,拉杆3插入钳杆2,且钳夹1分别与钳夹连接件7及拉杆3连接,拉杆3位于钳杆2内部包裹有绝缘套,钳杆2外露部分包裹有绝缘套;钳杆2与拉杆3插入固定手柄4,拉杆3内端与活动手柄5的拉杆座51连接,固定手柄4内设有分别连接电极41的拉杆连接座42与钳杆连接座43,拉杆连接座42与拉杆3连接,钳杆连接座43与钳杆2连接,且固定手柄4内安装用于限位钳杆2的限位块44;固定手柄4前端还转动安装有转轮6;
所述钳杆2由尾杆21、前杆22与孔座23连接而成,尾杆21外壁开槽与转轮6内壁卡条卡接,孔座23通过密封圈8插入转轮6连接;尾杆21开有阶梯孔,前杆22插入尾杆21固结,拉杆3插入前杆22与尾杆21,阶梯孔的阶梯面211安装有套在拉杆3外的密封圈8,拉杆3与前杆22之间留有烟雾通道9;孔座23与前杆22紧固连接,孔座23与前杆22开有连接烟雾通道9的排烟口91;前杆22靠近钳夹1处开有进烟口92。
本发明烟雾入口92靠近钳夹1,保证可以深入体内进行操作,使得烟雾产生可以马上排出,气流排出可控,同时不明显改变腹腔内气腹压力;钳夹1、钳杆2、拉杆3与烟雾通道9均可同时旋转,相比额外采用除烟管道操作更易操作,不影响手术。且本及方案改进成本较低,可大部分利用现有标准件进行安装。
