Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a method and a device for quickly printing a single file and terminal equipment, and aims to solve the problem of printing by people unfamiliar with the WORD program printing function.
A method for rapid printing of a single document, comprising the steps of:
acquiring request information for printing the WORD file from a WORD program;
intercepting a printing interface carried by the WORD program according to the request information and generating a custom printing interface;
acquiring printing parameters set by a user in the custom printing interface;
and printing the WORD file according to the printing parameters.
The method for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the step of printing the WORD file according to the printing parameters comprises the following steps:
converting the WORD file into a PDF format document;
and printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
The method for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters further comprises:
generating a charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameters;
judging whether a charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is received or not;
and if so, printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
The method for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the printing interface of the custom printing plug-in comprises:
non-curing option: paper options, paper size, type options, color options, copy number options, printing range options, layout options, paper tray options and operation options;
curing options: unit price option, amount option, and payment option.
The method for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the step of generating the charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameters comprises the following steps:
according to paper options, paper size, type options, color options, copy options, printing range options, layout options, paper tray options and operation options;
and generating a charging two-dimensional code according to the price information.
A single file rapid printing apparatus, comprising:
a first acquiring module for acquiring request information for printing the WORD file from the WORD program;
the generating module is used for generating a custom printing interface according to the request information;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the printing parameters set by the user on the custom printing interface;
and the printing module is used for printing the PDF format text according to the printing parameters.
The fast printing device for the single file, wherein the printing module comprises:
a conversion unit, configured to convert the WORD file into a PDF format text according to the request information;
and the printing unit is used for printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
The fast printing device for the single file, wherein the printing module further comprises:
the second generation unit is used for generating a charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameters;
the printing module is to: judging whether a charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is received or not; and if so, printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
The device for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the printing interface of the custom printing plug-in comprises:
non-curing option: paper options, paper size, type options, color options, copy number options, printing range options, layout options, paper tray options and operation options;
curing options: unit price option, amount option, and payment option.
A terminal device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor being adapted to use the method of any of the preceding claims by invoking the computer program stored in the memory.
According to the method, the device, the storage medium and the terminal equipment for rapidly printing the single file, the simplified version of the custom printing plug-in interface is generated by intercepting the printing setting interface of the WORD program, the custom printing plug-in operation is simple and understandable and is clear at a glance, the operation threshold of an operator is reduced, and the printing problem of a person unfamiliar with the printing function of the WORD program is effectively solved; by converting the file to be printed into a PDF format, the problems of format errors and the like caused by different versions of WORD programs and mixed use of editing software such as WORD programs, WPS and the like can be effectively avoided; the charging two-dimensional code is displayed according to the printing parameters, a user can complete payment only by scanning the two-dimensional code, a printing shop is not needed, page counting is carried out on printed matters, the labor intensity of staff of the printing shop is reduced, and the method is efficient and convenient; the customer pays before the printer prints, so that the condition that no person pays due to wrong printing, multiple printing and the like and finally the loss of a printing shop is caused can be avoided; through two-dimensional code collection, reduce print shop and collect scattered paper currency again, make print shop's financial management more standard.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating a method for fast printing a single document according to some embodiments of the present invention, which is mainly applied to a printing service of a print shop.
The method for rapidly printing the single file comprises the following steps:
step S11: acquiring request information for printing the WORD file from a WORD program;
when the user issues a print request, the system proceeds to step S11,
step S12: intercepting a printing interface carried by the WORD program according to the request information and generating a custom printing interface;
step S13: acquiring printing parameters set by a user in the custom printing interface;
step S14: and printing the WORD file according to the printing parameters.
The custom printing interface only reserves and displays common options including a curing option and a non-curing option, and the interface is simple and clear; the user can set any number of non-solidification options in the printing parameters at will, and after the user sets the relevant options, the user needs to click the payment option to enter the step S14, otherwise, the user stays in the custom printing interface.
The WORD program in this specification is only one of the most commonly used programs, and in addition to the fast printing of the WORD program, the fast printing of other software programs such as EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WPS, and Portable Document format (Portable Document format) may also be performed, and the method for printing the software programs described above also falls within the protection scope of the present invention.
The specific print job is determined by the print parameters.
According to the method, the printing setting interface of the WORD program is intercepted, the user-defined printing plug-in interface of the simplified version is generated, the user-defined printing plug-in is simple and easy to operate, the interface is simple and clear, the operation threshold of an operator is lowered, and the printing problem of people unfamiliar with the printing function of the WORD program is effectively solved.
Referring to fig. 2, the method for fast printing a single file, wherein the step of printing the WORD file according to the printing parameters includes:
step S141: converting the WORD file into a PDF format document;
the conversion of the WORD file into the PDF format document is automatically completed in the system.
Step S142: and printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
Therefore, by converting the file to be printed into the PDF format, the problems of format errors and the like caused by different versions of the WORD program and mixed use of editing software such as the WORD program, WPS and the like can be effectively avoided. Of course, the appropriate office printing method may be directly called for printing without conversion.
Preferably, the step S141: the step of converting the WORD file into the PDF format document can be omitted, and the corresponding OFFICE printing method can be directly called to print the file. Referring again to fig. 1, the method for fast printing of a single document includes the steps of:
step S11: acquiring request information for printing the WORD file from a WORD program;
when the user issues a print request, the system proceeds to step S11,
step S12: intercepting a printing interface carried by the WORD program according to the request information and generating a custom printing interface;
step S13: acquiring printing parameters set by a user in the custom printing interface;
step S14: and printing the WORD file according to the printing parameters.
In step S14, the corresponding OFFICE printing method may be directly called to print the file.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the method for fast printing a single file, wherein the printing the PDF formatted document according to the printing parameters further includes:
step S1421: generating a charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameters;
wherein, the paper option, the paper size, the type option, the color option, the copy number option, the printing range option and the layout option all affect the amount of money.
Step S1422: judging whether a charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is received or not;
the charging two-dimensional code already contains the amount information, namely, the user can complete the payment by scanning the two-dimensional code and inputting the payment password without inputting the payment amount.
Step S1423: and if so, printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
Wherein, only receive with the charge response that charges two-dimensional code corresponds just can print the file, and specific printing process is: sending the PDF format document to a printer, and printing the PDF format document by the printer according to the printing parameters; and if the charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is not received, stopping on a charging two-dimensional code display interface.
According to the method, the charging two-dimensional code is displayed according to the printing parameters, the user can complete payment only by scanning the two-dimensional code, the number of printed matters is not required to be counted by a printing shop, the labor intensity of staff of the printing shop is reduced, and the method is efficient and convenient; the customer pays before the printer prints, so that the condition that no person pays due to wrong printing, multiple printing and the like and finally the loss of a printing shop is caused can be avoided; through two-dimensional code collection, reduce print shop and collect scattered paper currency again, make print shop's financial management more standard.
In the method illustrated in fig. 3, the PDF formatted document to be printed is sent to the printer after the customer has completed the payment process, which takes a certain amount of time to complete due to the slow speed at which the printer receives the document. As the size of a printed document increases, the time to send the printed document to the printer increases.
In order to increase printing efficiency, preferably, referring to fig. 4, in another embodiment, the method for fast printing a single file, wherein the printing the PDF formatted document according to the printing parameters further includes:
step S1431: sending a PDF format document to be printed to a printer, and pausing a printing task;
step S1432: generating a charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameters;
wherein, the paper option, the paper size, the type option, the color option, the copy number option, the printing range option and the layout option all affect the amount of money.
Step S1433: judging whether a charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is received or not;
the charging two-dimensional code already contains the amount information, namely, the user can complete the payment by scanning the two-dimensional code and inputting the payment password without inputting the payment amount.
Step S1434: and if so, releasing the printing task of the printer, and printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
Printing the printed file only if a charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is received; if the charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is not received, the user stays on a charging two-dimensional code display interface, and if the user closes the charging two-dimensional code information, the printing task of the printer is automatically deleted.
Compared with the method shown in fig. 3, in the method shown in fig. 4, because the PDF formatted document to be printed is sent to the printer in advance, after the customer pays, the printer directly executes the printing task without receiving the printing file, and the printing speed is increased.

non-curing option: paper options, paper size, type options, color options, copy number options, printing range options, layout options, paper tray options and operation options;
curing options: unit price option, amount option, and payment option.
Wherein, the paper option includes: plain paper, coated paper, card paper, and color paper; paper size options include: a4, A3, a5, B5, B4, a0, a1, a2, 8K, 16K, cover 297 × 440; the type options include: single-sided printing and double-sided printing; the color options include: black and white printing and color printing; the print scope options include: within the range of the number of pages of the printed file, the combination of any number of pages; the layout options include: printing 1 page per version, 2 pages per version, 4 pages per version, 6 pages per version, 8 pages per version, 9 pages per version and a booklet; the paper tray options include all paper trays of the printer; the printer number option includes the number of printers owned by the print shop; the operation options include adding files and deleting files.
From the above, the whole custom printing interface is simple and clear, and the operation difficulty is low; like some large-scale printing shops, the available printers reach dozens of printers, and the setting of the number options of the printers facilitates users to quickly find own printed paper pieces.
The method for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the step of generating the charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameters comprises the following steps:
paper options, paper size, type options, color options, copy number options, printing range options, layout options, paper tray options and operation options;
and generating a charging two-dimensional code according to the price information.
Referring to fig. 5, a single document fast printing apparatus includes:
a first acquiring module 201, configured to acquire request information for printing the WORD file from the WORD program;
the generating module 202 is used for generating a custom printing interface according to the request information;
a second obtaining module 203, configured to obtain a printing parameter set in the custom printing interface by a user;
and the printing module 204 is configured to print the PDF format text according to the printing parameters.
Referring to fig. 6, the apparatus for fast printing a single document includes:
a converting unit 2041, configured to convert the WORD file into a PDF format text according to the request information;
a second generating unit 2042, configured to generate a charging two-dimensional code according to the printing parameter;
the printing module is to: judging whether a charging response corresponding to the charging two-dimensional code is received or not; and if so, printing the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
The printing unit 2043 is configured to print the PDF format document according to the printing parameters.
The device for rapidly printing the single file, wherein the printing interface of the custom printing plug-in comprises:
non-curing option: paper options, paper size, type options, color options, copy number options, printing range options, layout options, paper tray options and operation options;
curing options: unit price option, amount option, and payment option.
Referring to fig. 7, a terminal device 300 comprises a processor 301 and a memory 302, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor is used for any one of the above methods by calling the computer program stored in the memory.
