A method for attaching a curved surface cover plate to a display panel comprises the following steps: fixedly connecting the edge of the curved surface cover plate with the edge of the display panel through frame glue, so that a cavity is formed among the curved surface cover plate, the display panel and the frame glue; an injection hole and an exhaust hole which are communicated with the cavity are formed in the frame adhesive; and injecting a liquid medium into the cavity through the injection hole, wherein the viscosity of the liquid medium is less than 100mPa & s, and the light transmittance is not less than 90%. Technical Field

Background
Compared with the traditional flat display screen, the display screen with the curved surface structure can bring better visual experience to users. However, the existing full-plane laminating process cannot be applied to laminating of curved cover plate glass and a display panel, and the popularization and application of a display screen with a curved structure are limited.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a method for attaching a curved cover plate to a display panel, a display screen, and an electronic device, in order to solve the problem that the existing all-plane attaching process cannot be applied to attaching a curved cover plate glass to a display panel.
A method for attaching a curved surface cover plate to a display panel comprises the following steps:

The display screen 100 includes a curved cover plate 10, a display panel 20, a sealant 30 and a liquid medium 40. The edge of the curved cover plate 10 and the edge of the display panel 20 are fixedly connected through the frame glue 30, a cavity is formed among the curved cover plate 10, the display panel 20 and the frame glue 30, a liquid medium 40 is filled in the cavity, the viscosity of the liquid medium 40 is less than 100mPa · s, and the light transmittance is not less than 90%.
The frame glue 30 is used for sealing the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, and the liquid medium 40 with high fluidity and high light transmittance is filled between the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, so that air is prevented from being mixed between the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, and the display screen 100 has a good optical effect. Moreover, the liquid medium 40 does not need to be cured, thereby greatly simplifying the attaching process. In addition, the liquid medium 40 can absorb the impact force and protect the curved cover plate 10. Meanwhile, the liquid medium 40 can wet the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, and generates an adsorption effect on the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, so that the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20 are not easily separated.
The viscosity of the liquid medium 40 is less than 100mPa · s, that is, the fluidity of the liquid medium 40 is high, so that the liquid medium 40 can automatically fill the whole cavity, and the air between the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20 is exhausted.
The physical and chemical properties of the liquid medium 40 are stable within the operating temperature range of the display panel 100, and the liquid medium 40 may be non-crosslinked silicone polymer, acrylic acid, mineral oil, or organic phosphate.
The curved cover plate 10 is used to isolate the touch electrode layer 11 and the display panel 20 from the outside, and plays a role in protection and dust prevention. The curved cover plate 10 may be made of tempered glass, acrylic, sapphire or polycarbonate.
It can be understood that, the curved cover plate 10 is provided with the touch electrode layer 11, and a user touches the outer end surface of the curved cover plate 10, which may trigger the touch electrode layer 11 to generate a touch signal, so as to display the content indicated by the touch signal through the display panel 20.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a method for attaching a curved cover plate 10 to a display panel 20 includes the following steps:

According to the method for bonding the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, the frame glue 30 is used for sealing the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, the liquid medium 40 with high fluidity and high light transmittance is filled between the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, air is prevented from being mixed between the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20, and the display screen 100 prepared by the bonding method has a good optical effect. The liquid medium 40 has a refractive index of greater than or equal to 1.4 and less than or equal to 1.6.
The refractive index of the liquid medium 40 is greater than or equal to 1.4, so that the refractive index of the liquid medium 40 is close to that of the curved cover plate 10, and light is prevented from being refracted between the curved cover plate 10 and the liquid medium 40. The molecular structure arrangement and crystallinity inside the liquid medium 40 cause a part of incident light to be reflected, resulting in a loss of transmitted light, and the light transmittance is lowered, and the degree of reflection is represented by reflectance R (n-1) 2 /(n+1) 2 X 100%, where n is the refractive index of the liquid medium 40, the greater the refractive index, the greater the reflectivity, and the refractive index of the liquid medium 40 is made less than or equal to 1.6 to ensure a high light transmittance of the liquid medium 40.
The peeling force of the liquid medium 40 from the curved cover plate 10 or the display panel 20 is less than 5gf/25mm, which is greatly different from OCA (Optical Clear Adhesive) or OCR (ultraviolet hardening Resin) which is commonly used in the art.
The liquid medium 40 is in a liquid state at a temperature ranging from-40 ℃ to 90 ℃. It is ensured that the liquid medium 40 is always in a flowing state in the operating temperature range of the display screen 100.
The step of fixedly connecting the edge of the curved cover plate 10 and the edge of the display panel 20 by the sealant 30 includes:
the sealant 30 is disposed annularly at the edge of the curved cover plate 10 and the edge of the display panel 20. The corresponding regions of the curved cover plate 10 and the display panel 20 are enclosed by the sealant 30 to form a cavity for accommodating the liquid medium 40.

The air vent 32 is communicated with the outside atmosphere, so that the air in the cavity is timely discharged along with the injection of the liquid medium 40, and bubbles in the liquid medium 40 are avoided.

the liquid medium can wet the curved cover plate and the display panel to generate adsorption on the curved cover plate and the display panel.
