本技术方案涉及机匣端面的密封,特别涉及一种包括金属密封垫的端面密封结构。
背景技术
在传统附件传动系统结构中,机匣壳体端面密封是常见的密封结构,机匣壳体端面密封性能至关重要。机匣壳体端面密封一般为耐油石棉橡胶垫上涂抹“乐泰587”密封胶后,装配于机匣壳体结合面上的方式,耐油石棉橡胶垫弹性差,压紧力不均匀,可能会导致附件机匣偏斜,从而引起齿轮偏斜等问题,而且石棉密封垫更换频繁,报废率高。因此密封可靠性稍差,使用成本高。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:提供一种密封可靠性高、寿命长的机匣端面密封结构。
本发明的技术方案:一种机匣端面密封结构,所述的结构包括前壳体、后壳体和金属密封垫,金属密封垫被压紧在前壳体和后壳体的对接端面上;所述金属密封垫的两侧端面上开有凹槽;所述凹槽内开有贯通两侧凹槽的通孔;所述凹槽和通孔内硫化有橡胶。该设计,通过增加了金属密封垫提高了密封寿命和装配效率。同时优化的密封垫结构,结构形式简单,密封可靠性高。
优选地,金属密封垫上的结合面上全部设置有凹槽。该设计保证了所有端面接触部位都能实现密封。
优选地,所述的金属密封垫为铝合金材料,该设计便于加工,材料成本低。
优选地,所述的金属密封垫厚度为2-4mm。该设计一方面充分考虑了密封的可靠性,另一方面最大限度减低了结构的质量。
优选地,所述的橡胶材料为氟橡胶,该设计密封效果好,材料成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,所述的结构包括前壳体1、后壳体2和金属密封垫3,金属密封垫3被压紧在前壳体1和后壳体2的对接端面上。如图2所示,所述的金属密封垫3由金属骨架33和橡胶组成,该结构利用一种将橡胶硫化到金属骨架33胶圈槽31的设计方法。金属骨架33材料选择质量轻、易加工的铝合金2A12,骨架厚度为3mm,公差为±0.03,骨架正反两面分别为深度1mm的胶圈槽。同时金属骨架33的胶圈槽31上分布着59处φ1.8通孔32,硫化的橡胶通过这些孔,将正反两面的硫化胶圈固定到金属骨架上。橡胶材料为氟橡胶FX-4。与金属密封垫相配零件为前、后两个壳体,壳体材料均为铸镁(ZM6),前、后壳体与金属密封垫接触的端面的表面粗糙度为1.6um。该金属密封垫工作密封介质为滑油4106;工作温度范围为-55℃~+120℃;工作压力为50kPa,密封检查压力0.1~0.15MPa。该结构不需要在机匣壳体上加工胶圈槽,提高机匣加工工艺性。

1.一种机匣端面密封结构,其特征为:所述的结构包括前壳体(1)、后壳体(2)和金属密封垫(3),金属密封垫(3)被压紧在前壳体(1)和后壳体(2)的对接端面上;
所述金属密封垫(3)的两侧端面上开有凹槽;
所述凹槽内开有贯通两侧凹槽的通孔(32);
所述凹槽和通孔(32)内硫化有橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机匣端面密封结构,其特征为:金属密封垫上的结合面上全部设置有凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种机匣端面密封结构,其特征为:所述的金属密封垫为铝合金材料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种机匣端面密封结构,其特征为:铝合金型号为2A12,骨架厚度为3mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种机匣端面密封结构,其特征为:所述的金属密封垫厚度为2-4mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种机匣端面密封结构,其特征为:所述的橡胶材料为氟橡胶。
