The rear housing assembly of claim 4, wherein the cover plate includes a side plate, a bottom plate connected to the side plate, and a plurality of second connecting portions provided on the side plate, the plurality of elastic clamping plates of the upper clamping set are respectively connected to the second connecting portions, and the plurality of elastic clamping plates of the lower clamping set are connected to the bottom plate.

The rear shell assembly according to claim 5, further comprising a guide groove and a guide post moving along the guide groove, wherein one of the rear shell main body and the cover plate is connected with the guide post, and the other is provided with the guide groove, and the guide post moves along the guide groove in the same direction as the elastic clamping plate moves along the guide plate.

The rear shell assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the rear shell body has a first positioning hole, the cover plate has a second positioning hole, and the rear shell assembly further comprises a positioning member passing through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole.

The rear housing assembly according to claim 7, wherein the positioning member includes a first positioning piece and a second positioning piece disposed opposite to each other, and a positioning post connecting the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece, the positioning post passes through the first positioning hole and the second positioning hole, the first positioning piece contacts with a surface of the rear housing body away from the cover plate, and the second positioning piece contacts with a surface of the cover plate away from the rear housing body.
9. A display device, comprising the rear housing assembly of any one of claims 1 to 8, a front housing cooperating with the rear housing assembly to form a receiving space, and a backlight module received in the receiving space.
