It mainly comprises a residue treatment box, a purified water distributor, an activated carbon adsorber, a hot air blower, a plurality of pipelines and valves. In order to avoid the dry-cleaning residues of the dry-cleaning machine from being directly and conveniently found and lost, thereby causing environmental and soil pollution, the invention provides the device for processing the dry-cleaning residues of the dry-cleaning machine, which is attached to the main machine of the dry-cleaning machine, and can conveniently process the dry-cleaning residues of the dry-cleaning machine, thereby achieving the aim of environmental protection.

The residue treatment box is a closed box body and is provided with a water inlet and a liquid outlet and an air inlet and an air outlet, a closed door is arranged in front of the box body and used for placing or taking out dry-cleaning residues, a screen plate is arranged on the lower portion of the residue treatment box and used for placing the dry-cleaning residues, a piston screen plate capable of moving up and down is arranged on the upper portion of the residue treatment box and used for extruding the dry-cleaning residues, and a tetrachloroethylene concentration meter is arranged on the upper portion of the residue treatment box and used for measuring and controlling the concentration of tetrachloroethylene in the residue treatment box.
The clean water distributor is arranged at the upper part in the residue treatment box through a water inlet of the residue treatment box and is used for uniformly spraying clean water on dry-cleaning residues.
The activated carbon adsorber is arranged at the top of the residue treatment box, the activated carbon adsorber is provided with an air inlet positioned at the bottom and communicated with an air outlet at the top of the residue treatment box, granular activated carbon filled by a filter screen is placed in the activated carbon adsorber, and the top of the activated carbon adsorber is covered by a mesh plate.
And the outlet of the hot air blower is communicated with the air inlet at the lower part of the residue treatment box through an air inlet valve and is used for blowing hot air into the residue treatment box.

Then, an air inlet valve and a hot air blower are opened, hot gas blown out by the hot air blower enters the residue treatment box from an air inlet positioned at the lower part of the residue treatment box, liquid of the dry-cleaning residues is continuously volatilized through the dry-cleaning residues on the screen plate, volatilized gas is discharged from the top of the residue treatment box and enters an activated carbon adsorber, gaseous tetrachloroethylene can be adsorbed in the activated carbon adsorber, and finally the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere from a mesh plate at the top of the activated carbon adsorber. When the concentration of the tetrachloroethylene in the closed residue treatment box reaches the required concentration, the tetrachloroethylene concentration meter sends out a signal, the hot air blower is stopped, and the air inlet valve is closed.
Finally, the treated dry cleaning residues are taken out from the sealed door.
The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient and reliable use, no pollution to the environment and soil by processing the dry-cleaning residues of the dry cleaner, and real realization of zero emission of the tetrachloroethylene residues of the dry cleaner, thereby achieving the purpose of environmental protection.

Then, an air inlet valve 9 and a hot air blower 8 are opened, hot gas blown out by the hot air blower 8 enters the residue treatment box 2 from an air inlet positioned at the lower part of the residue treatment box 2, liquid in the dry-cleaning residue 6 is continuously volatilized through the dry-cleaning residue 6 on the screen plate 7, the volatilized gas is discharged from the top of the residue treatment box 2 and enters the activated carbon adsorber 4, gaseous tetrachloroethylene can be adsorbed in the activated carbon adsorber 4, and finally the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere from a screen plate at the top of the activated carbon adsorber 4. When the concentration of the tetrachloroethylene in the closed residue treatment box 2 reaches the required concentration, the tetrachloroethylene concentration meter 5 sends out a signal, the hot air blower 8 is stopped, and the air inlet valve 9 is closed.
Finally, the treated dry-cleaning residues 6 are taken out of the sealed door 11.
The whole dry cleaning residue treatment process of the dry cleaning machine can be carried out by using computer programming.
