Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a rubber anti-sticking agent, which comprises the following steps of firstly, isolating a preparation tank; secondly, adding desalted water into the preparation tank and stirring; thirdly, adding a surfactant into the preparation tank, adding a defoaming agent and stirring; fourthly, adding xanthan gum into the preparation tank and stirring; fifthly, adding talcum powder into the preparation tank and stirring; and sixthly, adding sodium hydroxide into the preparation tank, and stirring until the solution in the preparation tank is white emulsion and the pH is 9-11, and stopping stirring to obtain the rubber anti-sticking agent. The invention relates to a storage method of a rubber anti-sticking agent, which comprises the steps of adding desalted water into a storage tank for cleaning, pouring the rubber anti-sticking agent to be stored into the storage tank for stirring, circulating, and performing pouring, sampling and observation. The preparation method of the rubber anti-sticking agent can effectively reduce the precipitation of the rubber anti-sticking agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the rubber anti-sticking agent, which can stably store the rubber anti-sticking agent to prevent deterioration.

Background

The rubber anti-sticking agent plays an important role in preventing the phenomenon of rubber sticking together, but in the actual preparation and storage processes of the rubber anti-sticking agent, the rubber anti-sticking agent can generally precipitate during delivery, the service life is short, and the productivity of ethylene propylene rubber is seriously influenced.

fourthly, adding 20-30 Kg of xanthan gum into the preparation tank, and continuously stirring for at least 30min while keeping the stirring speed unchanged;
fifthly, adding 100-140 Kg of talcum powder into the preparation tank, and keeping the stirring speed unchanged for at least continuing stirring for 30 min;
and sixthly, adding 2-5L of sodium hydroxide into the preparation tank, keeping the stirring speed unchanged, at least continuing stirring for 2 hours, and stopping stirring to obtain the rubber anti-sticking agent when the solution in the preparation tank is a white emulsion and the pH value is 9-11.

The amount of the desalted water in the first step is 30-50% of the liquid level of the storage tank.
In the second step, the inert gas is nitrogen.
The preparation and storage method of the rubber anti-sticking agent has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the preparation method of the rubber anti-sticking agent, the xanthan gum is added into the preparation tank, the xanthan gum is a carbohydrate organic substance and can be fully dissolved in water, no precipitate is caused, and the xanthan gum can promote a water body to adsorb the talcum powder, so that the precipitate in the preparation process is effectively reduced;
(2) according to the preparation method of the rubber anti-sticking agent, the preparation tank is isolated, so that cross contamination with other preparation tanks in the preparation process is avoided, the service life of the prepared rubber anti-sticking agent can be prolonged, meanwhile, the xanthan gum is added firstly, then the talcum powder is added, the xanthan gum promotes water to adsorb the talcum powder, damage to operators due to volatilization of the talcum powder in the preparation process is avoided, and the preparation method is beneficial to the health of the operators;
(3) the invention relates to a method for storing a rubber anti-sticking agent, which can effectively ensure the storage safety of the rubber anti-sticking agent, is not easy to deteriorate and can prolong the service life of the rubber anti-sticking agent to 2-3 weeks from 3-4 days to the longest by using a pollution-free storage tank to store the rubber anti-sticking agent in a sealed stable environment, stirring all the time and pouring and sampling.

And (3) storage: cleaning the storage tank for 2 times, completely drying, sealing the environment of the storage tank, filling nitrogen, controlling the ambient temperature to be 15 ℃, pouring the prepared rubber anti-sticking agent into the storage tank, starting a stirrer to stir the rubber anti-sticking agent at a speed of 30r/min, connecting the storage tank with a delivery pump, circulating the rubber anti-sticking agent by the delivery pump, pouring and sampling the rubber anti-sticking agent every 2 days, and observing to ensure whether the rubber anti-sticking agent is deteriorated.
Example 2:
preparation: isolating the preparation tank, adding 11000Kg of desalted water into the preparation tank, starting a stirrer of the preparation tank, stirring the desalted water at the speed of 35r/min continuously, then respectively adding 1.4Kg of surfactant and 4.6Kg of defoaming agent into the preparation tank, continuously stirring for 6min while keeping the stirring speed unchanged, then adding 22Kg of xanthan gum into the preparation tank, continuously stirring for 35min while keeping the stirring speed unchanged, then adding 110Kg of talcum powder into the preparation tank, continuously stirring for 35min while keeping the stirring speed unchanged, then adding 2.5L of sodium hydroxide with the concentration of 20 percent into the preparation tank, continuously stirring for 2.1h while keeping the stirring speed unchanged, observing that the solution in the preparation tank is white emulsion at the moment, wherein the pH is 9.6, and successfully preparing the rubber anti-sticking agent.
And (3) storage: cleaning the storage tank for 2 times, completely drying, sealing the environment of the storage tank, filling nitrogen, controlling the ambient temperature to be 16 ℃, pouring the prepared rubber anti-sticking agent into the storage tank, starting a stirrer to stir the rubber anti-sticking agent at a speed of 35r/min, connecting the storage tank with a delivery pump, circulating the rubber anti-sticking agent by the delivery pump, pouring and sampling the rubber anti-sticking agent every 2 days, and observing to ensure whether the rubber anti-sticking agent is deteriorated.
Example 3:

And (3) storage: cleaning a storage tank for 2 times, completely drying, sealing the environment of the storage tank, filling nitrogen, controlling the ambient temperature to be 17 ℃, pouring the prepared rubber anti-sticking agent into the storage tank, starting a stirrer to stir the rubber anti-sticking agent at a speed of 33r/min, connecting the storage tank with a delivery pump, circulating the rubber anti-sticking agent by the delivery pump, pouring and sampling the rubber anti-sticking agent every 3 days, and observing to ensure whether the rubber anti-sticking agent is deteriorated.

And (3) storage: cleaning the storage tank for 2 times, completely drying, sealing the environment of the storage tank, filling nitrogen, controlling the ambient temperature to be 18 ℃, pouring the prepared rubber anti-sticking agent into the storage tank, starting a stirrer to stir the rubber anti-sticking agent at a speed of 35r/min, connecting the storage tank with a delivery pump, circulating the rubber anti-sticking agent by the delivery pump, pouring and sampling the rubber anti-sticking agent every 2 days, and observing to ensure whether the rubber anti-sticking agent is deteriorated.

The rubber anti-sticking agents of examples 1 to 5 obtained by applying the preparation method of the present invention were subjected to the storage of the present invention and the storage of commercially available rubber anti-sticking agents in a normal environment, and the detection results were as described in table 1 below:

According to the preparation and storage method of the rubber anti-sticking agent, the xanthan gum is added firstly, then the talcum powder is added, the content of the xanthan gum is controlled within a reasonable range, the rubber anti-sticking agent is stored in a pollution-free storage tank under a sealed and stable environment, the rubber anti-sticking agent is stirred all the time, and the sampling is performed by pouring, so that the storage safety of the rubber anti-sticking agent can be effectively ensured, the rubber anti-sticking agent is not easy to deteriorate, the service life of the rubber anti-sticking agent can be prolonged to 2-3 weeks from 3-4 days in the prior art, and the effect is remarkable.

firstly, isolating a preparation tank, drying the preparation tank and avoiding pollution;
