the clear code marking device 140 can import a clear code data packet from a code source database and perform variable data printing, and the secret code marking device 160 can import a secret code data packet from the code source database and perform variable data printing; the clear code reading device 211 and the secret code reading device 212 are configured to read second clear code information and second secret code information of the same external package to be code-sprayed, and perform data association.
Based on the code spraying system for the outer package of the product in this embodiment, this embodiment also provides a code spraying method for the outer package of the product, which has the following differences compared with the code spraying method in embodiment 1.
In step (1) of this embodiment, the code source data is processed into a single clear code data packet and a single secret code data packet, and the clear code data packet includes a plurality of pieces of variable data second clear code information, and the secret code data packet includes a plurality of pieces of variable data second secret code information.
In the step (2) of this embodiment, a conveying device 110 is used to convey the external package to be code-sprayed, and a detecting device is used to detect the feeding distance of the external package to be code-sprayed; printing second clear code information at the external package to be code-sprayed by utilizing a clear code marking device 140, wherein the clear code marking device 140 acts when the detection device detects that a clear code marking point of the external package to be code-sprayed reaches the clear code marking device 140, and the clear code marking device 140 introduces a clear code data packet from a code source database and performs variable data printing; printing second password information at the external package to be sprayed with a password by using a password marking device 160, wherein the password marking device 160 acts when the detection device detects that a password marking point of the external package to be sprayed with a password reaches the password marking device 160, and the password marking device 160 introduces a password data packet from a password source database and performs variable data printing; and respectively reading second clear code information and second secret code information at the same external package to be code-sprayed by using a clear code reading device 211 and a secret code reading device 212, and performing data association.

As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the present embodiment provides a transfer device 110 used in embodiment 1 or 2.
In this embodiment, the conveying device 110 includes two parallel mounting plates 111, a plurality of horizontal first shafts 112a are equidistantly disposed between the two parallel mounting plates 111, any one of the first shafts 112a is axially rotatably sleeved with a plurality of first rollers 113a, and the packaging bag 170 is driven over all the first rollers 113 a; a bump 114 is arranged above any mounting plate 111, a limiting strip 1141 is arranged above the bump 114, the limiting strip 1141 can slide up and down in a mounting cavity 1151, and the opening of the mounting cavity 1151 is positioned on the bottom surface of a mounting block 115; a slide way 1152 with the width smaller than that of the installation cavity 1151 is further arranged on the outer side of the installation block 115, a shifting block 11411 slides up and down in the slide way 1152, the shifting block 11411 is connected with a limiting strip 1141, the outer end of the shifting block 11411 is of a threaded structure, and a fastening nut 116 is sleeved on the shifting block 11411 and can be fastened on the outer side face of the installation block 115; an adjusting nut 117 is further arranged above the mounting block 115, and the adjusting nut 117 passes through the mounting block 115 and then enters the mounting cavity 1151 to abut against the top surface of the limiting strip 1141. A horizontal second shaft rod 112b is arranged between the two opposite mounting blocks 115, a second roller 113b is rotatably sleeved on the second shaft rod 112b, and the second roller 113b and the first roller 113a are in one-to-one up-and-down correspondence.
A material discharging barrel 118 and a material receiving barrel 119 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the mounting plate 111, and the packaging bag 170 on the material discharging barrel 118 passes through the gap between the second roller 113b and the first roller 113a and then is rolled in by the material receiving barrel 119; the material collecting barrel 119 is driven to rotate by a servo motor, and the servo motor is controlled by a production line PLC.
In this embodiment, the top surface of the bump 114 is flush with the top surface of the first roller 113a, and the bottom surface of the mounting block 115 is flush with the bottom surface of the second roller 113 b.
Through the transmission device 110 in the embodiment, the external package to be code-sprayed between the material discharge barrel 118 and the material receiving barrel 119 can be effectively compressed, so that the two sides of the external package to be code-sprayed can be conveniently printed at one time by the clear code marking device 140 and the dark code marking device 160; the distance between the first idler wheel 113a and the second idler wheel 113b can be effectively adjusted, and the device is suitable for printing of external packages to be sprayed with different thicknesses; the specific adjustment method is as follows: the fastening nut 116 is loosened, and then the adjusting nut 117 is rotated forward or backward to make the extending amount of the adjusting nut 117 in the installation cavity 1151 longer or shorter, and since the adjusting nut 117 abuts against the limit strips 1141, the limit strips 1141 extend or extend in the installation cavity 1151 along with the forward and backward rotation of the adjusting nut 117, which can effectively raise or reduce the height of the installation block 115, thereby increasing or reducing the distance between the first roller 113a and the second roller 113 b.

the code printing system is used for printing the plain code data in the code source data to the outer surface of the outer package to be subjected to code spraying and printing the dark code data in the code source data to the inner surface of the outer package to be subjected to code spraying, and the plain code data and the dark code data at the same outer package to be subjected to code spraying are correlated; when anti-counterfeiting verification is carried out, plain code data and cipher code data are absent;
the code source data comprises an independent plain code data packet and an independent cipher code data packet, the plain code data packet comprises a plurality of variable data plain code information, and the cipher code data packet comprises a plurality of variable data cipher code information;
the code printing system comprises a conveying device (110) for conveying the outer package to be printed with the code, and a detection device, a clear code marking device (140), a dark code marking device (160), a clear code reading device (211) and a dark code reading device (212) are sequentially arranged in the moving direction of the conveying device (110); the clear code marking device (140) and the secret code marking device (160) are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the conveying device (110), the clear code reading device (211) and the clear code marking device (140) are arranged at the same side, and the secret code reading device (212) and the secret code marking device (160) are arranged at the same side;
the detection device is used for detecting the feeding distance of the external package to be subjected to code spraying; when a clear code marking point of an external package to be subjected to code spraying reaches the clear code marking equipment (140), the detection device sends an action signal for controlling the clear code marking equipment (140) to print clear code information to the clear code marking equipment (140); when a code marking point of an outer package to be sprayed reaches the code marking equipment (160), the detection device sends an action signal for controlling the code marking equipment (160) to print code information to the code marking equipment (160); when a clear code marking point of an external package to be subjected to code spraying reaches a clear code reading device (211), the detection device sends an action signal for controlling the clear code reading device (211) to read clear code information at the corresponding clear code marking point to the clear code reading device (211); when a code marking point of an outer package to be sprayed reaches a code reading device (212), the detection device sends an action signal for controlling the code reading device (212) to read code information at the corresponding code marking point to the code reading device (212);
the plain code marking device (140) can import a plain code data packet from a code source database and perform variable data printing, and the secret code marking device (160) can import a secret code data packet from the code source database and perform variable data printing; the clear code reading equipment (211) and the secret code reading equipment (212) are used for respectively reading the clear code information and the secret code information at the same external package to be code-sprayed and carrying out data association;
