Abstract
一种复合材料建筑木方是以木片或模板为基体,采用拉挤工艺在木片或模板表面裹覆树脂层与连续纤维复合毡层,解决了传统木方表面不光滑有毛刺、损伤混凝土层、不能重复使用的问题;该建筑木方生产线自动化程度高,产量高,适合大规模生产。

本发明涉及建筑领域,涉及一种复合材料建筑木方。
背景技术
现有的建筑木方的制备工艺主要是在每根木条外表面单独裹覆一层玻璃纤维复合毡,并在木条之间浇淋树脂,使得多根裹覆有玻璃纤维复合毡的木条依次粘黏在一起,作为一个木条本体。然后在木条的上下表面均覆盖一层玻璃纤维复合毡,同时,浇淋树脂并使得树脂浸透玻璃纤维复合毡,而后将木条输送进入固化仓内,待树脂与玻璃纤维复合毡完全固化之后,得到表面覆盖有高强度、高防水玻璃钢的木条,广泛用于建筑领域现浇混凝土结构工程施工。
但是采用此种加工方法存在很多问题:生产工艺复杂,每个环节之间不连贯,费时费力;此种方法得到的建筑木方表面不光滑,导致浇筑成型的混凝土表面凹凸不平,影响美观程度且二次修补耗时耗力;同时木板之间靠树脂粘黏而成而不是一体成型,经混凝土流动性或重力作用下,混凝土会挤压周围的建筑木方,导致木方错位损坏,且易使玻璃纤维复合毡裸露,划伤工人双手或造成过敏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合材料建筑木方,以克服目前建筑木方的生产、使用问题。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明做进一步详细说明,可根据实际生产需要进行调整
如图1所示,我们给出的是复合材料木方横截面示意图,其中树脂外层11表面光滑,连续纤维复合毡12在生产过程中包裹在树脂内层13表面,在浸入树脂后拉挤固化,且可根据工程所需木方厚度和强度选用具体型号,木片14可为25-30层木片,也可为整体木板。
如图2所示,是复合材料建筑木方的生产线示意图,本生产线是由履带拉挤机和木方输送机两大部分组成的复合材料建筑木方自动化拉挤设备,经控制系统6确定木方规格型号后,选用合适的纱线及木片放置于纱架20及木方料架21,比如我们选用的2400Tex玻璃纤维及3.6*0.3cm木片,经控制系统6控制木方输送机22与履带牵引27保持同一速度,在冷模23处导入连续纤维复合毡,经注胶系统24使树脂浸入木片与复合毡内,在履带牵引27牵引下进入定型模具台25,挤出表层多余树脂并压实表面,使其光滑没有毛刺,经控制系统6设定所需长度后,切割机8定长切割指定长度,木方由自动卸料架29移出并进一步充分固化之后,得到成品复合材料建筑木方。
Claims (2)
1.一种复合材料建筑木方,其特征在于采用拉挤工艺得到建筑木方成品, 生产设备自动化程度高,在定型模具台处使树脂、连续纤维复合毡与木片紧紧贴合在一起,大大提高了木方的强度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料建筑木方,其特征是外表面光滑无毛刺,不会划伤工人双手或过敏;在实际施工中不损伤混凝土层,且可重复利用。
