the cutter comprises a fixed cutting edge, a movable cutting edge and a cutting edge driving mechanism, and the cutting edge driving mechanism can drive the movable cutting edge to move relative to the fixed cutting edge so as to cut off the packaging material;
the cutter reciprocating driving mechanism comprises a translation frame, a cutter limiting mechanism and a horizontal supporting mechanism, and the cutter limiting mechanism is arranged on the translation frame and used for mounting a cutter;

the translation frame comprises a slide rail, a slide block capable of sliding on the slide rail, a translation lower beam arranged on the slide block, a strut arranged on the translation lower beam and a translation upper beam connected with the top of the strut; the translation lower beam can do reciprocating motion relative to the slide rail under the driving of the reciprocating driving device;
the cutter limiting mechanism is arranged on the strut and comprises a front limiting block and a rear limiting block, and a movable blade limiting groove is formed between the front limiting block and the rear limiting block;
the fixed cutting edge is fixed on the translation upper beam, the movable cutting edge is arranged below the fixed cutting edge and between the front limiting block and the rear limiting block, and the movable cutting edge comprises a cutting part and a tail end bearing part which is positioned on the side face of the cutting part and extends forwards horizontally.

The packaging material cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the second flat stretching means includes a longitudinally movable base, and a rectangular bar provided on the longitudinally movable base, the rectangular bar being movable up and down with respect to the longitudinally movable base.
3. The packaging material cutting device according to claim 1, wherein a movable blade adjusting block is further provided in the rear stopper, and the movable blade adjusting block is fixed between the movable blade and the front stopper by an adjusting nut.
4. The packaging material cutting device of claim 1, further comprising a second traction mechanism disposed rearward of the translating carriage for providing forward power to the cut packaging material.
