As shown in fig. 15: in order to enable the creasing device to be adapted to packaging paperboards with more sizes, the vertical creasing mechanism, the transverse cutting device and the vertical cutting device are all mounted on a linear slide rail 306, and the sliding direction of the linear slide rail is the Y-axis direction.

The packaging paper board is clamped on the conveying belt to run, and the inner side surface 13 of the packaging paper board is folded by the first folding mechanism in the conveying process; folding the rear face 14 of the packaging board by the second folding mechanism; folding the front face 15 of the packaging board by the third folding mechanism; folding the upper side 16 of the packaging board by the fourth folding mechanism; folding the outer side 17 of the packaging board by the fifth folding mechanism;

The conveyor belt is shown in fig. 19: the material clamping device comprises a line body 4091 and a clamping piece which can clamp materials and drive the material to run, wherein the clamping piece comprises a first clamping piece 4092 and a second clamping piece 4093, and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are both driven by a synchronous belt 4094;
in this embodiment, the first clamping member is a vacuum chuck 40921 capable of reciprocating along the Z-axis, and the vacuum chuck can stably clamp the packaging paperboard without damaging the surface of the paperboard;
the second clamping piece is a conveying push plate 40931 which can move, extend and retract along the Z axis, and the conveying push plate can push materials to run when extending and does not act when retracting.
The second folding mechanism comprises a rear turning plate 4021 capable of turning, the rear turning plate is positioned below the conveying belt and can synchronously run along with the conveying belt, and the rear turning plate turns to fold the rear 14 of the packaging paperboard;
in this embodiment, the second folding mechanism is fixedly mounted on the mounting bracket 40922 of the first clamping member, that is, the second folding mechanism reciprocates along with the first clamping member.
As shown in fig. 20: the first folding mechanism comprises a first folding piece 4011 capable of moving along the Z axis, and the first folding piece is in a needle shape or a thin-walled plate shape;
the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the packing paper board in a flat state are arranged side by side, so that the folding of the inner side surface is troublesome in the operation process.
As shown in fig. 21: the third folding mechanism comprises a front turning plate 4031, in the embodiment, the turning plate is of a rod-shaped structure, the actual shape structure of the turning plate has no influence, the front turning plate can reciprocate along the directions of the X axis and the Z axis, and the turning plate can rotate by taking the X axis as an axis;
in specific implementation, the front flap is connected to a connecting rod 4032, the connecting rod is connected to an X-axis motion mechanism 4033 and a Z-axis motion mechanism 4034, and the packing action is as follows: the front turning plate runs along the X axis and is pressed against the front of the packaging paper board, and the whole running speed of the turning plate is the same as that of the conveying belt and rotates while synchronously running so as to fold the front of the packaging paper board.

In summary, the folding method of the packing carton of the invention comprises the following steps: the packaging paper boards are clamped and conveyed by the first clamping piece, folded in the conveying process, and clamped and conveyed out by the second clamping piece after being folded into a box body;
in the continuous transmission process of the packaging paperboard, the specific process steps are as follows:
dispensing, folding the inner side surface, folding the rear surface, folding the front surface, folding the upper surface and folding the side surface;

The adaptive packaging system according to claim 8, wherein: the conveyer belt comprises a line body (4091) and a clamping piece capable of clamping materials and driving the material to run, wherein the clamping piece comprises a first clamping piece (4092) and a second clamping piece (4093), and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece share one driving device.
