In the production and processing process of diamond/cubic boron nitride, one very important step is to grind and flatten the polycrystalline layer of diamond/cubic boron nitride. The diamond/cubic boron nitride composite sheet is mainly a cylindrical product, and is generally subjected to batch grinding processing by using a planetary grinding disc and a diamond grinding material. The grinding disc is generally an iron disc, is low in price and is convenient to process. But the hardness of the diamond/cubic boron nitride composite plate is far higher than that of an iron plate because the matrix of the diamond/cubic boron nitride composite plate is made of hard alloy. When the planet grinding disc works, the diamond/cubic boron nitride composite film base body and the grinding disc have relative rotation friction, so that the depth of a circular hole of the grinding disc is continuously deepened, the product grinding height difference is overlarge, the consumption of the grinding disc is very large, and the grinding disc needs to be replaced regularly.
