The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
For ease of understanding, a specific structure of an embodiment of the present invention will be described below, referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a helmet 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a helmet body 10 and a pair of folding shells (21 and 22) accommodated inside the helmet body 10.
Wherein, the inner side of the helmet body 10 may have a saccular cavity structure to adapt to the head structure of the human body, and a wearing opening is provided at the bottom thereof, so that the user can wear through the wearing opening.
A pair of folding housings may be accommodated in the hollow structure of the inner side of the helmet body 10, and may be located at both sides of the user's head during normal wearing, protecting the safety of the user's head. The pair of folding shells can be relatively folded toward the center of the hollow structure inside the helmet body 10 when being carried and stored, so as to reduce the space size of the helmet 100.
The pair of folding housings may include a pair of folding housings 21 and 22 symmetrical to each other. It will be appreciated that the folding shells 21 and 22 may also be bladder-like in configuration to accommodate attachment of the helmet body 10.
As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, a cutout may be provided at both sides of the hemispherical helmet body 10 such that the helmet body 10 has a circular arc shape, and the both sides may be left and right sides of the helmet body 10 when the user wears the helmet.
The pair of folding shells 21 and 22 can be disposed at the cut-outs on both sides of the helmet body 10, respectively, so that the helmet 100 can be assembled with the helmet body 10 into a complete hemispherical shape when it is worn normally, that is, when the folding shells 21 and 22 are not contracted.
Further, in order to achieve the shrink-folding of the pair of folding housing 21 and folding housing 22, protruding and symmetrical connection blocks may be provided on the outer side surfaces of the symmetrical folding housing 21 and folding housing 22, i.e., connection blocks 211 are provided on the folding housing 21 and connection blocks 221 are provided on the folding housing 22, respectively.
It should be noted that the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221 may be disposed parallel to the symmetry planes of the folding housing 21 and the folding housing 22, i.e., the connection blocks 211 and 221 may be symmetrical to each other. The symmetry plane may be a symmetry plane of the folded housing 21 and the folded housing 22 between the shrink fit planes. That is, the connection blocks 211 and 221 may be provided at outer side surfaces adjacent to the shrink fit surface in the folding housing 21 and 22, protruding outwardly parallel to the symmetry plane.
In this embodiment, the folding device 11 may be provided on the inner side of the helmet body 10 corresponding to the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221. The folding device 11 may be used to shrink-clamp the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221, and may shrink-clamp the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221 while bringing the pair of folding housings 21 and 22 to shrink-fold together, i.e., bringing the folding housings 21 and 22 to shrink-fold toward the symmetry plane therebetween. When the folding housing 21 and the folding housing 22 are spliced together, the splicing surfaces of the two are the shrinkage splicing surfaces, and the shrinkage splicing surfaces spliced together at this time are also equivalent to the symmetry planes of the folding housing 21 and the folding housing 22.
Referring to the effect shown in fig. 2, the folding shell 21 and the folding shell 22 are mutually contracted and folded in the cavity structure on the inner side of the helmet body 10, so that the helmet 100 can be reduced from the space size originally containing the helmet body 10 and the folding shell 21 and the folding shell 22 to the size only containing the helmet body 10, thereby greatly facilitating the storage and the carrying.
And, the helmet body 10 may be provided at an inner side thereof with a mounting groove 12 corresponding to the folding device 11, the mounting groove 12 may be used to mount and fix the folding device 11, and the folding shell 21 and the folding shell 22 may be fixedly mounted in a capsule-shaped cavity structure at the inner side of the helmet body 10 by connecting the folding device 11 with the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221.
In another preferred embodiment, when the helmet body 10 is provided with cutouts at both left and right sides, the pair of folding shells 21 and 22 are respectively provided at the cutouts at both left and right sides, and the symmetry planes of the folding shells 21 and 22 may be provided at the front end to the rear end of the helmet body 10. It will be appreciated that the helmet body 10 may also be constructed symmetrically with respect to each other about the plane of symmetry. The front end of the helmet body 10 is the side where the face is located when the user wears, and the rear end of the helmet body 10 is the side where the rear brain scoop is located when the user wears.
In this embodiment, the helmet body 10 may be provided at the front end or the rear end with the mounting groove 12, and the folding device 11 is mounted in the mounting groove 12, the folding device 11 being used to shrink-grip the connection block 211 and the connection block 221 symmetrical to each other with the symmetry plane. That is, the mounting groove 12 and the mounted folding device 11 may also be of a structure symmetrical to each other with the symmetry plane.
It should be noted that the helmet body 10 may be further provided with the mounting grooves 12 at both front and rear ends thereof, that is, a pair of mounting grooves 12, and a pair of folding devices 11 may be further installed in the pair of mounting grooves 12. Correspondingly, a corresponding pair of symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221 may be provided on the outer side surfaces of the pair of folding shells 21 and 22 to respectively connect the pair of folding devices 11, thereby achieving the fixed connection of the pair of folding shells 21 and 22 with the helmet body 10.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pair of folding shells 21 and 22 are accommodated in the inner side of the helmet body 10, and the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221 are symmetrically arranged on the outer sides of the pair of folding shells 21 and 22, the helmet body 10 can be provided with the folding device 11 corresponding to the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221, and the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221 are clamped by the folding device 11 in a shrinkage manner, so that the pair of folding shells 21 and 22 are folded in the helmet body 10, the space size of the helmet 100 is effectively reduced, and the carrying and the storage of a user are facilitated.
The structure of the helmet 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described above, and the folding device 11 provided in the helmet 100 is described below in order to achieve one-touch folding of the folding shell 21 and the folding shell 22. Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of a folding device 11 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a limiting plate 111, an elastic member 112, and a pressing member 113.
Specifically, the limiting plate 111 may have a strip shape, on which a plurality of pairs of limiting blocks 1111 may be disposed, and the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 may be respectively arranged in order toward two ends of the limiting plate 111 with center symmetry of the limiting plate 111. It should be understood that the center of the limiting plate 111 may be located in the symmetry plane of the symmetric connection block 211 and the symmetric connection block 221 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, that is, the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 may be respectively symmetrical to each other with the symmetry plane, and the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 may be respectively arranged from the center to the two ends of the limiting plate 111 with different pitches, so that the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 may clamp the symmetric connection block 211 and the symmetric connection block 221 with different pitches.
It should be understood that, in normal use wearing, the pair of limiting blocks 1111 provided on the limiting plate 111 can clamp the folding housing 21 and the folding housing 22 connected to the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221, so as to prevent the folding housing 21 or the folding housing 22 from automatically collapsing and folding inwards when being impacted by external force, and effectively protect the head safety of the user.
The elastic member 112 may be disposed at both sides of the symmetrical connection block 211 and connection block 221 along the body direction of the limiting plate 111, and in order to enable the symmetrical connection block 211 and connection block 221 to be clamped to the symmetrical plane, both sides of the elastic member 112 may be respectively disposed at both sides of the connection block 211 and connection block 221 toward both ends of the limiting plate 111.
It can be understood that the elastic member 112 may have two ends respectively connected to two sides of the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221, and the center of the elastic member 112 may be fixed at a position corresponding to the center of the limiting plate 111, and the elastic member 112 may shrink the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221 toward the center of the limiting plate 111 by its own shrinkage force, for example: coil springs with two ends being contracted.
The elastic members 112 may be disposed on two sides of the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221, that is, a pair of elastic members 112 may be disposed on two sides of the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221, and the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221 may be retracted toward the center of the limiting plate 111 by elastic force provided by the pair of elastic members 112, for example: a pair of coil springs.
The pressing member 113 may be disposed at a central position of the limiting plate 111, the pressing member 113 may be disposed perpendicular to the limiting plate 111, one end of the pressing member 113 may be connected to the center of the limiting plate 111, and when the pressing member 113 is stressed, the pressing member 113 may transmit a force to the center of the limiting plate 111 to press the center of the limiting plate 111. It can be appreciated that the limiting plate 111 may have a certain elastic characteristic, and may be deformed concavely when the center is stressed, so that the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221 are separated from the limitation of one pair of limiting blocks in the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 at this time, so that the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221 are retracted towards the center of the limiting plate 111 under the driving of the elastic member 112.
In a preferred embodiment, the folding device 11 may be provided with a support 114 at the other side of the limiting plate 111 with respect to the pressing member 113, i.e., the support 114 is provided at the opposite side of the pressing member 113.
In this embodiment, to make up for the shortage of the stress recovery of the limiting plate 111, or to prevent the limiting plate 111 from being damaged by the pressing of the pressing member 113, the supporting member 114 may be disposed on a surface opposite to the pressing member 113, where a surface connected to the supporting member 114 is used as a supporting surface, and the other surface connected to the pressing member 113 is a pressing surface, where the supporting surface is the surface opposite to the pressing surface in the limiting plate 111.
The supporting member 114 may support the restoration of the limiting plate 111, so that the limiting plate 111 can restore to an initial state after losing the pressing force applied by the pressing member 113, i.e. restore to a state that the symmetrical connection block 211 and the symmetrical connection block 221 are blocked by one pair of the plurality of pairs of the limiting blocks 1111. The support 114 may be a bow spring or may be one or more coil springs, and in this embodiment, a bow spring is preferable, and the bow springs may be symmetrically disposed on the center plane side of the limiting plate 111 with respect to the center of the limiting plate 111.
In this embodiment, preferably, a chamfer may be disposed on a side of the pair of limiting blocks 1111 facing the center of the limiting plate 111, so that a side of the pair of limiting blocks 1111 facing the center of the limiting plate 111 is shorter than a side of the pair of limiting blocks facing away from the center of the limiting plate 111, and the positions of the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221 can be conveniently and outwardly expanded and adjusted by the pair of high and low chamfer settings when the pair of limiting blocks are worn by a user, so as to correspondingly adjust the spacing between the pair of folding shells 21 and 22 and the structure of the internal cavity formed by the pair of folding shells.
Of course, in the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221, a chamfer may be provided at a side opposite to the chamfer provided to the pair of stopper 1111, or a chamfer may be provided at both sides of the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221, so as to facilitate a user to pull apart a pair of folding housings (21 and 22) connected to the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221 when wearing.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 112 in the folding device 11 is used to shrink and clamp the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221, and the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connection block 221 can be respectively clamped at different intervals by using the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 of the folding device 11 arranged on the limiting plate 111, and the limiting plate 111 can be pressed by using the pressing member 113 arranged corresponding to the central position of the limiting plate 111 when the pressing member 113 is stressed, so that the symmetrical connection block 211 and the connecting block 221 can be separated from the limitation of the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 arranged on the limiting plate 111 and folded towards the center of the limiting plate 111; and a supporting member 114 is arranged on one side of the limiting plate 111 opposite to the pressing member 113 by using the folding device 11, so that the limiting plate 111 can be supported when the pressing member 113 is not stressed, and a plurality of pairs of limiting blocks 1111 arranged on the limiting plate 111 can respectively limit and clamp the symmetrical connecting blocks 211 and 221.
In the above embodiment, by the pressing member 113 corresponding to the limiting plate 111 in the folding device 11 and the elastic members 112 disposed at both sides of the symmetrical connecting block 211 and the connecting block 221, the limiting plate 111 is pressed by the pressing member 113, so that the symmetrical connecting block 211 and the connecting block 221 are separated from the blocking restriction of the pairs of limiting blocks 1111 disposed on the limiting plate 111, and the symmetrical connecting block 211 and the connecting block 221 are mutually contracted and closed under the driving of the elastic members 112, so that the pair of folding shells 21 and the folding shells 22 connected with the symmetrical connecting block 211 and the connecting block 221 are contracted and folded by one key, and the effect of being convenient for the user to carry is achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a mounting groove 12 for mounting the folding device 11 may be provided on the inner side of the helmet body 10, and the mounting groove 12 may be provided at the front end or the rear end of the helmet body 10, and the mounting groove 12 may be symmetrical with respect to the symmetry plane.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the mounting groove 12 according to the present invention includes:
A first inner wall 121, a second inner wall 122, a third inner wall 123, and a groove opening 124.
The first inner wall 121 may be disposed proximate to the helmet body 10, may be an elongated inner wall corresponding to the limiting plate 111 of the folding device 11, or may be a curved surface with the same curvature as the inner side of the helmet body 10, and may be specifically disposed depending on the shape of the helmet body 10, which is not limited herein.
The second inner wall 122 and the third inner wall 123 may be two walls adjacent to the first inner wall 121, wherein the third inner wall 123 may be close to the wearing opening of the helmet body 10 formed at the bottom, and the second inner wall 122 opposite to the third inner wall 123 may be closer to the top of the helmet body 10.
The groove opening 124 may be disposed opposite to the first inner wall 121, which may be used to insert the symmetrical connection blocks 211 and 221, that is, the groove opening 124 and the first inner wall 121 may be disposed toward the front or rear end of the helmet body 10 in a perpendicular plane to the symmetry plane, and the first inner wall 121 may be closer to the inside of the front or rear end of the helmet body 10.
