Abstract
一种用于男性尿失禁病人的控尿内裤，其特征为：在内裤上与男性生殖器对应的位置设有一开口，该开口处设有一控尿装置并于内裤固定在一起。所述控尿装置有2种设计方案：1、控尿装置由一硬性支架及固定在支架上的两条平行弹力带组成，穿戴时患者的阴茎由两条弹力带之间穿出。2、控尿装置由一设有裂隙的气囊及与该气囊相通的通气管组成，所述通气管一端与气囊相通，另一端设有一通气阀，穿戴时患者的阴茎由气囊的裂隙穿出。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗辅助用具技术领域，具体涉及一种用于男性尿失禁病人的控尿内裤。
背景技术
尿失禁是由于尿道括约肌损伤或神经功能障碍而丧失自主控制排尿的能力，尿液持续不自主地流出。尿失禁给患者带来极大不便，对于患者的心理和生理产生极大影响，影响正常的生活质量。因此，如何自主地控制排尿是亟待解决的问题。目前男性尿失禁的主要解决方法包括：1、穿戴成人纸尿裤；2、使用阴茎夹夹闭尿道；3、人工尿道括约肌植入术。但这些方法都存在显著的缺陷，包括佩戴不舒适，影响生活质量，医疗成本高昂等。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种用于男性尿失禁病人的控尿内裤，具有结构简单、经济、穿戴舒适的特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种用于男性尿失禁病人的控尿内裤，包括内裤及控尿装置，在内裤上与男性生殖器对应的位置设有一开口，控尿装置位于该开口处并于内裤固定在一起。所述控尿装置有2种设计方案：1、控尿装置由一硬性支架及固定在支架上的两条平行弹力带组成，穿戴时患者的阴茎由两条弹力带之间穿出，两条弹力带对尿道起到压迫作用从而防止男性尿失禁病人尿液不自主流出。内裤前壁可为两层，控尿装置位于两层之间的夹层里并通过缝线固定，内裤与生殖器对应位置的开口为一横行裂隙，所述两条弹力带亦位于夹层里并分别缝合于裂隙的上下两侧。2、控尿装置由一设有裂隙的气囊及与该气囊相通的通气管组成，所述通气管一端与气囊相通，另一端设有一通气阀，穿戴时患者的阴茎由气囊的裂隙穿出，以注射器或其它注气装置通过通气阀向气囊内注入空气或液体使气囊膨胀压迫尿道从而防止男性尿失禁病人尿液不自主流出。排尿时通过通气阀将气囊内的气体或液体排出解除气囊对尿道的压迫即可。
有益效果
本发明具有结构简单、穿戴舒适、经济实惠、控尿效果良好的优点，可显著改善男性尿失禁患者的生活质量，适于推广使用。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中，控尿装置由硬性支架（2）及固定在该支架上的两条平行弹力带（3）组成，内裤（1）前壁为两层布料，控尿装置位于两层布料之间的夹层里并通过缝线固定其位置，内裤前壁对应两条弹力带中间的缝隙处有一横行裂隙，两条弹力带亦位于布料夹层里并分别缝合于横行裂隙的上下两侧。穿戴时患者的阴茎由两条弹力带之间的裂隙穿出，两条弹力带对尿道起到压迫作用从而防止男性尿失禁病人尿液不自主流出。
在图2所示实施例中，控尿装置由一设有裂隙的气囊（4）及与该气囊相通的通气管（5）组成，通气管（5）的另一端设有一防止气囊内气体溢出的通气阀（6），穿戴时患者的阴茎由气囊（4）的裂隙穿出，以注射器或其它注气装置通过通气阀向气囊内注入空气或液体使气囊膨胀压迫尿道从而防止男性尿失禁病人尿液不自主流出。排尿时通过通气阀将气囊内的气体或液体排出解除气囊对尿道的压迫即可。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于男性尿失禁病人的控尿内裤，包括内裤及控尿装置，其特征为：在内裤上与男性生殖器对应的位置设有一开口，所述控尿装置位于该开口处并于内裤固定在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控尿内裤，其特征在于：所述控尿装置包括一硬性支架及固定在支架上的两条平行弹力带，穿戴时患者的阴茎由两条弹力带之间穿出，两条弹力带对尿道起到压迫作用从而防止男性尿失禁病人尿液不自主流出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的控尿内裤，其特征在于：所述内裤前壁为两层，控尿装置位于两层之间的夹层里并通过缝线固定，内裤与生殖器对应位置的开口为一横行裂隙，所述两条弹力带亦位于夹层里并分别缝合于裂隙的上下两侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的控尿内裤，其特征在于：所述控尿装置包括一设有裂隙的气囊及与该气囊相通的通气管。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控尿内裤，其特征在于：所述通气管一端与气囊相通，另一端设有一通气阀，穿戴时患者的阴茎由气囊的裂隙穿出，以注射器或其它注气装置通过通气阀向气囊内注入空气或液体使气囊膨胀压迫尿道从而防止男性尿失禁病人尿液不自主流出。
