Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有双感应模式的按压开关,包括一主承座,其具有一底座,该底座的内侧底壁设有一按压信号导通件,且该底座内进一步设有一复归弹力件,且当该复归弹力件自上端受压可让该按压信号导通件传输出一按压信号;一滑移座,其可滑移地固定于该主承座中,且顶靠于该复归弹力件;一键帽,其固定于该滑移座;而该键帽的底端内形成一键帽容室;一感应电路板,其对应穿设于该主承座之中;及一触控感应件,其设于该键帽容室,且该触控感应件电性连接于该感应电路板,进而当一使用者以其手指置于该键帽上端时,可令该感应电路板输出一触控信号。本发明可达到物理触控与感应触控两种按键功效,于固定的空间中增加了操作的灵活性。

Description

具有双感应模式的按压开关
技术领域
本发明关于一种具有双感应模式的按压开关;详细而言,关于一种可通过物理按压以及触控感应两种不同形式,产生两独立的信号的按压开关。
背景技术
于各式各样的电子产品上,经常可见通过按压按钮以产生信号来进行功能的启动与控制,而开关的规格与尺寸的大小、种类非常繁多,应用范围也相当的广泛。而为了可以令使用者确认按压是否确实,也存在有内含发光组件,按压后可产生光源以供确认的带灯式开关。
一般精密设备、小型设备或小型电器较常使用的开关,一般是通过物理按压启闭,而随着触控技术的发展,也有通过感应人体静电的感应式开关,两者虽各有其应用优势,但一个开关通常仅能输出一种信号,也令其使用上受限。
此外,以公知的物理按压式开关来说,其因为无法判断按压者是否为使用者的手指,因此对于误触的防范上无法周全,是为一种不足点。而讨论到触控式的带灯式开关时,其因为内部通过金属感应片做为感应传导的机制,因此金属感应片会遮蔽内部的发光组件,导致无法有整片透光的效果,也有其不足之处。
故综观上述,本发明的发明人思索并设计一种具有双感应模式的按压开关,以期针对现有技术的缺点加以改善,进而增进产业上的实施利用。
发明内容
有鉴于上述的现有技术的不足点,本发明设计一种具备创造性、进步性及实用性等专利要件的具有双感应模式的按压开关,以期克服现有技术的缺点。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为设计一种具有双感应模式的按压开关,其包括:一主承座,其为一上端具有一开口的中空壳体,且该主承座具有一底座,其固定于该主承座的底端,且该底座的内侧底壁设有一容槽,该容槽的底壁设有一按压信号导通件,且该容槽内进一步设有一复归弹力件,且该复归弹力件具有一压迫面,该压迫面朝向该按压信号导通件且未接触于该按压信号导通件,且当该复归弹力件自上端受压而让该压迫面接触该按压信号导通件时,可让该按压信号导通件呈现导通而传输出一按压信号;一滑移座,其可滑移地固定于该主承座中,且其中央呈现镂空,且其底部具有一推压件,该推压件顶靠于该复归弹力件上端;一键帽,其对应固定于该滑移座的上端处,当该键帽朝下受压时将连动该滑移座而按压该复归弹力件;而该键帽的底端具有一开口,且朝内凹入形成一键帽容室;一感应电路板,其对应穿设于该主承座之中;及一触控感应件,其设于该键帽容室的该顶壁的内侧壁面上,且该触控感应件具有一延伸端,该延伸端电性连接于该感应电路板,进而当一使用者以其手指置于该键帽上端时,该触控感应件可产生感应而令该感应电路板输出一触控信号。
本发明的具有双感应模式的按压开关于设计上,主要可对应于一开关按键上提供按压信号及触控信号两种信号输出,而达到物理触控与感应触控两种按键的功效,于固定的空间中增加了操作的灵活性,为现有技术所不能及。
而为了让上述目的、技术特征以及实际实施后的增益性更为明显易懂,于下文中将以较佳的实施范例辅佐对应相关的附图来进行更详细的说明。

请配合参看图1至图7所示,本发明关于一种具有双感应模式的按压开关,其包含:一主承座10、一滑移座20、一键帽30、一感应电路板40及一触控感应件50。
上述的主承座10为一上端具有一开口的中空壳体,且该主承座10具有一底座11,其固定于该主承座10的底端,且该底座11的内侧底壁设有一容槽111,该容槽111的底壁设有一按压信号导通件1111,且该容槽111内进一步设有一复归弹力件12,且该复归弹力件12具有一压迫面121,该压迫面121朝向该按压信号导通件1111且未接触于该按压信号导通件1111,且当该复归弹力件12自上端受压而让该压迫面121接触该按压信号导通件1111时,可让该按压信号导通件1111呈现导通而传输出一按压信号。
上述的滑移座20对应自该主承座10上端的开口穿入该主承座10,且可滑移地固定于该主承座10中,其中央呈现镂空,且其底部具有一推压件21,该推压件21顶靠于该复归弹力件12上端。
上述的键帽30对应固定于该滑移座20的上端处,当该键帽30朝下受压时将连动该滑移座20而按压该复归弹力件12,以让该按压信号导通件1111传输出该按压信号;而该键帽30的底端具有一开口,且朝内凹入形成一键帽容室31,且该键帽容室31的一顶壁311可透光。
上述的感应电路板40对应穿设于该主承座10之中,且位于该滑移座20呈现镂空的区段中,该感应电路板40的底部具有多个信号传输部41,其贯穿过该容槽111的底壁;此外该感应电路板40具有一上端面42,该上端面42上设有一光源模块43,该光源模块43的发光方向朝向该键帽容室31的该顶壁311。
上述的触控感应件50或可为一透明的触控导电软性薄膜(例如:ITO),其设于该键帽容室31的该顶壁311的内侧壁面上,且该触控感应件50具有一延伸端51,该延伸端51电性连接于该感应电路板40,进而当一使用者以其手指置于该键帽30的上端时,该触控感应件50可因该手指静电而产生信号,进而令该感应电路板40通过该信号传输部41输出一触控信号。
而其中该光源模块43或可电性连接于该信号传输部41,并于该触控信号输出时发光;抑或于另一态样中,该光源模块43或可电性连接于该信号传输部41及该按压信号导通件1111,而于该触控信号及该按压信号同时输出时发光。
而本发明的具有双感应模式的按压开关主要可对应于一开关按键上提供按压信号及触控信号两种信号输出,而达到物理触控与感应触控两种按键的功效,于固定的空间中增加了操作的灵活性;例如可将触控信号作为辅助确认该按压信号是通过一用户的手指所按压,进而可避免因为其他非用户手指的物体误压了该开关,而造成装置启动或关闭的状况,为现有技术所不能及。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有双感应模式的按压开关,其特征在于,包括:
一主承座,其上端具有一开口,且该主承座具有一底座,其固定于该主承座的底端,且该底座的内侧底壁设有一按压信号导通件,且该底座内进一步设有一复归弹力件,且该复归弹力件具有一压迫面,该压迫面朝向该按压信号导通件且未接触于该按压信号导通件,且当该复归弹力件自上端受压而让该压迫面接触该按压信号导通件时,可让该按压信号导通件呈现导通而传输出一按压信号;
一滑移座,其可滑移地固定于该主承座中,且其底部具有一推压件,该推压件顶靠于该复归弹力件上端;
一键帽,其对应固定于该滑移座的上端处,当该键帽朝下受压时将连动该滑移座而按压该复归弹力件;而该键帽的底端具有一开口,且朝内凹入形成一键帽容室;
一感应电路板,其对应穿设于该主承座之中;及
一触控感应件,其设于该键帽容室内,且该触控感应件具有一延伸端,该延伸端电性连接于该感应电路板,进而当一使用者以其手指置于该键帽上端时,该触控感应件可产生感应而令该感应电路板输出一触控信号。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有双感应模式的按压开关,其特征在于,其中该触控感应件为一透明的触控导电软性薄膜,其固定于该键帽容室的一顶壁的内侧壁面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有双感应模式的按压开关,其特征在于,其中该键帽容室的该顶壁可透光;此外该感应电路板具有一上端面,该上端面设有一光源模块,该光源模块的发光方向朝向该键帽容室的该顶壁。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有双感应模式的按压开关,其特征在于,其中该感应电路板具有多个信号传输部。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有双感应模式的按压开关,其特征在于,其中该光源模块电性连接于该信号传输部,并于该触控信号输出时发光。
6.如权利要求4所述的具有双感应模式的按压开关,其特征在于,其中该光源模块电性连接于该信号传输部及该按压信号导通件,而于该触控信号及该按压信号皆输出时发光。
